- S (10/5): - Lovely staff and atmosphere, all my needs were attended to and the staff speak fluent English which was very helpful. Was definitely on the pricey side but I understand why due to how diligent and professional the staff were. Housekeeping also made sure to clean the room daily and provided complimentary water and fruits which was so kind of them, definitely worth the money!

- Ruppal Walia (8/5): - Property and amenities are good, but there wss nonoffer to take our bags to our rooms which we did ourselves. Location is not too far from Sabiha Gokcen airport but quite far from Istanbul airport. It seens to be licated in a business/ office area. Getting taxi is easy, bit it is not the best location if you wish to stay bear tourist attractions.

Again Ayesha andFariyal both are just wonderful person. Wish both of them for a good and long life.

- Hossam (2/5): Bad Experience - Normal, below average but good breakfast Unprofessional Reception Desk Person, I asked about the booking my company made and there was an issue with it and he offered to add what is missing at higher cost, so I told him what if I changed the booking through booking.com it will be cheaper right? he said yes u can do it, So I booked the room and he kept saying the booking is not showing for him yet and kept me waiting, then he gave me a dirty room smoking smell when ilI asked for non smoking saying it’s only available, and then he charged me extra night 180 Euros for canceling the company booking without telling me, so he basically stole my money, he considered me a no show when I actually stayed in the hotel for 4 nights!!

- Ansi (7/5): Not worth staying - Didn't feel like staying in a 5 star hotel, room was smelly and required maintenance. Lobby had smell as well. Front desk staff was unaware of the nearby facilities or didn't want to help. I was guided to a bank far away to exchange money and it turned out that these banks do not exchange money. I had to come back to the money exchange office which was right infront of the hotel.
- Mohammed (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean, quite hotel. Staff were very helpful and always smiling. Close to common hospitals and highly recommend for whom going under some medical treatment or surgery Room service menu very limited
- Hafiz (10/5): All was perfect - Everything was perfect specially the resultant staff, they went all the nine yard to make us happy and comfortable.. we had the club lounge services so we had and extra 2 periods of snacks that include a hot dish, fruits, juice, coffee, tea, and soft drinks, the hotel has the best garden for kids and also you can sit in it to have a cup of coffee... Front desk staff also they were helpful.. Staff in general were very helpful.. I would give it over all 15 out of 10, for me the only issue was the location as it is a little bit too far from Istanbul attractions which most of it fall in the European side and the hotel was in the Asian side of Istanbul… Feryal at the restaurant was the best ever.. always smiling and always there for the guests.. Thank you Feryal for a great job you have done .. I would highly recommend the hotel for my friends and family.. Nothing at all

Wifi was very intermittent and poor though for a hotel of this standard. Sauna and hammam closed due to covid still which was disappointing.
