Recepcjonistka zapytała się nas czy nie chcemy kubła na lód - od razu dorzuciła nam dwie wody i paczkę chipsów. Dobra lokalizacja - do LA dotarliśmy w 2 godziny. Nędzne śniadanie - jajka, pieczywo, owoce i płatki na mleku.

- Mackenzie (10/5): Amazingly accommodating and comfortable - Extremely accommodating. We had a trailer with us and they allowed for us to park right in front of cameras to ease the worry of leaving our trailer in the parking lot vs our home! The staff was absolutely wonderful and so helpful, we will 100000% stay at the spark hotel again. It was so clean as well! And the TV in the room was fabulous!! Nothing! No complaints.

The breakfast wasn’t good. The selection was limited, and it’s hard to call it a proper breakfast when the only options are a bagel or cereal. It was the only downside, but still quite disappointing.

The continental breakfast was good and the eating area clean and organized. The staff responded immediately when we could not get the AC to work and their instructions corrected the issue!

- Pietro (8/5): Nice Hotel by Hilton - It was clean, could not hear your neighbours, they deliver uber, has a laundry and gym, breakfast was good and clean. If you have to be in a room next to the elevator you will hear it and might wake you up.

- Jose (8/5): It was great! - The Location was good, the parking and cleanliness of the room. I don’t know if this Hotel is new, but it looked and felt new. Also, the staff were very nice! Problems with the air conditioning. The hallway units are really really good. It was good enough that we didn’t really need the rooms air conditioning to be on, but it was only 80 degrees. If it was hotter this would have been a deal breaker. Also, no coffee maker… Im used to waking up and drinking a cup of coffee in the room to wake up while relaxing. We were in a separate building and didn’t want to change locations to get coffee. Also, no jacuzzi… I understand it’s the desert nobody would want to dip in 98 degree water… But a lot of people go in Fall/Spring to avoid the scorching heat. A jacuzzi would have been perfect for the desert nights.

It was impossible to sleep at night because the elevator noise (yes, they made it somehow crookedly so it constantly buzzes and creaks) was terribly loud and kept waking you up. The building is apparently built out of dirt and sticks. Some woman talked on the phone all night. There wasn't even shower gel in the shower. It's not the hotel that should charge an incidental deposit, but the hotel guests. Don’t stay there

That is the only reason I gave this 8 stars instead of 10. Remodeling the old rooms that are in the same building as the Lobby would be a good idea. This is an area that is growing rapidly and we visit this area regularly, we'd like to see you keep your standards up -your Hilton is a brand is one that people expect to be clean and updated. I've stayed at many Hiltons in my day! We depend on your brand to obtain a room that meets my standards -I am very "fussy" -I like clean, updated, new carpet, nice bathroom, etc. You could use a bigger pool and a hot tub as well. Joshua Tree is extremely hot, that should be a focal point! The pool there currently is extremely small, I thought it was a spa. It really isn't a pool, but a wading pool. Thanks! If the new section stays the way it is and we can get a room in the new section, we will definitely join you again, provided the new section stays as maintained as it is now. - LETICIA (7/5): Place is clean and seems new but as stated the room is bare bones. Bed sheets were comfortable but - Breakfast was average. Location was good. Place looks new. We had a suite with a kitchenette but it was bare no utensils, no coffee maker - all the cabinets and drawers were empty. I have never been in a suite with empty cabinets before.

- ngo (9/5): A gem in the desert for glamping - Location was great easy access to pineeor town and west side entrance to Joshua Tree and goo nearby resturants. Also easy access to nearby grocery stores, drug stores, etc. Price was reasonable even for new years holiday. They also have free parking and breakfast included with descent hours (6am-10am). They only clean the rooms every otherday, but they were willing to provide new towels and all. Sink in our room was dripping a bit, but not too bad. Wish they had another table and more chairs in the room we were staying at to sit.

- Peiyi (5/5): Roaches in the room and no clean towels - not worth the cost at all - Convenient option for visiting Joshua tree Roaches in the room throughout the night and even the next morning (really unacceptable). There were no clean towels at the hotel when we requested an additional towel for the 3rd guest in the room (we were told the hotel is low on towels so each room only gets 2 towels even if the booking was made for 2+ guests. I understand it’s the holidays but it’s a little ridiculous for a $300+ per night hotel) Staff were not very friendly, but that’s not that big of a deal.
