• Verified traveler (8/5): Simple clean and affordable outside Centro. - Nice spot in San Felipe. Quick cheap bus to Centro. Surprisingly good restaurant. Very clean. Nice grounds. The bathroom a little dated. The pool was closed for repairs. Towels old and in need of replacement. Mostly a very good value and a good location if you want to be in that part of the city.
• Bryan (2/5): Misleading Pet Policy - Overall a decent hotel, clean rooms and relatively quiet atmosphere. However, I was very disappointed with the service from the hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and booked my accommodation thru Hotels.com, specifically selecting the only available “pet friendly” room. The reservation stated that ALL taxes and fees were included in the final price. Upon checkout, the hotel charged me $1,200 in “pet fees” which I found to be very misleading. If there were additional fees those should have been made clear up front, prior to me booking and paying for a non-refundable reservation. Secondly, the hotel should have informed me of this at check in, not at checkout after I had stayed there for three nights. Finally, the hotel manager could have waived this fee based on the circumstances and the fact it was not disclosed up front, but they refused to do so. I would not recommend this hotel to those traveling with pets, very disappointing experience.

• Guillermo (10/5): - Esta a 10 min del centro, sin embargo vale la pena muchisimo. Es un hotel muy muy bonito, decorado como una villa mexicana. Su habitación muy agradable, comoda y limpia. El estacionamiento es pequño sin embargo suficiente. La alberca es pequeña pero para los niños excelente. Siendo objetivos su unica area de oportunidad es con el agua caliente de la regadera, que a ratis se iba, parece un problema en la presion de agua, y al llegar a las 5 pm a realizar el check in aun no tenian lista nuestra habitacion a lo cual inmediatamente nos la cambiaron. La verdad cuando llegue al verlo por fuera crei que estaria feo pero basta con entrar al area de habitaciones para enamorarte por completo. Estuve tambien hospedada en el hotel mision los angeles (mas caro) y creanme me quedo mil veces con el hotel angel inn. Se los recomiendo y espero regresar pronto.

El wifi no llegaba a mi habitación y como rentan un espacio para eventos al ser una piscina pequeña se llena quedando los huéspedes sin ganas de entrar a ella puesto que no hay espacio suficiente. Los alimentos en restaurante son buenos y no demoran en atender. La ubicación de el lugar es muy tranquila y accesible si llevas auto, en caso contrario justo en frente pasa el transporte público.

• Chris (4/5): Staff was not helpful - I reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights. My friend in Mexico called a few times to make sure our reservation was in their system. When we arrived, they only had 2 rooms for us and one couple with us had to go to another hotel for 1 night. The second night they made me move from my room to a smaller room. Very disappointing!

• Caro (6/5): Buen hotel para llegar a dormir - No hay nada que hacer a los alrededores, el servicio de la recepción podría ser mucho más amable ... pedí un room service y tuve que ir al restaurante a preguntar como iba el pedido, pedí unas toallas adicionales para la alberca y nunca llegaron (tuve que ir yo a recepción a recogerlas), pregunté sobre donde podía imprimir unos pases de abordar y no tenían ni idea (y tampoco ofrecieron alternativas o ayuda) Las instalaciones bien en general si solo se busca un lugar de hospedaje sencillo, son limpias y aunque austeras, son cómodas.

• Hiro (8/5): Good place to stay! - Place is not near Centro, you need to take a taxi 60pesos. But place is really carm and hotel is clearn and comfort. If you arrive by car this is good place, parking is free and you can drive to centro or historical place. Also with family is good, there is a pool kids can enjoy and gardn is beautiful. Hotel staff are so kind, room cleaning are perfect. There is free WiFi but signal is not so strong. to see movie it does not work well, but to see page no problem. Compare with Centro hotel, I prefer this because it carm and hospitality. Next time I will use this hotel again.
• Baja viaja (6/5): Nice and helpful front desk people - This hotel best assets is their employees, juventino makes you feel like you are at home with great deal of touristic information tips on where to go etc. the rooms does not have a coffee maker and they are small. We had a triple and with barely room to open our luggage. The beds are in the super firm mattress side too hard to sleep but clean and neat. Neighborhood is safe and nice part of the city, plan to spend money in taxi to get you to downtown Nice experience overall
• sambudas (8/5): Get better coffee! - At least if your in Oaxaca serve good coffee! I don't know why, but the coffee they serve there was not hot and didn't taste good. Other than that, it was a nice place.
