You leave your room at 9 you come back at 11 the room is not ready, at 12 the same at 14 the same for two three times in every stay. It is really disappointing especially when the guest is sick and need some rest.

- easty22 (10/5): Fantastic stay! - Just back from a wonderful stay in a great hotel! The staff were very helpful, breakfast superb, room large and location good. I really enjoyed my stay there, and if lucky enough to be back in this city, would I stay here again? Course I would. It's great! If the hotel wish to improve, I would certainly consider the following - * Soundproofing. I wasn't thrilled one morning at the people in the next room having their tv on quite loud. How loud was it? I'll never know. If the soundproofing is good, it's not an issue. Not helped by doors that do not fit the frame. * Shower head. Might be a very tiny point, or me being picky, but considering how class the rest of the hotel is - what is with a tiny shower head? I'd sort that out if running it. Would help. Otherwise, genuinely a superb hotel. Loved it!

- Yuri_VL78 (8/5): Good and not expensive - Very convenient location : not far from the city center attractions and regular St Pet sightseens. But there's also plenty of stuff around : restaurants, cafes, etc. The hotel itself is not a brand new, but good enough and comfortable. Nice breakfasts. The only issue I could highlight is bad wi-fi connection in some rooms. This is to be improved. The rest is still good.

First of all the city is amazing,you need at least 7-8 days to see almost the half of the places you MUST see. The hotel is great, our room was clean and spacious with everything in it, the bathroom was big and clean too. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices to eat, i was impressed. Hermitage and the city center is about 20-25 min walk from hotel. A big supermarket 3 min,ask the reception. Overall a Very Good Stay!!

I was disapointed to Prince Park Hotel in Mosco because of staff and services but I am so existing with staff of Vedensky hotel here. Every one is very nice, friendly, poliness ... It is good place for coming back and I would suggest my friend should be stay here in Saint Peterburg.

We were on HB basis with a group and the food had no variety but had good taste.The breakfast gor a 4 star hotel could be much better. There is a reastutant-bar at the roof which you have to visit especially at the night cause the view is great.

- Leonid (10/5): Nice hotel in city center - It's a very nice hotel located in a city center of Sankt Petersburg. A good thing is that it can be reached by public transportation very easily. The service is nice, and prices are reasonable. The hotel has a few conference rooms, and WiFi is fast and stable, so it suites well both for a business trip as well as to spend weekend.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent Hotel with Tasty Breakfast - This was my second time staying at this hotel as a guest. It is an excellent hotel with helpful, kind staff. The breakfast is tasty with a large range of choices of cold and hot items (including a selection of foods for those with food restrictions such as gluten-free diets). The hotel is not super close to major attractions like the Hermitage or St. Isaac's, but the fortress is walkable and it is very easy/affordable to get a taxi where you want to go from the hotel. There are many food/drink/coffee options nearby and there are many shopping options, too.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Ощущаешь заботу о себе уже при подъезде к отелю. Внимательный швейцар помогает с вещами, на рецепции регистрируют без заминок. Удобное расположение, персонал внимательный, но не назойливый. Хорошие завтраки. Номер просторный, достался с видом во внутрений двор, поэтому шум от дороги не беспокоил. Каждый день ставили 2 бутылочки воды бесплатно. Отличный отель за свои деньги.

- Tabish (6/5): - Stayed thier for a conference. Location of the hotel is pretty decent. However the rooms are little old and need some renovation. This is reflected in the price of the hotel. They are still comfortable, but i have seen better 4 Star hotel this. However, for the price i paid per night for my room, i dont think i could get better value than that.
- Askar (8/5): Overall OK, aircondition is off during wintertime - Normal 4* hotel, service was OK. They have airconditioning that is apparently switched off for winter, so it felt very warm as the weather was really warmer than average, in the room and I have to sleep with windows open.
- kdeli (6/5): NORMAL HOTEL_NOTHING SPECIAL - The main disadvantage is the location. You have to walk about 15 to 20 minutes to reach the metro station. Also the breakfast and dinner was under to average. It was clean, our room was nice, staff very servicable. Near the hotel there is a super market.
- Ines2079 (8/5): Turns out to be a surprise - I never heard of this hotel before and accordingly did not expect too much from it, especially when I sat on the sofa facing the reception desk. The sofa sagged so much. But then I found the hotel was not so bad after all. The room was clean and comfortable, though the bed was a bit too soft. I slipped from the bed and fell on the floor once. So did my mother. What I like most about the room was that there was a large ceiling lamp in the middle of the room and the room was brightly lit - so much like my room back at home. The restaurants where breakfast was served (one on the ground floor and a much smaller one on the first floor ) were both nicely decorated. Food was good too. An added bonus: a small supermarket around the corner at the back of the hotel.
- Richard (8/5): Happily stay here again - I found this hotel to be very comfortable, clean and tidy as well as good value for money. Due to two conferences taking place whilst I was there, the breakfast room was a bit manic (in particular the queue for the coffee machines) but otherwise I cannot criticise this hotel at all.
- derryrice (6/5): In the avarage - Our room seemed to have been only superficially renovated and it seemed a little stale and not too clean (especially the carpet). The staff was really kind and helpful and breakfasts on the second floor really excellent. We only had one buffet dinner at the hotel which unfortunately was not good at all. The hotel is located very close to nice restaurants (right side of the street as you exit the hotel) and about three tube stations from the city centre (but the tube stop is about 10/15 minutes walkt from the hotel).

And there are also international shops together with locals' and both cheep or expensive, but good restaurents. Not located so far from the tourist center at Nevsky Prospekt, but in another part of the big city, witch St. Petersburg in Russia actually is!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good hotel in Petrogradsky Island - Hotel is fine. Stayed here only for 1 night - it was ok. Not sure about longer stay. Good view on roofs of St. Petersburg from top floors.
