- ROSSAND (6/5): peu mieux faire - l'emplacement proche de notre rdv- parking juste devant- dimension de la chambre- le plafond de la chambre , au dessus de l'entrée , est fortement dégradé et ne donne pas confiance. il n'y a pas d'eau ou the/tisane dans la chambre à disposition. j'ai demandé en avance si il y a une borne pour rechargé ma voiture électrique, j'ai eu un oui mais en fait c'est non. j'ai du aller à me brancher à 15 min à pied et aller chercher la voiture de nuit à 22h en fin de recharge

- Pia (8/5): - Modernes, helles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und angenehm gross, auch im Bad hat man genügend Platz. Das Frühstück bietet zwar keine riesige Auswahl, ist aber ausreichend, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Für eine Nacht war alles zufriedenstellend.

Il fait très très chaud dans les couloirs et les chambres, nous devons dormir les fenêtres ouvertes (Chauffage pourtant éteint !), et du coup, le bruit de la circulation est gênant. Il n'y avait pas de miroir en dehors de celui de la salle de bain.

- Giovanni (4/5): Mi dispiace molto che una struttura perfetta abbia subito un simile tracollo. - La colazione Eravamo arrivati il 31 dicembre avendo prenotato da svariati giorni con Booking. Ci era stata data una camera non pulita, probabilmente anche le lenzuola erano state usate. Il giorno successivo, alla mia protesta era stato assicurato che sarebbe stata rifatta e pulita, scusandosi per il disagio. Tornando in hotel il giorno successivo trovo la camera nelle stesse condizioni di prima, vedo il personale di pulizia e mi dimostrano che la mia camera non risultava tra quelle da pulire. Gentilmente hanno eseguito la pulizia, e messo finalmente asciugamani e lenzuola. Eravamo stati molte altre volte in questo hotel che era eccellente da tutti i punti di vista. Adesso che risulta B&B ha subito un vero e proprio tracollo. Peccato, era un hotel eccellente, gestito da personale competente.
