- Rakhim (4/5): Разочарован качеством сервиса и состоянием номера: на жалобы не реагируют, а плохая изоляция окон и шум ремонта делают п - Отель имеет неплохое расположение в Денизли, но, к сожалению, плюсы были перечеркнуты качеством обслуживания и состоянием номера. 1. Шум от ремонта: В соседнем номере или где-то рядом на этаже велись ремонтные работы, что мешало отдыху. 2. Проблемы в ванной: Вода в душе уходила очень плохо. 3. Неисправная техника: Телевизор работал с перебоями и плохо показывал. 4. Отсутствие реакции персонала: Мы сообщили о проблемах на ресепшен, но за все время к нам так никто и не подошел и ничего не исправил. 5. Плохая изоляция окон: В день отъезда был ветер, и из-за низкого качества оконных рам в комнате стоял сильный гул и шум.

Никаких удобств для детей нет - У входа в отель нас тут же встретил молодой человек, который сразу помог нам с чемоданами и с парковкой. На ресепшене тоже стоят очень вежливые люди, знающие свое дело. Абсолютно ужасный сигнал Wi-Fi. Очень маленький выбор еды на завтрак.

- Öykü (10/5): Temiz, rahat ve güleryüzlü bir hizmet - Akşam yola devam etmemek için bir gece Denizlide kalmaya karar verdik. Otel gayet temiz, çalışanlar da ilgili ve kibardı. Havuz başında After party olduğu için yol tarafına bakan oda tercih ettik, hiç müzik ses gelmiyordu. Trafik seside pek rahatsız etmedi. Odalarda klimalar mevcut hava sıcak olduğu için biz klima açık uyumak durumunda kaldık bir sıkıntı yoktu. Bizim aldığımız odaya kahvaltı dahil değildi, extra kahvaltı kişi başı 1,500 civarıydı sanırım biz tercih etmedik.

Kein Empfang bei der Ankunft mit dem Auto, kein Parkplatz, musste eine Strasse weiter selber was finden und leider kein Duschkopf vorhanden. Nur Regendusche und das mit sehr wenig Wasser. - Yusuf (7/5): Nice hotel but don't exagerate too much - The staff is fine. In the evening we eat at the restaurant and the food was good and also more than satifying. The location is very good, something like in the midle between 2 sightseeing points of the city center. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpfull especially if you ask help for in the city where to go what to do etc. First problematical thing is the smell of the cigarette smoke inside the room. We understand that at the hotel there are also nonsmoking rooms however at limited numbers. We (me+my wife+my father and my 2 children) we have booked 2 rooms. Both of them were smelling cigarette but especially the one which we have been with my wife, even the bed and pillow were smelling too much. Next day after pur request, they changed our pillows and bedsheets, but the room was still under a heavy cigarette smoke... Second problem is that they don't have a secured parking place. In front of the hotel entrance door 6 cars can park, the other ones shall park at the area behind the hotel which is dedicated for hotel guests' parking but there wasn't any security etc, and having a foreign plate numbered SUV car to park at a almost dark place was not so convenient.

Kahvaltı zenginliği de oldukça iyiydi; birçok tanınmış markanın hijyenik ambalajlı ürünlerinin sunulması, bize güven verdi.Hijyen ve brusella açısından hassasiyetin ön planda tutulması takdir edilmesi gereken bir durum. Ancak otelin genel yapısı epey eski; yatakların konforu da yetersizdi. İyi bir revizyon yapılması kesinlikle gerekli. Ayrıca otopark otelin arkasında ayrı bir alanda bulunuyor ve bizim konakladığımız süre zarfında orada yardımcı bir personel yoktu. Bu durum zorlayıcı olabiliyor. Sonuç olarak, otel fiyat performans açısından oldukça avantajlı. Ancak, bazı alanlarda geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar olduğu kanaatindeyim.Geliştirilmesi gereken noktalara dikkat edilirse, daha da memnun edici bir deneyim yaşanabilir.O zaman çoğu yorumdaki 10/10 puan hak edilmiş olur.

The issue I had was I specifically made it a point to make sure it had air conditioning and it has only one mini split which does not work efficiently and only in the main room, so the second room and the restroom were a sauna. When I initially arrived I was given a single bed when I paid for two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a sleep sofa and as mentioned no A/C which made the stay HIGHLY UNCOMFORTABLE.

- stephendN9346CU (8/5): Solid 4 star property - We used the North Point Hotel Denizli as a launching point to visit the historical sites in the area. We used prior positive reviews to guide us to this property. The property is clean and well maintained. Rooms are simple and basic (aimed at local business travelers and not really for tourists). Air conditioning in the room was excellent. Breakfast buffet was extensive but very Turkish so those looking for traditional English or American breakfast options will be disappointed. Some reviews said this hotel is well located to walk to restaurants in the area but we did not find this to be the case. This hotel is on a very busy main artery roadway which is challenging to cross. We ended up dining in the hotel restaurant which was good and they seat you outside near the pool. A nice setting. All the staff were very nice (many have little or no English language capabilities). We concluded that as tourists we would have been better off booking a tourist hotel in the cute town of Pamukkale. If in Denizli on business then this hotel fits the bill. Also be aware that the Denizli airport is far from the city center. With clear traffic allocate 45 minutes. With traffic expect at least one hour.

- Yingying (1/5): Not a good choice for foreign traveller. - First time give low rate to one hotel and the worst hotel i stayed in Turkey. definitely，it is not a good choice for u if u want to visit Pammukale. It takes about 20 mins by taxi from the hotel to Pammukale，although the hotel assisted to call the contact taxi，the taxi driver tried his best to earn as much as possible from us. The location &facility is also not good，near to the Highway road，you can hear other people walking，talking in the evening. Kindly noted that if you are travelling here，it is quite annoying that the staff even cant speak English！

The service is great, a wide buffet of food. The rooms are big and spacious, and whatever you need, the hotel will help you with everything.

Havuzu kullanamıyor olmamız bizi üzdü. Gerekçenin covid olduğunu belirttiler fakat bazı otellerde covid var bazılarında yok mu anlayamadık. Daha önce gittiğimiz otelde havuz kullanılıyordu. Covid-19’un adını kullanarak bir şeyleri kısıtlamak adetten olmuş. Bunun dışında çalışanlar saygılı, otel temiz 1-2 gecelik konaklama İçin tercih edebilirsiniz.

- 507fusunk (10/5): Excellent accommodation, service and facilities - We stayed in this hotel two times and were very happy with the care and service the hotel personnel showed us. During pandemic time the hygiene was the most important issue and this hotel prepared the rooms accordingly. Friendly personnel are as important as a comfortable bed in a place out of your house. People working here are always so friendly as well as so professional. Most importantly these features have not been changed last so many years

- 241mkg (10/5): Great Hotel in Denizli - Stayed at this Hotel in August'20 for a single night. During Hotel selection reviewed most top rated hotels in Denizli, but the comments led to Northpoint who had a positive review for the Covid period. My experience was that the Hotel and staff was very well aware of Covid precautions. They did not attempt to park the car themselves due to Covid, as many hotels still do. All staff was wearing masks propoperly, the breakfast area has high ceilings, with windows open, tables placed apart from each other. The forks-knives, all the breakfast offerings were wrapped. Staff was also very attentive. The hotel was full the night before, but asked specially to keep the room windows open after cleaning which they did. The room was very spacious. Preferred a room on the pool side as the road at front is very busy, eventhough you can still hear the noise when the window was open. Room carpet was very clean so the bathroom and so on. Did not turn on the AC in the room, the open window did the job. Overall, had a very positive experience at this Hotel .
