Guest Reviews
- Nakeira (10/5): -
- Deborah (8/5): - Clean easy to get to very friendly
- Joan (7/5): -
- Rindfleisch (1/5): Not a place I will stay again - The price was great. But you get what you pay for No coffee pot in the room
The sheets had stains
The gap you could see from the entrance door
No water pressure in the sink but the shower at least had the pressure
- Muckelvane (2/5): - I got here and they said I didn't pay for my room throw y'all and all he would tell me is call booking so I wanted on hold for y'all to pickup for 45 minutes than y'all did and the guy behind the desk was playing a game so load I couldn't hear what y'all was saying so I went out side call and as soon as he knew it was y'all he handed my room key as said do go go to your real mean I really want my money back for all the bullshit I went throw The room had a bad smell to it the water would not come on in the sink and the bath tub was dirty there again I think I need my money back
- Michael (5/5): -
- Christina (6/5): Okay -
- Shareeta (6/5): The motel needs to work on people not be noisy and hanging around the outside of other guests room. Work on making sure - The room was decent for a Motel 6 and fairly clean and the bed was comfortable All the noise & all the people outside my room the first 2-3 hours, the microwave and tv not working, but the staff fixed the tv promptly. All of the people walking around the street in front of the motel
- Adam (6/5): - Property was old restaurant on property was closed. But for a short stay was fine.
- Roland (10/5): - Great
- James (10/5): - The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property for travelers on a budget.
- Joy (10/5): - Stay was great. Staff was helpful with any concerns. The only thing I would change is if there was a small coffee maker in the room.
- Robert (6/5): - The AC Worked well, the men are very much gentleman that run the place , very very kind.
- Capps (6/5): - Close to everything Roaches and so many drug heads
- Kaleb (6/5): - Good place for an affordable night sleep
- Donovan (2/5): - Falling in ceiling in the bathroom covered in so much mold you couldn't use the shower.
- CIERRA S. (2/5): - Not clean. funny smell to the rooms lots of foot traffic but
- Donovan (10/5): - It was good for the price. The room was clean and the AC is strong. I was a little upset that both nights we stayed housekeeping was knocking on our door way prior to checkout time. I worked housekeeping before and we never went to a guests room prior to 11 unless I could verify they checked out. So maybe use your DND sign.
- Abigail (6/5): - Wish it had a fridge, and a blow dryer
- Eric (8/5): - The room was much nicer than the outside appears. Not a great area...
- Casey (2/5): - Bathroom door torn off top hinge. Sheets stained. No security and nefarious dealings occurring in parking lot and rooms. Front staff asleep at desk.
- Carla (4/5): - Room was fine for a quick stop but the neighborhood is sketchy. Watched a drug deal in the parking lot. Homeless all around. Saw person sleeping on the stairs pool was closed.
- Jenny (2/5): - We booked a one bed room (king size), they asked us if two beds was okay; typically they are doubles. So we said yes. The beds were barely larger than a twin and not big enough for my husband and I. The air conditioner was very, very loud and rattly. Motorcycles zoomed in and out of the parking lot—very noisy ones, with music full blast. The room was marginally clean. We couldn’t get a receipt as the lobby was locked in the morning. We don’t recommend.
- James (8/5): - The staff opened my room door, while I was rest in my bed without prior notice to enter. The should've called me first in preparation before entering my room. They were looking for a water leak in each room. James S.
- Alexus (2/5): - They scammed me of my reservation and the hotel was extremely dirty and smelly
- Vidalina (8/5): - The place was convenient for one night day stay
- Kendra (4/5): - The room was full of wasp , roaches & bees
- BRENDA (10/5): - A Value Quality Clean Motel 6. Great Customer Service at 1:00 am. & convenient breakfast locations nearby.
- veronica (6/5): - Very friendly and informative at check in
- Carleen (4/5): - We asked for 2 more towels and got none. Cockroaches on the walls. Sink would not drain.
- Michael (8/5): - The was good it was clean. The room was in good condition. The continental breakfast wasnt all the great.
- Deveri (2/5): - We left after an hour.. room was dirty.. and everyone was itchy after a while
- Edward (6/5): - Cross country stop for the night. The room was clean and had been somewhat updated. Needs a few minor repairs (bathroom door would not close and latch). And main door double lock was loose.
Lots of coming and going on the property at night, loud conversations of people in hall and parking lot could be heard clearly inside the room Until 1-2am. We did not feel unsafe but were woken up a few times and very early in the morning 5:30am when people were talking loudly packing up their
car. We understand that it is not necessarily the hotel’s fault for that, just passing on our experience for others to use and evaluate for their stay.
- Alejandro (10/5): - very very good.
- Brandy (10/5): - Clean
- Herbert (2/5): - I didn’t like water bugs crawling around the room a lot of unnecessary noise on the property due and strange activity at night if u know what I mean I see why it was so cheap to stay.
- Sinnie (1/5): Bad -
- kedrick (2/5): - Nasty , roaches , constant activity from fighting to police . The staff will try and offer to pay you for sex .
- Gabriel (6/5): Not bad, not great, but did the job. - Lots of potentially shady activity happening in other rooms around us, only had to kill one baby roach in the room, and had to put a blanket down under the door to block the light and shadows of people walking around near us to keep the dog from barking. The toilet seat was lying on the floor, someone came to reattach it, and otherwise we didn't have any issues. But I was pleased to see an EV slow charger, although someone was double parked and blocking access to it. You get what you pay for, all in all.
- Thomas (2/5): Very poor -
- Linda (6/5): You get what you pay for. - A lot of in and out and loud at night. The cleaning ladies pound on the door and let themselves in every morning first thing no matter what.
- Amy (10/5): - Staff were very nice. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Would stay here again.
- lisa (2/5): - Staff
- Lupe (10/5): - What i liked easy access to parking
- tanesia (10/5): - i will be coming here again
- Helen (10/5): - pretty good room. u have the option to charge ur phone if u ask the desk clerk
- Jennifer (2/5): Nasty - Horrible dirty rooms sheets prostitution going on
- Piotr (1/5): Do not approach under any circumstances!!! - Literally nothing. I have been travelling across US since 15 years, staying in multiple different motels and this one was for sure the worst experience ever.
Keep away! - everything.
- entire surrounding. There are permanent residents living in this venue, being loud entire nite, Smoking weed. All in all make my family feel unsafe.
- bedsheet were dirty, towels black stained.
- moles in linen.
- dirt everywhere
- toilet was broken
- James (4/5): - Nasty
- Maria C (10/5): - Good for the price... comfortable beds...excellent hot water for shower!
- Joe (4/5): Disappointing -
- Tamara (8/5): - It was good overall
The only thing is the room didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave. That’s all
- Greg (4/5): - Price
- Amber (1/5): Bad - That they have no wheelchair accessible rooms even though they post that they have disability accessible rooms. When a Refund was requested they lied several times that they sent my confirmation email when they never did.
- Rachana (10/5): - Very clean, friendly staff and safe
- Steven (1/5): Horrible and I would never recommend this place. - location off the interstate highway The noise all night from people knocking on doors. Appeared to be drug dealing and prostitution going on. When I mentioned it to the check-in person all he could say was, yeah. Also, when I mentioned the lights in the lot were off, he thought it was funny but did turn them on.
- Mary (1/5): THE worst - Location right off the freeway Microwave looked like it had never been cleaned. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. Rude front desk person. Garbage everywhere outside. Noise and loud music in the parking lot all night. Stains on sheets and bedding.
- Steven (1/5): Was really bad and would not recommend. - Plenty of parking but that doesn’t make up for the rest of the going on. People knocking on doors all night. I believe it was drug dealers using rooms to deal. Traffic in then out all night up until 5AM. Notified the front desk and all he said was, yeah.
- Roger (1/5): Bad -
- Mischelle (5/5): Passable -
- Christine (10/5): - It was motel 6, you get what you pay for. Location is really neat, as you are literally on state lines, we stayed in Arkansas and had dinner across the road in Texas. All advertised amenities were available, we didn’t think to ask the office, but the coffee from the shell next door is not good… we would consider this location passing through again!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Motel 6 Stateline - Not real bad but rooms are not that clean. The other people in rooms around us were loud all night. Room walls very thin.
- Matthew (2/5): Nope - Dirty. Working girls roaming parking lot.
- Connie (8/5): - No pet fee
- Robert (10/5): - One of the best stays in the area check in was smooth there was no hidden or unnecessary fees or keys cost nor deposit owners are nice and the house keepers and houseman are great id recommend this hotel over any in the area
- Jameson (6/5): - Decent for the price.
- Shia (2/5): - Was GROSS , ROACHES , ALMOST BLACK AIR FILTERS, (WHAT LOOKED LIKE BLACK MOLD IN BATGROOM FLOOR . & WAS SUPPOSED TO B NON SMOKING. THE CIGARETTE SMELL HIT YOU IN THE FACE BEFORE EVEN ENTERING THE ROOM. .!!
- Staton (3/5): Poor -
- Martinez (10/5): Expected for what i paid. - Booking.com Front receptionist most possibly of India decent whole entire family was there, so it seemed. The smell of their cooking aroma was everywhere, not my favorite smell to say the least.
- Timothy (4/5): Stay on the Texas side. - Place wasn't clean. Poop stains in the toilet. Hair everywhere. Bloodstained sheets with holes. Loud area. If you want to listen to dope fiends trying to score, or pimps yelling at their "employees", this is your spot.
- Nl (9/5): Superb -
- Aretha (5/5): Passable - The room itself was clean. No microwave, the floor was so cold. Need carpet. Cold draft underneath the door. Had to put towels under the door to keep the cold air out. No extra towels that I asked for in advance. Staff had not washed yet. Unexceptable!! Outside grounds were very dirty. Had to take one of the pillow cases off because it was a Dingy gray, not clean at all. These things need to be addressed immediately for a better rating. Could definitely use a makeover.
- Seay (10/5): Exceptional - Everything cleaning people were very attentive
- Kathy (2/5): - It's very scary, a lot of drug activities and it's very loud
- Anderson (1/5): Bad - The electricity was on... it was warm. The room was nasty. No bugs but nasty.
- David (4/5): - Very hood demograffic
- Judy (6/5): Expected more. - Clean sheets, towels and the mattress was very comfortable. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was dust and hair on the toilet. The shower head was corroded with hard water. The floor was dirty. The microwave was filthy and the freezer looked like something had been spilled in it.
- Joyce (2/5): - Very noisy. Very transient. Lots of activity in the parking lot all night long. I would not recommend.
- Lexus (2/5): Very poor -
- Angela (6/5): - Everything was average. But the bed sheets was horrible stained and look brown dirty. Make sure to bring your own blankets and pillows.
- Ochoa (1/5): I also addressed the issue to front office clerk the next day before checking out and he didnt Care - Location near by freeway No breakfast was given when the app said there was also the room was not sanitized, there was human hairs on the bathroom toilet seat . The sink was leaking water ,the tv had only 5 channels other than that I will never stay there again or ever recommend this motel to anyone.
- Shannon (1/5): Bad -
- Leona (2/5): Do not recommend - Did not like this hotel. Unfriendly staff at desk, but housekeeping was very nice. Leaking bathroom sink, clogged bathtub. No TV service. Gray stained pillowcases. Yuck.
- Fernando (9/5): Enjoyed a good nights sleep before heading out for the rest of our trip home. - Cleanliness, professional staff. N/A
- Shanette (7/5): Good - Staff were friendly, and the location and the room made me feel comfortable. The smell of the room, and also not enough pillows
- Felipe (2/5): - This place is infested with roches please refund me my money im not staying here.
- Karen (10/5): wow! great room - big rooms!! the gentleman at check in was super nice and helpful nothing
- Althea (2/5): - Nothing
- Howard (7/5): Good -
- Melvin (10/5): My favorite in Texarkana - Always great there. I have stayed several times over last year…..great every time. Room is clean, vynal floors, nice shower etc..
- Megan (1/5): I will never go back. - Nothing Everything
- ROBIN (8/5): - The motel was nice but the patrons appeared to be rough and noisy. Did not feel safe without covering the door with our Yeti cooler. Not a very nice part of town but the owner/family was very welcoming.
- Rachana (10/5): - Very clean, friendly staff
- Dennis (1/5): We didn't! - There is nothing to like! Horrible parking lot, dirty room, blood on sheets, burn holes in bedspread, drug dealer in room next door. This place is so horrible that I reported them to the City. We did NOT stay at this place because it is deplorable.
- Gill (4/5): Disappointing -
- Tabrez (10/5): - Nice one
- Antoine (2/5): - Room 210 has bed bugs
- Donald (2/5): - We had to move from our original room because the television did not work. After being moved next door, the on duty clerk had to demonstrate on how to open the door from the outside because it stuck so bad. Fortunately, we had no plans on leaving that evening and stayed inside. Once in the room, we realized the towels were clean but stained and the bed covers had burn holes in a non-smoking room. The wooden television mount was broken and the television hung tilted on the wall. Later that evening, we killed two cockroaches and two crickets in the room. The next morning we presented those issues, and the bugs, to the on-duty clerk and ask that the manager call us at his earliest convenience so I could lodge a complaint before placing this review. They never called....
- charlisa (10/5): - It was a good stay and I would recommend others
- Elvira (7/5): Good -
