- Lea (7/5): מהמם - הצוות מאוד אדיב ומקצועי ברמה הזו שביקשנו משהו ותוך פחות מדקה הגיעו לחדר . מתקני הספא מעולים ברמה גבוהה מושלם ממש להרגע וליהנות מהטבע סביב באנו עם ציפייה מאוד גבוהה למלון . המלון מחולק בעצם לשני מלונות שונים שהכניסה אליהם שונה אבל חולקים את אותם מתקנים רק במרחק הליכה הארוחת בוקר וערב היו בסדר גמור לטעמי האישי הרגיש תעשייתי

- Bethan (10/5): Overall great hotel, lovely room and excellent food. Would recommend. - This whole hotel surpassed my expectations. The food was incredible with a massive array for both breakfast and dinner. A small lunch was included which was a bonus. The staff including the waitresses at dinner were very friendly. The wellness facilities were brilliant with a massive selection to use and lots of beds - we took part in the free Finnish sauna experience which I would recommend. Overall great hotel, lovely room and excellent food. Would recommend. There was not hot-tub which I think would have completed the spa.

- Abdulmohsen (7/5): Good - Staying in a beautiful resort, and what made me happy was the employee Sahar, an employee who made me happy with her high-class treatment. She received me in the best way and was a distinguished guest, but I did not find a dinner that was suitable for Muslims. Most of the food. I hope there is variety in dinner.

- Karla (7/5): Beautiful hotel and view. Better work really hard on the service - The place is incredible and it's really relaxing. Perfect view. They have short staff and we think that for the value and level of that hotel they should have more people or if they have less make them work real hard on being attentive with the clients because since we got there no one helped us to grab our luggage and take it to the room. At 10pm that I try to call the concierge, the reception or housekeeping no one answer, I waited like 10 minutes in the phone and nothing, I called because that same day that we arrived I got my room incomplete (no hand soap, or soap for body wash at all, we only had body lotion and shampoo, it appeared as if they forgot to organize the room before giving it to us. We really think that the hotel has potencial but it's the little details that count and obviously the attention we have as guests and we really think that they have a really opportunity in working on that, it's not all about how pretty the hotel is, being attentive at all times makes guests feel at home and relaxed and that is something the hotel definitely didn't have. We also would recommend to have 24 hours for room service or something to eat, because we got to the hotel like at 8:30pm and at 9 dinner ended so we couldn't get anything to eat, we thought that maybe they had room service but they said they didn't have service after 9pm so we went searching for a place near that could be open and we did struggle finding where.

If it was located somewhere in Val Thorens, France it would have been 10 out of 10 - Clean, modern, friendly staff, tasty food, green energy. this hotel is of an excellent quality! I personally didn’t like the location. Tiny village, no restaurants, no market. the atmosphere is very boring. unfortunately due to a low altitude there was no snow in the village, while on slopes there was.

Een fantastische wellness met schitterend uitzicht en ook de kinderen kunnen zich uitstekend vermaken in het kinderbad met glijbanen en speelkamers. Het restaurant viel wat tegen. Zorg ervoor dat je mag zitten in het algemene gedeelte en niet weggestopt wordt in een van de dode hoeken. Zeker als je wat later gaat eten, want dan zit je groot gedeelte van het diner helemaal alleen in een afgescheiden gedeelte van het restaurant. Verder is het advies om op tijd te gaan eten, want buffetten worden slecht aangevuld gedurende het diner. Dus veel is weg, als je later komt. De resten liggen er nog wel, zodat je precies weet wat je gemist hebt. Kwaliteit van het eten is goed en ook de restaurant manager heeft ons prima geholpen, met een betere tafel de 2e avond.

- Wolfgang Rimser (10/5): Bei eine Skala von 0 bis 10 geben wir 12 Punkte!!! - In einer Skala von 0 bis 10 geben wir 12 Punkte! Absolute Sauberkeit! Ob im Zimmer, Wellness, im ganzen Hotel. Große neu renovierte Suiten mit sehr guten Betten (Matratzen). Das Essen traumhaft. Gourmet Küche. Sechs Gänge. Kleine Portionen und bei Bedarf gibt es immer einen Nachschlag. Die Nachmittagsjause gab es von 13.00 bis 17.00 Uhr mit allen drum und dran. Einen sehr großzügigen Wellnessbereich mit speziell Saunaaufgüssen und verschiedenartige Fitnessprogramme mit Trainern. Mit hoteleigenem Bergführer. Die Mitarbeiter, vom Hausmeister bis zum Manager, verdienen ein Sonderlob. Bei all der Wanderei gibt es zur Abwechslung Bruneck (sehenswert) zum Shopping (30 Minuten mit dem Auto). Wir waren 14 Tage da und können sagen, dass es einer unserer schönsten Urlaube war !!!
