- Bruce (8/5): - The hotel is new and everything is top notch. My only issue was the limited amount of English speaking staff !! We had issues in the restaurant both the evening we arrived as well as breakfast. There were no menu’s in English and no one there who could explain the French menu to us. We both ended up with meals that weren’t what we thought we were having at dinner and breakfast. I guess that is our problem for traveling to Quebec to vacation. It’s rarely an issue anywhere else in Quebec and we stayed at another Hotel Universal just south of the St Lawrence and English was commonly spoken.

- Mélanie (6/5): - Good place to stay, friendly staff, but noisy air system in the room and the bed and pillows are uncomfortable. I've stayed there a few times and it's the same thing in every room. Good for an overnight stay.

- Babak (6/5): - It's a good hotel, but be aware there is absolutely NO room service. Also breakfast is NOT included. Reservation websites can be misleading. They don't mention these things. On the website says breakfast is 10 to 14$ However with tax and tip you have to spend at least 20$ every day to get an egg and few sausages.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not comfortable - We did not like it at all. The lighting was di.. the rooms used bright colours hardly in line with relaxation. The first room selected for us had to be swapped out because it looked weird..there was a see-through window into the shower!!!! I felt very uncomfortable by that. Also they refused to have our rooms cleaned during our stay. Finally, the fridge had issues .. but they fixed it..
