• cooperi714 (10/5): A great stay away from home. - Our receptionist was amazing (her name was Abby), very friendly and super helpful! The location was perfect and the hotel is very modern. Our room was spacious, clean, and up to date (flatscreen, new furniture, great beds, etc). It was pleasantly quiet and relaxed. Very friendly staff. Pool was open, we arrived on a Friday which is outside the days where they serve free dinner and drinks (including alcohol), but this is definitely a plus Monday through Thursday. The atmosphere is great, everything’s up to date. Certainly good value, much better than what you get for a comparable rate at many hotels.

We found the staff to be very polite and attentive, especially Tyrah at the front desk. When our room’s heat/air condition wasn’t working right, she gladly found us a different room and helped us haul our things. We appreciated the free water, snacks, and soup at night. There was a good spread for breakfast although the food could have been warmer. Will stay here again.

• Rebecca (5/5): We had a good price for this hotel and liked the convenience to the store and a couple restaurants. - Location was good and I like that it's across the street from Walmart so it's easy to pick up snacks/food and last minute travel items that were overlooked before leaving home. The juice machine for breakfast didn't work, the hot tub isn't working, the fan in our bathroom doesn't work, and in the workout room many free weights were missing, the cable machine had broken cables.

• jlzaharia (10/5): Great Staff, Great Stay - Absolutely loved the gals at the front desk — they were so warm and friendly it felt like checking in with old friends. My room was comfy, quiet, and I slept like a rock. All around, a great stay and a great night’s rest! Would definitely come back.

The staff have been so helpful. Stayed 2 times in 2 weeks. SHoutout to Tyleen at the front desk. She was so helpful, friendly, and relatable. Would definitely stay here again, it's the only place I've stayed in Williston, and keep coming back to stay. Easy parking.

• 930klw (6/5): Beware of extra fees! - This review is not about the hotel facility or staff, which were fine, but rather about the 2 additional fees that were charged at checkout. We had made a prepaid online reservation which covered taxes and fees. But we were charged additionally for ERF and for credit card use. The ERF, in case you haven't heard of it, is Energy Recovery Fee. It was $12.95. We were told it was for taxes on wind farms in the area. Don't all locations have to pay for however they get their electricity?? This is outrageous! And then they charged $5 for using a credit card. Again, naturally we always use a credit card to make an online reservation, and have never had a fee for that from a hotel. This is evidently a non-franchise Best Western, and therefore are able to add on these additional fees.
• Barbara (9/5): Enjoyable. - Quiet, well appointed room. Really appreciated the split double sink areas. Small bottles of shampoo, etc. that were exceedingly hard to squeeze out the contents. Shower curtain barely fit in the tub.

• Dillon (6/5): - Before booking, make sure you ask if the pool and hot tub are open. Every time we go there they’re closed for maintenance and that’s the main reason we go to that hotel. There is no water pressure in the bathrooms and their air conditioner froze us out at night and wouldn’t work during the day.

• so645 (2/5): Bad Experience Williston, ND Best Western - The two rooms we stayed in had a very strong fragrance to mask, I believe, cigarette smoke and one room was not very clean. The biggest disappointment was the out of order pool. We drove nearly 10 hours with little ones who were looking forward to the pool. The hotel on a whole was not orderly. A utility cart with sharp tools and a ladder was outside of the elevator on our floor as well as a mop and bucket left out all day/night. We have a very curious 2 year old who just loves to get into things like that. I mentioned them to staff. The utility cart was removed, not the mop and bucket. Also the juice machine was out of order. Our grandsons were upset. They wanted juice. They can't have dairy. Extremely disappointed in this Best Western.

Pleasantly surprised that they offered an evening snack Monday-Friday. However, get there early. It is not enough for all registered guest. We were there for one week and benefited from this perk once. The cookies- we’ll try for yourself. Overall, definitely worth straying. Across the street from Walmart and centrally located to various restaurants. Con-Don’t expect fresh towels or your bed to be made daily without a request. It is on a busy street. However, it is very quiet. Experience for yourself and share forward. Last comment- Avi? The morning food assistant is a hard worker. He keeps the area clean and food items refreshed-extremely pleasant.

Only complaint I had was the best western pillows aren’t good but the manager assured me she had heard the complaints and was in the process of swapping them out for better quality pillows across the entire hotel. Im confident the issue will be solved in short order. And we will continue booking at this hotel.

The breakfast was very good and the room was spacious and clean, and well managed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fitness room, along with the Manager’s Reception. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Always polite are runs this business in a 5 star manner. I'm always coming back when I touch down in Williston. The spa and swimming pool are open and never packed. Always relaxing.

• terryi370 (6/5): Pool never open, ERF fees - The hotel was great other than a couple of things. The breakfast and the staff were wonderful, but the pool amenities are never open. This has been an on going issue for the last 8 months or so. They tell patrons at check in, not when you reserve your room. They also charge an ERF (Energy Recovery Fee) that was for COVID but the owners like the direct EBITA to their bottom line and never removed it. I feel this should be looked into from corporate. We stayed 7 nights at $12.95 per night added an additional $90.00 dollars to our bill and they don’t even have the pool running.(as per water/energy charges) As well, the credit card processing fee is ridiculous when you’re spending this much money.

I was super impressed that the lady who does the breakfast is fluent in spanish and english and was making the spanish speakers feeling very, very welcome at breakfast today

• Verified traveler (8/5): Comfy but service 👎 - This is clean and comfy, but the front desk is a little on the not so friendly side. I think she spoke one word to me and it was just, "sign" as she handed me a paper to sign. Puts you off from wanting to stay here a bit. This has been about the second time I've had this service. Later that night, a much more friendly woman was working and said hello and asked if I needed anything.

I was pleasantly supprised to see a full sized fridge, stove top, and dishwasher in the room. The continental breakfast was nice, and they offered pre-made sandwiches for something quick to grab.
