Ashley (1/5): Absolutely disgusted with the premises and awful rooms. - I was able to book the night before. It was absolutely disgusting. There were roaches crawling throughout the room when we entered. Bugs and insects on the bed and under the bed sheets, hair in the sink and in the shower. AC didn’t work. I requested a refund and nobody but the owner Jack Patel could conduct the transaction, and he wouldn’t be in for another 3 days. Have yet to hear from him. I have pictures and videos, worst experience of my life. Did a whole about face and left!
Audery (1/5): Checked out after my one week and went to another motel - Seen no breakfast whatsoever. Stay a week had two packs of coffee called down for more and the man told me I had to come down every morning and get my own coffee packs. Stop by the afternoon, and the young guy gave me enough for a couple of days. The room looked decent when you first walked in, but then when you turned around and started looking through it, the microwave was rusted stove wouldn’t work. Didn’t even try the toaster. It was so nasty wouldn’t touch the phone. It was nasty and dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The cooktop has only 2 small close to eachother cooking spots. Nice location, place is quiet, and shoping and restaurants in close distance

Went a bought dampeis just in 24 hrs they were 25% full) 3. TV was messed up. The screen85% was so dark. Told the front desk and was told it will get switched out the following morning. Came back after work to the same tv 4. Kitchenette sink was leaking. ( Went to the front desk told the receptionist and he switched my room no problem) Room 107 5. Front door is misaligned scraped the floor 6. Toilet runs 24/7 and it's loud. 7. All though the toilet ran Milddew small in the hall way 8.my stay was supposed to be one week moved out early I got really sick had a hard time breathing due to the mold. Wasn't able to get a refund for the day I check out early since staying here was really bad for my health. 9. It's always a different person at the front desk. I delt with four different individuals

I went and bought a few groceries so I had to go get plates, bowls, and glasses for drinks because there was none. The kitchen lights did not work. The lights above the bed did not work. There was no working coffee pot in the room and my room flooded. I woke up to an inch water everywhere I went to the front desk to let them know and all she said was here put these towels down. I’ll get maintenance maintenance never showed up when I got back from work the next evening, the towels were still there and had anyone come in my room to check on anything.

The last few times we have went through Expedia the motels have been horrible dirty .

The kitchenette has no microwave . My shower water was so hot i couldn’t stay in for long. Everything in that room was dirty. Towels had stains and so did the blankets. Mind you at check in, the staff said “ I went to the room to make sure everything was working and clean.” There’s no way that was true. The photos are definitely not the reality.

Contacted hotels.com and they verified with hotel that the manager canceled my reservation without reason. I believe this is shady business and should be removed from hotels.com services!
Cody (4/5): Cash Deposit required at check in - At check in they told me it would be a $50 incidental fee witch is normal except they told me it had to be cash. After a little fustration i gave them cash for the incidental fee since i already booked the room for 2 nights and waant refundable, I then ask for a receipt for the cash deposit and they wouldnt give me one and asured me as long as there wasnt any problems i would get it back when i checked out that all i had to do was come to the front desk and they would go look at the room and if everthing was fine i would get my money back. Apom checking out at 530 am i had to call and wake up the manager to go check my room and to give me my cash deposit back.

I had to use the ironing board to secure the door. I slept with the lights on to scare away roaches. This hotel is for men working at the local plants. I'm sure they're fine with this place. Don't stay here with family or by yourself for leisure.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay, hopefully for more than one day next time.

There is a laundry facility on property and all rooms are kitchenette, which makes it convenient if staying for long periods at a time. The location is close to several restaurants and grocery store, makes it very convenient when working in the area.

Montrey (2/5): Never Again - Pictures were so nice, only to get here and have mold in the room, the night stands both broken, also found a blunt next to the night lamp. If you ever stay here bring your own towels! Very much disappointed

James (1/5): Will not stay there again. - It could have been nice quality for price but wasn't. Mostly just from lack of cleaning! Bed wasn't to bad and felt safe. 1st room had roaches and dirty, moved us to another room alot cleaner but still needed some cleaning, but tv didn't work. He didn't Wana check it out till we told him we weren't moving rooms once again. He got tv working. No dishes in the room had to go to front counter and get dishes, which they could have told us upon check-in. Rags and towels were dirty stained and didn't seem clean. We came in from.out of state last minute due to family member being sick. Got there around 10pm finally got in bed around 1230.

Paul (5/5): Overall ok. - Convenient location and good price. The noise! I was on a ground floor level room. The room above me was constantly loud. It sounded as though furniture was being moved around and something heavy dragged in and out the door.
