- Karin (7/5): Teilweise nicht mehr zeitgemäß, schöner Spa-Bereich - Schöner, neuer Spa-Bereich Top-Lage Sehr nette Chefin Zimmer nicht alle modern, aber immer sauber Frühstücksraum müsste dringend modernisiert werden, ebenso das Treppenhaus und die Flure, auch der Eingangsbereich außen und innen die Rezeption sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß, selbiges gilt für die Terasse und die Pflanzen in den Kübeln

- Schönborn (10/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Erlebnisse im ganzen Jahr. Wintersport und Wandern - Uns hat sehr gut die herzliche und familiäre Atmosphäre gefallen. Trotzdem dass wir außerhalb der Saison anreisten, waren alle Einrichtungen des Hotels nutzbar und im Top Zustand - hier ist der Sauna und Spabereich mit Innenpool sowie 2 Dampfsaunen und 2 Trockensaunen besonders anzusprechen. Für tiefe Erholung sorgte der Aufenthalt in der Infrarotkabine. Ein Erlebnis war das Abendessen - wir empfehlen die angebotene Halbpension. Das Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsche offen - angemerkt wir waren nicht in der Saison zu Gast. Nach den Wanderungen oder An- / Abreise ist der Aufzug eine Wohltat. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt am Hotel. Der Busbahnhof ungefähr 5 Gehminuten Richtung Kirche - Läden und Supermarkt säumen die Straße. Wir hatten keinen Grund zur Klage und haben uns vorgenommen wieder dort unseren Urlaub zu verbringen.

- Peter (7/5): Einfache Unterkunft, die als solides Low Budget Hotel laufen könnte, wenn der Preis angemessen wäre. - Liegt relativ ruhig zwischen Hauptstrasse und Ortszentrum. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad, Dampfbad und mehreren Saunen. Abendessen mit solider Hausmannskost ohne grössere Ambitionen. Das sogenannte "Deluxe" Zimmer ist klein und eng, eher "Budget". Parkgarage ist sehr eng und bei vollem Haus nicht ausreichend. Zum Frühstück trockene Brötchen vom Vortag. Ok es war Sonntag und der Bäcker liefert vermutlich nicht. Aber andere Hotels bewältigen das auch und liefern zumindest frisch aufgebackenes oder eine Brotauswahl. Ich verstehe zwar, dass in der Olympiazeit die Preise höher sind, mehr als € 300 pro Nacht wecken jedoch doch einige Erwartungen an Komfort, die nicht geliefert werden.

Inoltre non capisco a cosa si riferisca Camera Deluxe, visto che nemmeno sul sito dell'albergo sono presenti. Ultima cosa, sono più alti i prezzi su Booking che sul sito on line dell'albergo.

Staffing muito amigável, sempre ajudando e dando informações úteis. No dia que tivemos que sair mais cedo deixaram sanduíches para levarmos de café da manhã. A localização é perfeita para visitar os principais pontos turísticos, seja de transporte público ou particular. Nada.

It is a family run business and you can feel the great care and excellent hospitality. Our expectation was by far exceeded. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Delicious dinner too.

- Jutta (5/5): Enttäuschend - Abschließbarer Fahrradkeller. Statt des gebuchten Zimmers (28qm mit Balkon) haben wir zunächst ein Zimmer ohne Balkon bekommen. Nach Beschwerde dann eines mit Balkon, 13qm groß, in dem man sich zu zweit nicht gleichzeitig aufhalten kann. Da wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind, haben wir das so hingenommen. Beim Auschecken habe ich angemerkt, dass wir das nicht in Ordnung fanden und die Chefin hat extrem unprofessionell reagiert. Würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

- franco (8/5): Dobbiaco un piccolo paradiso delle Dolomiti - La posizione dell hotel è ii servizio sono un grande punto di forza, Lla cittadina di Dobbiaco molto carina, curata e circondata da numerose scelte di escursioni per tutti. Consiglierei di modificare certi aspetti nelle proposte culinarie, di poter mantenere piatti più tradizionali del territorio perché il turista che soggiorno in Tirolo apprezza l autenticità della cucina del luogo.

- Tomas (9/5): Recommended! I would come again. - What I Liked: The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The dinners served every evening were exceptional, with a variety of delicious options and outstanding desserts to finish off the meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, with plenty of storage space, which was a big plus. Additionally, the wellness area was nicely designed and offered a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. While the breakfast buffet was good, it would have been helpful to have more information about alternative options and a clearer overview of what was available - For example, having an option to order scrambled eggs though they were not in the buffet. Regarding the sauna area, it felt a bit unusual that only towels were provided instead of sheets, which might be a local custom but differed from my expectations. It would also be great if the hotel included more detailed instructions or guidelines on sauna etiquette, as many guests might not be familiar with the proper practices in such settings.

The apartment we stayed in was amazing, spacious, with very comfortable beds and it had everything it needed. The location was perfect, close to the shops, cafes and restaurants. One of the highlights was the dinner with four courses, which were very diverse and tasty. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna areas a lot. Overall, it was a great experience, and we can't wait to be back again. Big thanks to all the warm staff, who made our stay even more likable. All was good.

- Nicolle (7/5): Good - We had an amazing view of the mountains from our room, and apart from it being a bit cramped in the bathroom, the size of the room was really nice. Breakfast was also good. It seemed like they were understaffed. Usually there was no one at reception, and one time I had to wait 30 minutes before anyone arrived. There were no apologies for waiting so long. In the room there was information about spa treatments, but as these were not available anymore, this information needs to be updated.
- Sandra (9/5): Excellent and would stay again! - This hotel is the perfect location for the Dolomites visit. It is close to the transport which travels to various parts of the area. Some of the busses were included in a free bus ticket, given to us by the hotel. It was extremely close to the supermarket and the town centre. We opted for the half board option both meals were tasty and filling. Our room had a fridge and a heated towel rail. The car park is safe. We used the pool which was a good size. All staff were friendly. Overall we were pleased with the hotel. We turned the heating off and opened the window.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Quaint hotel - mixed review - While the hotel offered a mildly comfortable stay, there were a few areas where it fell short. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. However, the bed was uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times. The aesthetic was very dated and dark. The breakfast was very basic. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would expect more for the price.

Highly recommend it and food was delicious. BUT I won't recommend if you have a children. My kids (10 & 7 yrs boys ) were very unhappy with lady who never stop staring us and told us to 'shhh' every time my kids were talking. I didnt read reviews before booking this place and it was non refundable so cannot change.
