- Chenise (2/5): No thank you - The front desk guy was nice. Basically everything, I think they should keep that place closed until it's fully renovated. I think our room had been renovated already but the kitchen area was gross and missing knobs, I had to plug in the TV box and it still didn't work. Something in the hall kept beeping. We honestly left that night and got another room, I got a really weird feeling and it was just myself and my 2 kids.

I did not have wifi to prebook Sat night-desk said 175 same room. I got 1 bed 135. I dont like the hold up. Sunday breakfast had no eggs and husband disgusted.

- McKay (6/5): - The room was spacious and the pillows were better than expected. The breakfast was so bad it was insulting. Probably the cheapest hotel breakfast that ever qualified. The food was bad. The yogurt all expired that day (a few had turned), the meat was cheap meatballs (not breakfast food). My kids said the cereals were stale and old. We were joking with the other patrons about how it looked like they did the miminum possible to still qualify as a continental breakfast at the least possible expense.
- Wade (7/5): Good value, especially with the EV charger - Recently installed Level 2 Tesla EV charger that also works for other EVs was a nice bonus. Saved us an hour or more of time and about $50 in charging costs at a fast charger in the area. We also appreciated the breakfast with hot waffles, eggs and sausage links, pastries, cereal, milk, juice and bagels. Decent variety pleased all of us. Pool was still out of commission due to renovations at the property.

- Chrystal (3/5): Terrible and filthy - Nothing Everything. Filthy, no staff, light in the room would not turn off without me flipping a breaker switch, which also turned off all outlets. The front desk didn't seem to think it was a big deal and told me to just cover the light with something dark. The hotel was under construction and everything was filthy and not a house keeper in sight! The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in!

- Tadd (2/5): Bad during remodel - ? During a remodel. No one told us that it was going on. Breakfast was not very good. Cold eggs and sausage. Drinks watered down. To much light going into the room at night from outside. Bathroom door handle inside was missing. You could get locked in the bathroom. Way more money spent there with the situation the hotel is in. I expected more from a 3 star hotel. At least some information when booking to make a more informed decision.

- Zachmann (1/5): All 5 minutes was a disgrace. - We booked through Bookings.com and within the hour found the motel under construction and the room infested with dozens of bugs, dead and alive, on the bed and floor. Plus the motel had a different name. Your company wanted $51 to cancel and no help. You should be held accountable as what you represent. Nothing, your service was reported to the board of health as we were in the room about 5 minutes.
- Destiny (1/5): Beware of bugs and lies - Nothing The room was full of squash bugs flys and who knows what other kinds of bugs. The hot tub had squash bugs in it. The bed had bugs crawling in it. The lights in the kitten area would not turn on. They were renovating more than just the pool and fitness area but the whole building they had painters outside the 3rd floor window which we were in that room which gave no privacy whatsoever!! The manager/owner knew about the bugs and tried saying it was due to no one using the room for a few days and said they have been cleaning bugs off of that side of the building. The walls and doors had a ton a bad paint scuffs it looked line a run down hotel instead of the advertised suite we had had booked. We had a hard time finding the location because they changed the name but did not update the signs on the building.

- Annette (6/5): - The first room we were put in was dirty and the roof was leaking in the bathroom from the rainstorm. However, the staff member on duty that night switched us immediately when I went and told her. We didn’t use the AC unit because it was cold already so we just had the window open. The room we were switched to had a quarter size hole near the door knob and you could see straight into the room. The hot plate was also missing the knobs.

I only saw 7 to 8 cars on the parking lot for both days the I stayed, and that the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was good. The room was dark, light bulbs were dull. 1 of the light did not work, I immediately notified the front desk, she said she would notify the maintenance but there's no one came to fix it. There's no ice machine, I was told to go the front desk to ask for ice, and she gave me a small bag that was about 20 ice cubes. The night stand draw had some sticky, gooey residue... very gross The phone on the night stand did not plug in, the lock on the night stand kept blinking. The desk panel was came off

We had a hard time finding a Motel because the Motel had a different name other than what was online. They need to change the name of their Motel as soon as possible so we were not the only people that were frustrated.

- Monica (4/5): Shower curtain!! - Everything was great until I was in the shower and noticed how nasty the shower curtain was! This shower curtain has not been changed in who knows how long! Made me question the rest of the room. I took the shower curtain down so it didn’t get forgotten for the next guest. I also put powder make up on all pillows and sheets to make sure they were changed as well.

I like that I was able to book rooms last minute due to camping equipment failure during a freak windstorm in Utah. Breakfast and was a bit lacking. I'm an eggs and meat kind of guy. What was provided got me through the day. Thank you.
- Craig (8/5): I've stayed here many times before and the remodeling work makes the facilities even better. - I was assigned a room in the location that fulfilled my special request. The room had a hardwood style floor, so if I had been traveling with my dog, it would have been very pet friendly. It's good to know that these accommodations exist for travelers with pets. My television quit working and a call to the front desk resulted in a very quick response from Mr. Gandhi, the owner/manager. He knew just what to do to fix the problem and there were no other issues with the TV.

Unfortunately, the family that came down for breakfast after me, didn’t all get to eat biscuits because there wasn’t enough. This was at 7:30am, breakfast is until 9am. I didn’t see anyone replenishing the food items.

- Kristina (2/5): - They checked me into an uncleaned room when i took my complaints to the owner i was told if i wanted a clean room I needed to check into a room in the Hamptons there was no ice machine i bought my own ice breakfast was poor
- Jane (5/5): Handy Location - Great location. Stayed there on my cross country trip. Was 30 minutes from Dinosaur National Monument so got up and got into park early. My room was finished being renovated. It was studio apartment so nice to spread out. This property is being renovated from a former (worn-down) road hotel. The sign on the highway was the old sign so i drove back and forth a few times using Google maps before realizing the building looked the same as the photo on Booking but the sign was the wrong name. It is probably changed by now though. Inside the hotel the renovation was half done. The carpet glue smell was so bad I started getting a headache and had to have the widow open all night in April temperatures. But it is probably much further along now.

Don't remember locking the door. Had to use the bathroon in the lobby which was difficult for someone that's handicapped

- William (8/5): - My wife and I stayed for a single night. We arrived around 7pm and found the front desk empty with a sign saying they would be back. We waited for a few moments and then noticed the phone that said we could dial 0 to get assistance. Placed the call and got help almost immediately. The front desk person was friendly and engaging. He got us checked in quickly, reminded us of the checkout time and the breakfast times. We rode the elevator up to our floor. Had to squeeze around one of those room cleaning carts to get to our room. We stayed in the king suite. We liked the room. It had a kitchenette in it, which was nice. The room had an armchair on one side and a desk with a task chair next to it. The poor task chair looked like it had seen better days. The shower was nice and had plenty of pressure. The cooler/heater worked well. The bed is very firm. We didn't use the small stovetop that was in the room, but it does warn to make sure the fan is on and even open up the window when cooking on it. We had breakfast plans for the morning, so we did not get a chance to try out the breakfast that is provided by the hotel. We did pass by the dining area on our way to and from the room, and it looks really nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Sign out front states hot continental breakfast and the price of breakfast is included in your cost to stay. The only thing available was 2 choices of cereal, a few apples, a few pieces of bread, a few bagels and one danish. Coffee tasted burnt every morning. The pool was shut down and the water was green. Our room was dirty and all of the counters and light fixtures were not clean. The chair in our office looked like they found it at the dump. The front desk was always away for 15-20 minutes and even left a sign in the morning stating “she would be back in an hour and left to get milk” Overall, the place is very disappointing.
- AJohn (2/5): - This is one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed at...don't stay there. The outside doors did not lock (safety), pool was out of order. Room sink would not drain, stove top had no knobs, Chair had spots all over with food remnants under the cushion. Went to take a shower and it was not clean with a black ring around the tub. The overall condition of the room was old, paint peeling and chipped with carpet being dirty and not cleaned. The breakfast was a joke, 3 bagels, some bread, bananas and a few small yogurts in a fridge. The pictures do not represent the hotel. stay at your own risk
- Michael (6/5): - The continental breakfast was sparse at best. Coffee, a tiny bagel, muffin or biscuit or cereal. The sign said “free hot breakfast”. If you wanted anything hot, you could put it in the toaster or microwave.
