- Kevin (5/5): Good location but otherwise only ok - It was close to the city centre & central bus station & railway station, approx 10 mins walk to either. Breakfast was good with a sufficient variety of hot/cold choices. The air con didn't work on either of our 1 night stays 3 days apart. Apparently they were working on the air con problem but failed to inform us on either stay. The room was so hot we had to open the room windows but due being opposite the hospital we were unable to leave the windows open at night. There was no block out curtain only a thin curtain which allowed the 5am sunrise to light up the room as well as it making it even hotter in the room.

Location just a little away from the centre but that's why I booked it - only 15 minutes walk to the 3 bridges. Very handy for rail and bus station. Have to mention one member of staff, Katja. I needed some help with a train ticket and a financial payment, and she was brilliant at helping me resolve the problems I had. Thank you, Katja. Nothing bad

Gluteenitonta ruokavaliota ei otettu kunnolla huomioon, vaikka asiasta oli jo ennen matkaa ensimmäisen kerran ilmoitettu. Aikaisen lentokenttäkuljetuksen vuoksi pyydetty eväät, ne eivät olleet gluteenittomia eikä henkilökunta pystynyt enää tekemään eväitä. Aamupala suppea ja samaa oli molempina aamuina.

- Irina (7/5): A very modest 3 stars hotel with kind staff at the reception - The hotel is located close to the city centre and the staff at the reception is kind and helpful. The price of the room includes a breakfast that is relativelly good. I have particularly appreciated the natural yogourt, the teas and the fact that there were fresh fruits. The access is easy. The hotel is very modest for its 3 stars. My room was relatively small, with the carpet a bit degradated and a blind view towards an inner court not at all appealing. Also the breakfast room is relatively small and with no views towards the exterior. I would have appreciated to have a kettle and cups in the room, slippers and hand cream.

- LETICIA (5/5): Descanso deficiente - El tamaño de la habitación está bien. Es un hotel que no está en el centro, al que se puede llegar con un paseo, así como a la estación de autobuses. Está pegado a un hospital. El personal no se le ve excesivamente atento para hacerte la estancia más agradable. La recepción cierra desde última hora de la tarde. No hay un espacio común en el hotel para sentarse o esperar a alguien. En la habitación que nos tocó no hay un sistema de oscurecimiento de la ventana, con lo que en primavera desde las cinco de la mañana la luz inunda la estancia con lo que es dificil el descanso. No está muy bien insonorizado y el sonido de las máquinas del hospital se oyen permaentemente, El comedor donde se sirve el desayuno es insuficiente para todo el hotel, estando masificado, y las dos camareras no dan avio para reponer y limpiar las mesas. Una experiencia un tanto desagradable. En general, no recomendaría el hotel.

Pleasant enough, huge bed and good bathroom Wasn't actually an issue in the end, but this hotel is right next to the hospital, and my room was right under the hospital helipad. I didn't wake up in the night but maybe not great for light sleepers if the helicopter has a busy night

Miserina la colazione per le abitudini degli italiani, scarsi i dolci ...! Posizione buona a 10 minuti dal centro. Gente simpatica e disponibile Troppi turisti (ponte del I° maggio) e d'altronde ,,,,,,,,,,, c'eravamo anche noi ....! Troppe file negli orari di pranzi e cene ma ci stà ! Nessuno in albergo che parlasse italiano Peccato .

- Julianna (9/5): A szállás megfelelő volt, a szálloda elhelyezkedése is nagyon jó. - A reggelinél a választék és mennyiség megfelelő volt. A környezet is megfelelő volt. A szállodától gyalogosan rövid idő alatt elérhetőek voltak a város turisztikai helyei. Autóval érkezéskor a szálloda parkolója a már kihelyezett jelzések ellenére is nehezen található volt számunkra, ráadásul a szemben lévő mentőállomás miatt a megállás, tájékozódás nem volt megoldható. A szállás foglalásakor amennyiben parkolóhelyet is igényel a vendég, már ekkor tájékoztatni kellene részletesen a parkolóhely megközelitéséről.

- Ann-Charlotte (5/5): - Hyfsat läge till centrum o järnvägsstationen. Första natten hade vi ett rum som låg mittemot den stora bullriga ventilationstrumma som tillhörde sjukhuset. Otroligt störande bullrigt monotont ljud! Sen fick vi byttat till ett rum som vette inmot en innergård där vi hade utsikt mot en betongvägg som låg fem meter från våra fönster, men det var tyst! Blaskigt kaffe o yoghurt till frukost i en slamrig miljö!

No sabía esto y me ayudó otro huésped y a los dos días yo tuve que ayudar a otro huésped con este tema. Otro problema es el parking pero es un problema de toda la ciudad

The cleaning is superficial. The breakfast is lacklustre. When I arrived the poor receptionist was on her break so the reception was not staffed. I had to wait at least 20 minutes before I could check in.There's no one at the reception after 8pm..

- Majd (6/5): Above average. - Good stay in general but prices are not fair. I liked the stylish room and the somewhat close location to the station and city centre (walking distance). Lovely staff. Allows late check-ins. Soundproofing is not perfect, especially that it is next to an emergency department. Facilities weren’t that great and the shower was leaky from the bottom (hard to get the balance to make sure the door is closed and inly realise that after the leak happens to the floor of the bathroom). Breakfast is very limited without clear labelling of meat which should be standard for visitors to know what they are eating. Comments are made for the whole purpose of encouraging the management team to improve these points for future stays and for future visitors to be aware in case any of this is a deal breaker.

- arka (1/5): Not recommended - The location was not bad. 1-Star Review: Avoid This Hotel! I had an incredibly disappointing stay here and strongly advise others to book elsewhere. The experience was unacceptable for several reasons: Misleading Status: The hotel is currently a under construction, yet they are still accepting bookings without any prior warning. Broken Facilities: Both the air conditioning and the shower were completely non-functional. To make matters worse, the extra bed provided was broken. Hygiene & Food Quality: The breakfast was poor, and they were even serving old, spoiled hummus, which is a serious health concern. This property is not in a condition to host guests. I am currently seeking a refund and will be reporting these conditions to Booking.com and the Slovenian Inspectorate. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Nema nista od pravljenih delicija, npr. Palacinci, kolaci itd...na Bookingu je pisalo u informacijama da je parking obezbijedjen, po dolasku u hotel smo saznali da je trebalo unaprijed rezervisati te smo taj dan morali platiti mnogo skuplji parking na obliznjem parkingu.

- rob (8/5): Reasonable choice for a few days - Large room, big comfy bed, modern bathroom, not too far from railway station or old town, shops near by, includes breakfast , easy to find as big blue signs Shower cubicle leaks, breakfast while it was free was only average, no kettle in room although there is a cafe next door

- Tanja (8/5): Hotelli Meksiko budjettimatkalle - Hotelli oli siisti ja sopivan lähellä keskustaa. Minibaari iloinen yllätys. Ambulanssien äänet eivät kuuluneet sisään, mikä oli hyvä, sillä ne ajoivat takapihalta 24/7. Lukulamppu oli ärsyttävästi pään kohdalla kun halusi istua sängyn päätyä vasten. Kahvi oli aamiaisella huonoa. Samoin vihanneksia ei ollut kuin kurkkua ja retiisiä, vain etikkasäilykkeitä. Salaatti, tomaatti puuttuivat. Ja puuroakin olisin kaivannut.

- Bernhard (5/5): Würde ich vermtulich nicht mehr buchen, jetzt, wo ich´s weiß ... einzig die Lage ist ziemlich gut .. - Erwarten Sie nicht zuviel, vermutlich Pulverkaffee, bisschen Wurst, bisschen Käse, 3 Gläser Konfitüre und etwas Gemüse und geschmacklich ... naja, und trockenes Weißbrot Unten aus der Dusche lief´s raus, dass wir im ganzen Bad geschwommen sind, gleich daran liegt ein Krankenhaus, das fährt in einer Tour Blaulicht vorbei. Aber für 50 Euro mit Frühstück ... was will man erwarten ... alles gut.

- GENNARO (6/5): Passabile - La stanza era pulita, la colazione sufficiente e dista 1,1 km dal centro, 15 minuti a piedi L' hotel è attaccato all'ospedale e le stanza su un lato affacciano su un alto muro scrosciato, molto triste, il parcheggio c'è ma si paga a parte, nel complesso passabile ma non tornerò
- ile (5/5): Hotell nära järnvägsstationen - Slitet hotell bredvid sjukhuset och akutmottagning vilket innebär ambulanser dag som natt med sirener på. Vårt rum var på sjukhussidan kanske något bättre med rum mot gatan. Rummet var rätt stort 2 bäddsrum med en smutsig soffa, i badrummet kröp myror på golvet, vågar inte ens tänka vad som kryper i rummets heltäckningsmatta. Frukost i litet överbefolkad matsal med begränsad utbud. Läget nära järnvägen, buss 9 och 25 tar dig på några minuter till hotellet, annars 15 minuters gångväg. Inte bästa hotell valet i stan! Det mesta.

- LAZRAK (6/5): - Great staff and great location although it is a little bit noisy! The hotel is just near the emergencies, so you can guess what kind of noise you'll get! Helicopters transporting patients and ambulances. Apart that, staff were very nice! Decent place.
