Guest Reviews
- Dennis (10/5): -
- Kalifa (8/5): - Clean, reasonable, and quite. In a rough neighborhood
- Thomas (6/5): Decent motel, price during Packers WAY high! Location is good, probably acceptable when not game day - At $400, it was way overpriced for a run down motel, not hotel. Staff was very nice. It worked for a place to sleep after Packers game. Would not stay there if there were other reasonable priced accommodations. Nicer options were around $800-$1,000, so it did the trick. Small parking lot. If I didn't get there right around check in time, I probably would not have got a parking spot. Rooms were updated, but didn't look professional. I do home improvement, they tried, but fell short. Overall, not bad, as long as u don't pay the exorbitant gameday price.
- Karine (5/5): -
- George (10/5): - well located, staff readily helped, clean room at a very nice price. perfect for our visit to Green bay. all good nothing negative
- Cole (10/5): -
- roger (6/5): -
- Paul (7/5): - I didn't have breakfast
- Hoi-Kwong (3/5): -
- Don (5/5): Booked due everything else being full. For the price, would not book again - Fit the purpose Very expensive for event stay.
- Donald (10/5): Great stay clean facility -
- Michael (1/5): Never going back - Nothing Bed bugs, ac that made a lot of noise but didn't cool
- Bill (8/5): Nice and quiet -
- brendan (9/5): -
- Heather (8/5): Great place to say if you’re looking for an affordable place near Lambeau Field - The location was perfect since we were going to Lambeau Field. It was easy to get an Uber to and from the field from here. Honestly, I didn’t expect much considering how affordable this place was, but it was perfect for me and my brothers. I think the front desk guy could’ve been nicer, but that’s really my only complaint if I had to think about it.
- LMS (6/5): - Location Price, total rip-off if in town for a Packers game. Hotel not even sold out and I had to pay total >$300. Stupid me for sure
- Jacque (10/5): -
- Frank (1/5): Drug addicts, homeless people, and people getting arrested on site. - Nothing was good about this property. Drug addicts, homeless people, and people getting arrested on site. We didn't stay more than 10 minutes before we left for another hotel.
- Erin (9/5): In town for the packers game, price was unbeatable. - Great staff. Building was a little dated, but the location and cleanliness were spot on. We were very happy and would definitely go back.
- Curtis (7/5): -
- Heimerl (7/5): -
- Team (4/5): - The room was spacious and clean The owner was very rude. For how much the rooms cost I would’ve thought it would been a little nicer facility.
- Richard (8/5): -
- neveah (4/5): - when arriving to check in they immediately couldn’t find my name and i had the confirmation for the hotel. we then get inside of our hotel and it immediately smelled like cigarettes, their was hairs on the pillow and sheets, stains on the chair, and there was red stains in the bathroom. overall just a really uncomfortable stay and for 445 dollars definitely was not worth it. not impressed
- PM (8/5): -
- Matt (2/5): - What a dump! The pillows were hard, flat, and miserable. The curtain was entirely inadequate for blocking out the bright street lights, illuminating the room. I slept with a rolled-up t-shirt covering my eyes.
- Scott (2/5): - The prices are ridiculous during packer games. Also the owner is super rude and very unfriendly. The place looks clean but found cockroaches.
- Larson (5/5): -
- Rebecca (10/5): - Quick easy service, friendly staff. Rooms very clean.
- Ray (8/5): Cheap price, good value. Not high end, but not bad - Good for the money. Cheap. Comfortable.
- Lori (1/5): Bad - Wasn't much to like The facility was clean to an extent. The owner and wife didnt seem to have housekeepers but asked us if we needed anything only to get upset when we went to the desk and had issues with the card. They had been having us reprogram it each day. On requestjng a receipt for the charge of the stay, the owner wouldn't give me it and the wife had my boyfriend sign a charge slip for extra on top of what was paid on booking it. I was not thrilled then having to leave the night before our departure when the owner had not wanting to refund the charges added. I'm surprised they have a business much less run it.
- Kelly (6/5): - A fine place to rest your head at night, but definitely older and in need of renovation. Bed and living area was fine, but bathroom was questionable...Shower wouldn't drain, super old fan, generally out of date. Did the job for a quick overnight as I was passing through.
- Catherine (10/5): - The hot water came through immediately! Did not have to warm it up. Large room with ample storage, walking and closet space.
- Frances (6/5): - No elevator though there’s only 2 floors
Air con noisy
One day stay is ok no more than that to me
WiFi wasn’t mentioned during check in
Had to call n asked for password
- Dan (8/5): Nice stay at newly updated motel - We were visiting family and looking for a clean, comfortable room for the night. This motel has been updated and was exactly what we were looking for. Beds were comfortable, and motel was clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I don't think there are a lot of amenities, but we didn't need them. This motel is close to the downtown area as well.
- Tyreni (7/5): Other than check in being on edge the rest of the stay was pleasant - Location was close to an event I was going to At the front desk there’s a sign that says you have to be over 21 to check in and that no pets are allowed even though on here it says there’s no age limit and pets are allowed at extra cost. Luckily he let me and my friend check in, though he didn’t seem happy about it
- Xiong (9/5): My highly recommendation to book for next traval - Friendly staffs. None
- Glenn (6/5): A bit scary from the outside but the room was good. - Great location. Bike and walk everywhere. Bike trail along river near by. Right downtown. Good Internet for work. Room itself was good but zero facilities otherwise.
- Yeng (8/5): My stay at village inn - It was a nice place to relax for a family medical emergency. I was expecting to be a noisy loud place but it turned out peaceful and quiet so I will certainly recommend it to anyone
- Barbara (8/5): - It was super clean!! Older building, no elevator, not the best part of town but quiet and close to Lambeau Field.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional - Cleanliness Nothing
- Marsha (4/5): Very expensive for 1 night, but all hotels in Green Bay expensive - No breakfast. Room cold at night, only an air conditioner for heat.
Not that safe. Heat, attention from staff. 1st Coffee maker didn't work, staff (1)
brought another.
- Greg (2/5): - Ridiculous rates for a very old and basic motel . They also did not comply with the reserve now pay later option . My card was charged immediately at booking which tells me they know the rate is outrageous, let’s get our money quick. No option to shop other places.
- Carl (2/5): Very poor - Clean, firm beds. The area, age of the buildings, manager and type of other guests. One of the worst hotels in the area.
- Thomas (2/5): - Over $350 for the room, hair in and around tub, musty, not updated in a very long time. Homeless sleeping in the hallway outside my door when I walked out of room to get breakfast in the morning. Would not recommend.
- Tom (8/5): Very good - Good location clean Homeless person in hallway
- Boho (8/5): - Not luxury feel but clean , well equipped with frig, microwave and great location.
- Angelina (4/5): - Felt unsafe and it was dirty.
- Kubycheck (8/5): Very good -
- Chandra (8/5): We were in town to see my son who was also in town on military duty anti celebrate a few birthdays and to do some sight - It was within walking distance to where my son was staying at the Hyatt. The price was a little steep even for the weekend on short notice.
I understand it was short notice an a packers game was Sunday and at home.
But bed was a tad uncomfortable for my boyfriend An no cable tv.
- Kevin (4/5): - Very shady place to stay room was nice and pretty clean. Alot of shady business seemed to be going on around the location and in motel. Think most of rooms was permit live ins and the traffic in and out seemed little odd. Would not stay at location again.
- Declan (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good bargain option - Comfortable but not fancy. The staff was friendly and it was conveniently located near the hospital.
- Shari (7/5): It was clean and quiet which is important. - We paid 5x the usual nightly fee for the room.
- Greg (8/5): - Room was dated, could use an upgrade
- Eva (7/5): Decent, would stay again - Good location, easy to access the room There was some writing on the walls that looks like they just painted over.
- Royce (1/5): Bad -
- Seth (8/5): Very good -
- Larry (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sbockdixon (8/5): Not bad for the money. - It was inexpensive. They allowed dogs for a fee. Fairly close to everything. The room was old and worn. The area around the hotel was not well kept. I was charged a $25 cancelation fee for mistakenly double booking my room.
- Don (3/5): Poor -
- Beckman (9/5): Nice economy priced room. - The room was extremely clean and comfortable. They also allowed us to check in a little bit earlier then check in time. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Small parking lot, person at front desk was not real personable.
- Cary (8/5): Very good -
- Christine (8/5): - Affordable
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Green Bay trip - Older motif and appearance but the essential amenities were excellent. Decent value for the money.
- Carole (5/5): Passable - Could have been a little cleaner The towels didn't look very clean. The door had so many gaps the light was shinning through. Outside door needs to be locked so street people can't get in to cause a problem. Lots of noise going on during the night. Attendant not always in the office to handle issues! Floor was sticky to the feet! Would not return there again. Close to Downtown restaurants, etc
- Eric (8/5): - No easy TV menu but otherwise it was clean, quiet, very conveinient for my stay at a good price
- Jessica (2/5): - There was bed bugs everywhere in the bed. Leftover food in the fridge. The guy at the front told us that the room has sat for 6 months…. The food was still fresh?!??
- Jose (4/5): It needs to improve cleaning. - It's located in a good place in downtown. Cleanliness is not the best, bad smell when entering the building.
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriella (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gabriella (7/5): Good -
- Lemuel (1/5): Bad -
- Connie (1/5): $100 room I never stayed and my money was not refundable. I will never use this again. Hotwire insures our money back wh - I was told the room was no smoking and as an asthmatic person I immediately smelled the room was smoked out the furniture was old and there were signs of smoking in the sink and bathroom area were I took pictures. The manager saw my brother carrying my bags and immediately thought they were not added to my stay and asked me to leave. My brother was already roomed at a days inn and was making sure I was safe in this drugged filled area that had booking.com for reservations.
- Jack (2/5): - Anyone can come and go as they please in the hotel
- Melissa (2/5): - Kind of a scary area. The owner/manager is an absolute nightmare.
- Brandon (6/5): Did what I needed it to do for the most part - Short distance bars. Other guests were quiet. Vending machine only had one drink. No continental breakfast. Very small parking lot. No wlevator.
- James (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (8/5): Low-cost, high quality - The room was fresh and spotless. It had a mini fridge and microwave. There was a desk and a couch. The place was calm and quiet. The shower got hot quickly. The overall quality was better than I expected for the low price.
The hall had a slight smell of smoke, but not at all in my room. The appliances and furniture were out of date, but all in good condition. I would have preferred a thicker blanket, but I was comfortable.
- Brooke (6/5): - Overall the hotel was not bad and good for an overnight stay. The room itself was clean but the bathroom needs updated along with some of the furniture. They also allow people to smoke in certain rooms. We got a non smoking room and we couldn’t smell it most of the time but sometimes the smell would linger into the room. The hallway to our room was also pretty dirty and smelled of smoke. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
- Gail (3/5): Poor - Very easy we did not like the price. It was almost $500 a night! Also, we could hear everyone in the hall talking all night.
- Ashley (6/5): - Some of these reviews are brutal and made me super worried about staying here! But it was not a bad place to be. We stayed for a packer game so it was pretty noisy. But the space was just fine and served us for the need we had!
- Peter (7/5): Place is fine for a place to crash overnight for a Packer game. -
- Brian (2/5): - The cost of the room per night was outrageous compared to the conditions of the overall premises. I was also very upset that they ran my credit card two additional times even after the first time it was approved by the credit card company. Thank heavens the credit card company rejected the two additional times they tried to run the card
- Brittany (10/5): - Do not judge a book by its cover! The outside of this place is a little rough but the room was amazing! It was clean, spacious and the mattress was comfy! Would definitely stay here again!
- Lindsey (10/5): - People were nice. Easy Uber ride to and from Lambeau.
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kelly (8/5): Great for location and budget. - Bedside outlets came in handy for charging.
Biggest problem I had, was the TV. Defaults to HDMI input. Couldn't find the option, to change it. Oh well, not there to watch TV. Minor.
No bath soap in the room. Called the desk. He delivered body wash travel tube. We're good.
- Becky (7/5): Good -
- Laurie (10/5): - Convenient location to stay at after daily activities
- Waller (8/5): Very good -
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (5/5): Came for a Packers game so it was surge pricing. It’s really a 2 star place. -
- Rc (1/5): Bad -
- Camryn (8/5): Property - Property Property
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Steven (8/5): - No problem at all.
- Beth (9/5): We enjoyed it very much. - It was very clean, attractive motel. It's obviously being remodeled (nicely by the way). The toilet was a low water-use, dual-flush toilet. It was clogged when we tried to use it first morning after we arrived. We have the very same toilet in our home. If the user does not use the right flush mode, these things clog easily. In hotels, they can clog every day. My advice to the owner is, have a plunger in every bathroom. Otherwise, great little motel!
- Richard (6/5): Pleasant -
