The lake and mountain views are absolutely breathtaking—we even got to see the Aurora Australis clearly on the night before our wedding! The stylishly designed rooms added a wonderful artistic touch to our wedding photos. As someone who doesn’t exercise much, the small slopes between the street and our room were a bit of a challenge. However, my husband was delighted with this daily “mandatory workout.”

I stood in the kitchen every day, distracted by what was in front of me. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable. We liked not being in the town centre, but a 20 minute walk into town was lovely. The little “ extras”, like kitchen provisions, plenty of towels, bathroom provisions, electric blanket, heating everywhere, reallly made this place feel like a home away from home. Nothing. But if you have any physical challenges, this apartment may be challenging. There are 3 sets of stairs , which means carrying your luggage up. The driveway is also very steep, but we managed, so it was not a negative to us, just a consideration………

Very clean. The beds were very co.fortable. The whole unit felt very relaxing. Also, the staff's communication was great. The garage was quite tight, and the driveway had quite a steep slope. The sound proof of floor was not great, footstep sound on the upper floor living room can be heard from the lower floor bedrooms.

Everything you needed in the kitchen was provided. Big living room with comfy furniture and nice balcony The Car parking, it is very tight, we were lucky that we didn't scratch the hire car but we came very close. The balcony could be extended out a bit more its not very big but that's about all. I would definitely stay there again.

• MINGFENG (10/5): - Very nice and supportive staff. We forgot our coat in the apartment and did not remember it after several days, the friendly staff suggested the way to post the coats back and made the whole process easy and pleasant.
• Andrew (10/5): Spectacular veiws, great location and comfy beds . - The location is a comfortable 20 min walk with a few hills from the centre of Queenstown. The views are amazing and our unit #15 was very well appointed, the kitchen and lounge was spacious and allowed us to cook a few meals. The beds are kin and very comfortable and again the view from the master bed is spectacular. The staff are lovely and very helpful and I even used the heated pool and sauna which was a nice bonus. The full appointed kitchen and laundry and comfortable beds.

• Valerie (9/5): Will stay again - The house has big space, face to lake and beautiful scene, comfortable bed, well equipment, near to Queenstown center but better to drive car. The dryer machine door was broken and could not use on the first day when we arrived but the management repaired it next day. No replacement of bath towel even we stayed for 3 days. Hard to carry the luggage as the living room and bed rooms were in 2nd and 3rd floor.

We also got complimentary late check out at 11am what was really nice :) Be careful with parking if you’re bringing a bigger car, it’s a little tight. Also some kitchen equipment like pans should be replaced, apart from that it was perfect :)

We loved that it had such great views right from the living room as well as the two bedrooms!It was also in walking distance from town and other dinning spots. It was a nice quiet location away from the crowds down town. It also has amazing outdoor areas to enjoy which is something we really look for when traveling. everything was very comfortable. Also Sue was very helpful with places to see and where to get good food. She was very friendly. We didn't really see anything that was in need of changing

Very comfortable! Creaky floors and stairs very loud in bedrooms which are downstairs. Bathrooms need a little love. Very functional, but just a little tired.

Beautiful views, comfortable rooms and very spacious. We have stayed at this apartment several times when visiting Queenstown and appreciate the friendly service offered by the host such as leaving lights and heaters on for us when arriving after office hours etc.

The filter of the dryer is full of dirt, the toaster was with breadcrumbs while the boiler was blacked ( look like burnt or boiled with coffee before). The coffee filter was still stuck with some coffee grounds。 The car park was difficult to park if you have a big one. We paid on avg of NZD957 per night and we stayed for 5 nights. I do think we deserve something better.

We were three adults but effort to contact the host apartments and requests for two bedrooms both with a double or larger bed in second room went unanswered. Staying in a child’s bed for 9 nights was not comfortable. The furniture was tired and the lighting in the bathrooms not adequate. Same for bedside table lamps. Towels and bedding great but we had doonahs in summer and it was very hot. The lounges were two seaters with no cushions, we think designed to prevent people sleeping on lounges. We also tried several times to contact the host re early check in but when eventually answered never got back to us.

• Vaibhav (10/5): View to admire from dawn to dusk - It's one thing to have a lake-view, it's another thing top have a lake-view without seeing ugly rooftops ahead of you. You see the lake side greenery and path leads to the lake-side walk, making a stroll to the town centre truly relaxing. The washer and dryer are next to the bedroom door and the vibration rattles the doors affecting your sleep. Don't use these during the night. Do it when you are going out.

• Jackie (10/5): Just wonderful - Stunning views over the lake from both the livingand bed rooms.. Easy walk into the city. Beautiful apartment, masses of space, everything you could possibly want including dishwasher, washer/dryer and BBQ. Just be aware it is on a steep hill with several steps.
• Julian (9/5): Great location, odd parking - Great views, good location Parking was tricky as the garages are extremely small and not designed for modern cars. The driveways are also very uneven so it's difficult to navigate into the parking bays
