• Eduardo (4/5): Pésima actitud en recepción - Me dirijo a ustedes para expresar mi inconformidad respecto a la atención recibida durante mi reciente estancia en su hotel. No es la primera vez que me hospedo con ustedes, por lo que conozco bien las instalaciones y sé que las habitaciones cercanas al ascensor pueden resultar bastante ruidosas. Por esta razón, desde el momento del check-in, pedí específicamente que se me asignara una habitación alejada del ascensor. Sin embargo, a pesar de mi solicitud, se me asignó la habitación #229, justo al lado del elevador, donde el ruido es constante y molesto a cualquier hora del día y la noche, actualmente su ascensor tiene algún desperfecto porque el ruido es excesivo. Al notar esto, bajé a recepción para comentar que esa era precisamente la ubicación que había solicitado evitar. Como solución, se me asignó la habitación #226, pero ninguna de las llaves funcionaba. Después de varios intentos fallidos y una espera de aproximadamente 40 minutos, finalmente me cambiaron a la habitación #227. Me molestó mucho que, a pesar de haber hecho una solicitud clara desde el inicio, no se respetara ni se diera una solución oportuna y eficiente. Este tipo de experiencias afecta negativamente la percepción del servicio y la calidad que normalmente espero de su hotel. Del restaurante verandas, no tengo ninguna queja todo el personal es sumamente amable y la comida muy rica. Lo único que lamento es el servicio de recepción que es pésimo, espero en verdad puedan mejorar su servicio. Saludos

• Tiffany N (6/5): Decente - Por el precio, el hotel es adecuado. El desayuno buffet fue sencillo pero rico, y los meseros atendieron bien. Sin embargo, la habitación está algo descuidada. Ciertos detalles hacen que sea vea muy vieja (el olor, el color de las instalaciones). También las almohadas están horriblemente duras -- deben cambiarlas ya.

• maria (2/5): - No es un buen lugar para descansar, hay un bar en el hotel con música a todo volumen que deja de tocar música hasta la 1 am… es tanto el volumen que vibra el piso y las ventanas, estuvimos viernes, sábado y domingo y los tres días fueron iguales… en la piscina durante el día había un grupo de jóvenes embriagándose y también ruidosos, por lo que no lo recomiendo para niños, no es seguro, no es cómodo… además el elevador es tan viejo que también hace ruido cada vez que la gente lo usa, contribuyendo a la contaminación auditiva que mantiene el hotel… NO ES UN BUEN LUGAR DE DESCANSO… regrese muy cansada de no poder dormir, NO lo recomiendo … hotel popular

Los puntos negativos que vi es que: el personal de hotel llega a ser grosero, está un poco descuidado, el área de "gimnasio" es un chiste, sólo son algunas máquinas y no funcionan. Y en varios días apestaban los pasillos a humo de cigarro

• Barbara (2/5): - La habitacion en la que estaba habia un televisor muy viejo que sonaba cuando estaba encendido y un sonido molestoso como un zumbido. El aire acondicionado tambien sonaba y tiene maña el control para prender y apagar. Para el precio que se paga me parece mal servicio. Adicional una noche tuve que pagar $60 ( dolares ) porque la web no estaba habilitada. Las señoras de la limpieza son muy lindas y amables al igual que los meseros. Mientras que los de recepción si senti que pudieron ser mejor. Solo una señora en recepcion me ayudo con lo de la aplicación, llamo comunico y me ayudaron. Pero el dia anterior los que estaban en recepción no me dieron solución y solo me decian que solo se podia cancelar en el hotel porque expedia no estaba habilitada. Cuando estuve desde el 5 julio y queria extender mi tiempo. Debieron involucrarse mas y ayudar como la chica que me atendio hoy que si me ayudo que le agradezco mucho porque a noche termine pagando 60$ adicionales porque no podia abrir la puerta y mis cosas las tenia ahi. Y al darme cuenta de que no me estaban ayudando termine cancelando ese valor que por lo que ofrece la habitación no me parece razonable. 60 dolares? La noche por un aire que suena y un televisor viejo? Que si volveria a este lugar? Claro que no. Antes de venir aca iba a ir al hotel Don Miguel y si me arrepiento de no haberme quedado alla.

The pool area could use a makeover. Rooms were nice but not well insulated, and the surrounding streets were very noisy with cars and motorcycles driving by. Otherwise, good hotel.

Not gringo food!!!! Chocolate milk excellent.

And also the lift was broken and no one of the staff help us with our bags, so we need to carry everything from the first floor to the third

Eramos 2 huespedes en la habitacion y solo nos dieron una toalla y fue demasiado protocolo para pedir otra toalla y se demoraron 30 minutos para una segunda toalla. Durante el desayuno, la señora que sirve la comida tiene muy mal caracter con los huespedes.
