- Stephanie (2/5): - I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. We booked what was advertised as a large, non-smoking room with four full beds to accommodate eight people, including our six children—one of whom is a 7-month-old infant and another with asthma. What we got was a filthy nightmare. First, one of the beds was a twin, not a full. The sheets were visibly dirty, and one of the pillowcases had dried blood on it. Even worse, we found a pubic hair on the sheets. That alone should have been reason enough to leave, but unfortunately, it got worse. Despite signs everywhere stating “No Marijuana Use,” the entire hotel reeked of marijuana. We were somehow placed on a smoking floor, exposing our children—including a baby and an asthmatic child—to cigarette smoke for the entire night. Completely unacceptable. To top it all off, our AC barely functioned, and the hotel’s solution was to give us a cheap box fan as if that would make up for the miserable heat and lack of air circulation. We felt unsafe, disrespected, and like our concerns were completely dismissed. This hotel is a health hazard and a disgrace. Do not waste your money or put your family at risk by staying here. If I could give zero stars, I would.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Do better - Although the staff was accommodating, the room was not as advertised. The beed was not a queen, the room I clicked to reserve the room was not the room I was placed in, and when I asked I was informed that although that image was the room i used to reserve my room there are other room images associated to that thumbnail which allows them to assign whichever room they want to your stay. I originally reserved a suite but was only alotted a normal room. We had to be transferred to a new room feom the start for uncleanliness, the second room wasn't much better. Overall they had enough time that these issues could have been foresee .

- Chloe (2/5): Avoid not worth the money - Hotel was so loud, not just the guests but the hotel itself. AC loud and squealing. You could hear motors running all night. Room lacking. No batteries in remote. No extra pillows. Just one per person.

However, if you are working, you may not have time for this as the office is supposed to open at six but no one was there when I was checking out. keep in mind The $50 charge does not get refunded automatically. You have to call them to release the funds.
