False advertising by the hotel as they didn't communicate with booking .com that the pool is NOT CLEAN. The aircon was not working. Then management put it on but then it went off.

- Louise (10/5): A seamless, stress-free stay from start to finish. - The staff are friendly, highly professional, and clearly on top of every guest and situation. A minor incident involving children was handled calmly and with care. Truly impressive. There was nothing I did not like.

The ice machine kept my drinks very much cold and frizzy The aircon was not working in room 152 and we asked for it to be fixed, but they didn't fix it, so they transferred us into a second floor room and the aircon was making funny noises that kept us awake at night, the shower cap was spilling water everywhere in room 222 Some mats in bathroom would come in handy after taking a shower The lack of dustbins made the lawn dirty and the pool dirty too

- Shammy (5/5): My Aircon in the room was not working and the issues was not resolved by staff. - Location, access to major freeway My Aircon in the room was not working, I referred the issue to the front desk 3 times and the matter was not resolved. We eventually asked for a fan, and one was taken from the staff office and provided to us. I left a day earlier to stay at another hotel as it came across at the the staff was not interested in assisting with the issue raised.

- Hemz (4/5): Unhappy visitor - The room was comfortable and clean. We checked in at 3:40 am on the 01/01/2025 and they accommodated us. A mistake from our side as it was only 14:00 pm on day..At 3:30 pm the receptionist at the time,, no name tag knocked and told as we had check out. Mind you or booking was from 01/01/2025 to 02/01/2025. She came with some crap about company policy and that we going to be charged a late fee. The more we tried explaining to her she seemed to not understand. Finally we gave in and left. BTW we wanted to order food but no one was available. Very unhappy with this aspect of our stay.
