The location is perfect, the staff is super attentive and the breakfast is super. We would recommend it wholeheartedly to our family and friends. May use some additional cleanliness depending on the room.

No doubt (deluxe) Thali is going to be great, but if one has to stay there for 3 days and has to eat deluxe thali for 3 days, then no wonder one is going to fall ill.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were staying for a tournament at Deccan Gymkhana Sports facility. Overall a very pleasant stay. Sometimes the visitors of other rooms were very loud on the corridors during after hours. They would talk very loudly during middle of the night or early hours oblivious to other room occupants resting times. The hotel can introduce quiet time where the occupants should not be allowed to have loud conversations in common areas.

They responded to our request for some housekeeping issues very promptly. The room smelt strongly of pest control when we checked in, the toilet flush was black water. We stayed only one night during which we saw three cockroaches. There was a small bar of soap and no soap dish. The bath towel was wrapped in paper and somehow dirty and had hair on it. The shower head was wonky and all over the place. There is no divider between the shower and the loo so the entire bathroom gets wet.

The hotel is kids friendly as the staff at the reception was great. Nothing major, just breakfast options were limited on some days.

Muscittos and lot of noise day and night around due to construction next door and functions in the property. Quiet sleep was impossible. Elevator is too slow to make faster moves. Breakfast food is very repetitive. Default news paper in Pune is English , very surprising.

• Sarang (10/5): If need, "Home Stay" out from your Home town, Hotel Shreyas in Pune is the only substitute. - Superb service, polite staff. We reached at around 10.30 in the night. Before reaching the hotel we told the hotel manager to keep dinner for us as we were not reaching to hotel during their dinner time. They have accepted our request and made the necessary arrangements, which was very impressive.

We did not like the room they alloted so they showed us two more. The corner toom we chose had good views. Another room had a balcony which was good too. Renovation going on so some rooms were recently painted. Some work still going on. Morning room service breakfast was tasty and service was very good. As early as 6am which was really useful as we had to go for a conference. Deccan metro station is close by and connected to Pune railway station
