christopher (10/5): Peaceful - My wife and I love the hotel, the staff are amazing and courteous. The views and walk to town are exceptional. The only drawback we had was a faulty running toilet that the staff tried to fix but couldn’t. We will go back again and love the place. Toilet kept running but didn’t let that bother us for a great overall time.

We sat on our balcony and watched whales breach for hours. It was magical! The location was perfect--close to tons of bars and restaurants! N/A.

McKiel (10/5): Can't wait to go back! - We kept the curtains open at night just so we could watch the waves and sunrise! Pillow and Mattress was very comfy (especially as we came after the season just ended). Shower was hot and had good pressure. The indoor hot tub and heated pool were so clean and actually heated. There was even a pool attended to make sure everyone stayed safe and followed the rules. The town is so cute we could walk to breakfast and dinner. Almost Stars Hollow (Gilmore Girls) like. The lighthouse is a must visit. We can't wait to go back! The AC was a bit noisy at night but we easily slept through it after a busy day.

Staff was nice (would have been nice if they were up to date on what resteraunts, etc were closed so they didn't recommend closed ones) The hot tub was only open until 6 pm; I would have liked it to be open until 10 pm or so. There were a few maintenance issues, such as the lack of a safety lock on the door, and the screen door was difficult to manage and had a broken hinge.
Patricia (8/5): - The view of the ocean was absolutely amazing!!! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only problem I had was with the Wi-Fi since it was very weak. Also, we used the pull out to sleep on and since I have an issue with my knee, it was extremely low and difficult to get up from so my friend slept on it the entire time. Perhaps, a twin bed or full size bed would be better to have instead of the pull out couch. All in all, it was a great time and a wonderful way to spend my birthday!

Fantastic crew! Location is incredible. It’s very expensive. And then they add $35 when you get there for a “parking fee,” which is an absolute joke. I’ve never had a hotel charge me to park at their hotel (that I paid almost $300 for one night). Pretty shameful.

As far as physical structure, there was a chunk of wood missing from the railing outside our room and there were ants in the room. Also, I had to pay an additional fee when I checked in because I booked through Expedia. This should have been explained beforehand.

We have been visiting Montauk for over 30 years, staying at a different location outside of town. This was the first time we encountered a fee for parking. I wish this was stated more clearly in the description; we were informed of charge after booking the reservation.

Good spacious room with couch, table and chairs, a small fridge, and a coffeemaker. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. Two small issues. The toilet is ridiculously small and the two rods that operate the curtains hand right where you walk. Otherwise, great

We booked King size bed, but the bed was so flimzy that you felt every movement the other person made, so therefore not allowing either myself or my husband a good night's sleep.

Lindsay (2/5): Not right!!!! - I am absolutely floured at the incident that occurred on the night of 7/26. A drunk loud couple stomping and banging until 1AM. Cops were called but because the husband was a cop himself he received special treatment while myself and 3 other rooms had to deal with insanity the entire night. The staff didn't ask them to leave and were fully aware of what went on. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I went to shower there were 3 ants. I made the decision to leave.
