Tiffany (6/5): It was an okay stay - doubtful we will stay again. - I liked that it felt safe as far as location and the parking lot along with the building was well lit. I also liked that the beds were comfortable and I had no issues with the air in our room. They also had really good breakfast choices, something for everyone (waffles, cereal, omelets, bacon, yogurt, potatoes, etc.). Our room felt very clean. •It was very warm in the hallways and in the breakfast area - almost to the point where I’d rather have ate in my room •The vent in our bathroom really didn’t work - had to keep door open during showers *The shower curtain is WAY too short for the bathtubs when showering. Constantly had to make sure the shower curtain was staying in the tub or there would be water everywhere on the floor. •We were a family of four and only three towels and two wash rags were placed in our bathroom for our second night stay. We spoke with the front desk and she informed us she had no more towels or wash cloths within the facility that were clean to give us, only hand towels. I explained that we booked this room as a family of four and we don’t want to have to share wash rags and towels. I kindly asked if she had a vacant room to remove towels of and her response was “we have other guests coming”. I was very disappointed. Fortunately I had packed a couple of makeup rags from my own house and ended up having to use those for my family. •i definitely don’t think for what we paid - that it was worth the value.

I was a little surprised to see we were so close to the waterpark. There was never a time that there weren’t wet footprints in the elevator or lobby. The parking situation was odd. We came back from dinner in the evening and all the parking spots were full (two trucks with trailers took up 8 spots each) so we had to park in the street. It wasn’t a far walk but I could assume some people would find it a huge inconvenience.

Patrick (7/5): Nice place but PLEASE address bathroom issues. - Nice room, quiet and a working heat/ air unit that provided continuous white noise without clanking and banging. Nice breakfast. Handle on toilet did not properly - would stick in the down position and continue running unless it was physically pushed up. The shower head produced a flow that was no bigger around than a nickel - no spray at all. Unable to adjust in any way.

The bathroom tub was flexible, and caused loud noises when used. The unit above showered at 11:00 PM and the noise woke us up. 3. The toilet had to be manually reset. 4. Bathroom lighting was too dim to shave well.

Very spacious room & bed was very comfortable w/soft clean (no visible stains at least) sheets and pillows. Nicely remodeled bathroom & shower, minus lighting and lack of water pressure from shower. OMG the air conditioner plastic vents - COVERED IN GROWING MOLD!!!!!! Wow! Terrible!!! See pics, unbelievable….. moving along the shower head pressure was literally a mist. A misty shower - yet sink and tub faucets had good water pressure. Bathroom lighting was very dim. Would be nice to actually see yourself, just saying. I also promised my 4 yo daughter I’d voice her disapproval of the lack of TV channels and there was not many options for children wanting cartoons to watch. Also, the tv remote ONLY worked with the “up” button. Minor infraction but annoying.

Lori (9/5): Our stay was comfortable and very clean. - Our room was very clean, plenty of clean towels and washcloths. We stayed in the handicapped room due to the fact that my dad needed the bars in the restroom in order to complete bathing and dressing. The breakfast was hot and tasty. There were many food items to choose from. The lady manning the breakfast was very kind and helpful. The bathroom door had to be completely closed all the time otherwise it blocks the hotel room door entrance.
