Antonios (3/5): Not worth the money. Was a stay out of necessity - The room smelled. Initial price was about $86, but kept $ 50 for incidentals, but there were no incidentals. Could not buy water or snacks or anything, just a legal way to rip off money. Very bad value for money, but the stay was necessary. I had work in Lake Charles which was a 45 minutes drive but all hotels were fully booked and needed a place for the night. The bad smell of the room.

Sheree (4/5): Room was not clean, asked to pay security deposit - The A/C worked well and was quiet. Shower did not work, tub drain would not close, found a dirty washcloth left on top of shower curtain rod. Someone's hair was stuck in floor tiles. Required $100 extra as cleaning deposit to be refunded after stay. Required we stay in foyer while employee inspected the room before letting us leave when we tried to check out. There was only 1 employee and 5 guests waiting to be allowed to check out. As of 3/02/26 I haven't received my $100 back even though employee said that I would get it.
Mark (3/5): - Location off of the interstate It is located next to a very busy truck stop. A very congested and loud truck traffic. The front desk person demanded $100 dollars per room deposit when the Web site only stated a $50 fee. The rooms had no toiletries. Only a small bar of soap. When checking out, I had to stand in the lobby with several other guests while the desk clerk left to inspect the rooms before they would return the deposit. Understanding the individual was different because English was obviously not his first language. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL AGAIN. M Jackson

Brandon (7/5): Overall it was a decent stay. - I like that the location was very convenient for me. It made getting back-and-forth to work very easy. I didn’t like the fact that the lobby was closed and locked in the early morning hours. I also didn’t like how they’re still using Covid as an excuse for not putting out coffee or anything of that nature.

We had to use the silver little boxes on the door to stay safe. Anyone could have walked in on us. You could snatch the door open without using the key. The water was cool. The tub didn’t have a stopper neither did the shower work. It would come on but stop. I explain all theses things to the front desk clerk and even had her to come in the room to see for herself. The towels were brown not white. Let’s not talk about the beds whew they was dirty. You could knock the dirt off. Bugs crawling in the corners. It was horrible. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the stay ever.

Bobby (1/5): Nice place unsafe for a wheelchair user - Clean No safety rails by the toilet. My wheelchair bound wife fell but was unhurt. This was an ada room marked with roll in shower. Also was charged a security deposit that wasn’t listed on your site.

Ashley (2/5): Never again - Location Room was dirty. The floor was wet when we first walked in and we dried it up with the towels, it made the towels black. Bed was uncomfortable. Tried to shower but the shower was so disgusting that I couldn’t. The whole hotel just smelled bad.

Stevie (1/5): Nightmare during the day time!!! - Nothing at all it was quite unpleasant. Only thing nice were the cleaning ladies they were sweet. Mngment is garbage. We will not be back. Mngement could learn to review cameras and need to get their noses ch3cked especially when seeing my fiance just come in from smoking a cigarette outside at the gazebo, but comes right behind him smelling smoke on his clothing then come asking to inspect our room accusing us of smoking in the room when obviously we were outside smoking it's right there on camera made absolutely no sense whatsoever so after we just got done unloading the truck we had to go right back and reload it again not even after 10 minutes of getting done unloading the truck. I was totally pissed off and they are way overpriced.

Kristopher (4/5): We will not be staying here again. - The location was good. The room was clean but they used such harsh chemicals that we were unable to breathe even after opening the windows. The tub would not hold water and the water was barely room temperature. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab.

Even after wiping the floor (in one spot) with a wet wipe it was still dirty. Had to get our own towels and wash clothes and give the housekeeper our trash.

Rosa (4/5): Didn’t like it at all - Nothing Needs to be more modern lobby stinks and front area where the tv was looked like it was messed up leaning on the wall just so it can stand up missing some trim on the floor where tile meats the laminate flooring seen dead roaches in there and the tub looked like it had mold and wasn’t clean properly also refrigerator had a lot o hand prints and was greasy on the outside chairs by table are rusted and the cart to take ur luggage to and from the car is so hard to move don’t work properly will not be staying here ever again and there is no parking at all at night

Wright (5/5): Stay was ok. We felt targeted by the 1st shift clerk which made us very uncomfortable. Everyone else was nice. - Its location. The bed was like sleeping on a cement slab. The staff were ok with the exception of the 1st shift desk clerk she was…difficult and I’m being nice.
Q959XWpaulj (4/5): Terrible Security - Someone has a MASTER KEY! Around 6 a.m. I was awakened by the door handle jiggling. Then I heard a key being slid in, the door handle turn and then the door lightly contact the flip out door lock. The door closed slowly and then the same process repeated itself again. By this time I was up, and when I got to the door and open palm punched the door and yelled loudly "Stay the f**k out if our room." Of course this woke my good lady up with a bit of a fright. We attended a friend's wedding the night before and were not feeling terribly sort, so I didn't think to call the front desk. So, when we checked out 03Nov24, we told the desk guy about it and asked him to replay the tapes from 0600 to 0700 to find out who had tried to enter our room. He blew us off and would not even address the issue. The place was reasonably clean and comfortable. My good lady didn't pack her hair dryer and the front desk loaned us one. The mattress wasn't a torture device and I was prepared to give a 4 star review. But stay at your own risk.
Dominque (4/5): Quick and convenient. Just could not get over the smell and bathroom quality. - Property was in a convenient place, by a truck stop because my husband drives semi trucks. Quick check in process, friendly staff. There was a really bad smell in the room we’re in. The tub stopper did not work. The bathroom was moldy, room could use some renovations.
