• dpaul7 (6/5): Low cost place to stay - You get what you pay for. - Just a place to stay. No continental breakfast - Refrigerator in room leaked some kind of liquid. Tiny bar of soap provided. Ice machine was broken. Desk clerk was not easy to understand (accent). My friend booked this place... I would not repeat this booking... However it WAS close to where we wanted to go. Motel does NOT look as nice as the OLD photo they provide.
• Terrionne (6/5): - A lot of people staying outside in walk ways. Felt very unsafe , probably because I didn’t do much research on area. They were around like it was normal.
• Lamarsha (2/5): - The room was horrible blood on the floor and walls, everything was dirty. People in the parking lot using drugs, in the car next to use. We stayed 2 hours and that's all we could handle. I felt very unsafe and no one should have to stay there. We went in the room.you could see the guys in a truck using drugs and they were in the same position when we left a few hours later . I'm very disappointed and that's a very unsafe place
• Christopher (2/5): Stay away - As soon as we pulled up there was drug deals in parking lot. Fighting and arguing all night. The door had been kicked in so it didn’t close that good. Bathroom door does not close at all. There was blood dropping on the floor and it was overall nothing I’ve ever witnessed

• Wilner (2/5): - What I didn't like was that there was no waiting room for people who came, they had to sit down and wait, the check-in time was outside, they told me to stand and wait. I'm really sorry.
• Stuart (7/5): Cheap for the area - This place is 20 mins walk from Graceland so if you're on a budget it's ideal, a couple of bars within five minutes walk and a few places near to eat, don't expect luxury but it was okay for a short stay. Not the best area but I got no hassle walking around day or night.
• Antonio (10/5): Good Deals,High Quality! - Out of all the “Red Roof Inn” Locations In TN, I’ve stayed in, this one is my favorite mainly because of the staff and the room. Housekeeping is very conscientious and responsive to any request. Overall their customer service approach makes the guest feel valued. I highly recommend.

The blankets had cigarette burns in them and they were so think you could print documents on them. We were so scared we took shifts to make sure no one came in the broken door.

• Marylin (1/5): Not recommended. Need to have a visit from Sanitation or Health Department…or the big management from this chain of Hote - Close est to airport. The room was filthy, pee on the floor, dilapidated bathroom door, sheets didn’t smell clean, nor look clean, none of the outlets worked, no lamps, TV didn’t work, not light in the closet/sink area, just cables hanging on the wall…no hangers, dirty bathtub, smelly towels. The guy in charge changed the room I asked for..smoking room..for a non smoking room, which had the smell of smoke and hot you right when you opened the door. We had a spider visiting too. Nothing matched the company commercials about these branch of hotels. Very disappointed. We could not even charge the phone in order to have the car GPS to work, none of the outlets worked. If it weren’t because we were so tired from our flights and the car GPS could not be connected to phone, we would have just drive home. Left before 6 AM, and the roads were easier to see as the sun came out.. Overall impression, the place is a dump. Not worth what they charge. Shame, the location is perfect, so close to the Airport. Sanitation should be given a visit…

• Karla (1/5): Nasty,disgusting, and needs condemned. - It was a roof over our heads for the night. When we opened the door, the smell of Marijuana was so strong it was breathtaking. The bed covers had multiple cigarette burn marks. The doors were beat all to pieces. The main entrance door to the room had a gap open at the bottom of the door. The bathroom door had holes in it and was scraping the ceiling every time we opened or closed the door. There was no clock, coffee maker, hairdryer, or telephone in the room. The TV only had 3 channels, the refrigerator had rust all over the door and was sitting on the floor with a microwave on top of it. I asked the front desk to refund my stay, but they refused and offered me another room for more money, and I had to pay cash for the difference in the fee. I definitely will not stay there again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone else.
• Vacation634559 (2/5): I HATED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! - This property is the most horrible hotel I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping at. The entire hotel is a trash dump, from the front desk attendants to the housekeepers. Abundant vehicles are everywhere along with the homeless. I woke up a homeless woman sleeping on the steps preventing me from getting to my room. Loud music, load neighbors in the middle of the night, horrible odors everywhere and I could barely understand what the Front Dest attendant was saying. Bearly spoke any English and extremely rude. My room was just as bad...My door closed but didn't lock, I could see the outside around the door when it was closed. There as absolutely NOTHING decent about this property. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST!!!!!!

• Elaine (1/5): The propriety is not safe, I couldn’t stay there after one night, nightmare… they didn’t give me my money back. - Nothing! The room is located in the parking place behind the office, everybody can in and out. A couple screamed in front of my door all night long, upstairs other or the same couple was fighting. I talked with manager who didn't do anything. I was afraid the could have a gun. The room had cockroaches 🪳, smell of trash, dirty towels, and broken furniture to. The pictures are not accurate and Booking.com doesn't help to get my money back.

• Jon (1/5): Avoid avoid avoid - To be honest! Absolutely nothing this motel is unsafe in need of repairs and really should be shut down! We left within 1 hour of being there, numerous drug deals happening while we were there in our short time! I would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy! Please avoid don’t be lured in by the price, I don’t know how this is still open, the area is unsafe too! I would comment on the room but was not there long enough as I spent most of the time at the peep hole keeping an eye on our vehicle making sure we didn’t or the car got robbed!

I can break this down into 5 areas... A) Gates not working with cards. B) Air Conditioner not working. C) No Ice D) No phone to call reception desk. E) Room cleanliness.
