Аква-аэробика отлично. Пляж чистый. Все аккуратно. Спа и массаж прекрасный. Не лакшери, но замечательно ухоженная территория и даже аквапарк. Молодцы. Отличная спокойная пятерка для семей с детьми отличный вариант). Простите, но лепешки гюзлеме не профессионально, не по-настоящему, для туристов. Ела местные. Но это малюсенький минус)

- SM Badrul (6/5): Not wort the price you pay . - Atmosphere & Location: The property is situated in a wonderfully peaceful and quiet area, which made for a very relaxing stay. • Medical Care: I was incredibly impressed by the responsiveness of the medical team. When my son fell ill with diarrhea, the doctor saw him immediately and provided an antibiotic prescription without delay. This level of care is exceptional. • Staff Highlights: A special thank you to Alexandra (International Officer) for her excellent service and assistance. • Health & Hygiene: We were extremely disappointed with the food quality. It caused severe food poisoning for my son, who was ill for the duration of the holiday, and caused stomach upsets for both my wife and me. This significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the trip. • Property Condition: The rear of the hotel is currently undergoing major renovations. As a result, the beach was not there to be enjoyed , which was not clearly communicated to us beforehand. • Entertainment: There was a noticeable lack of entertainment and activities, making the evenings feel quite dull compared to other resorts

- Jerzy (7/5): Moim zdaniem targetem tego hotelu nie jest turysta tylko firmy organizujące spotkania buissnesowe. - Personel był niezwykle uprzejmy! Bardzo dobra kuchnia. Markowe alkohole w lobby barze. Czystość! Lokalizacja. Niestety, codziennie w hotelu były organizowane różne spotkania firmowe, z ogromną ilością uczestników, którzy w porze obiadowej i kolacyjnej dominują w restauracjach. Hotel był całkowicie zdominowany przez uczestników imprez firmowych (byliśmy 7 dni). Miał być hotel wakacyjny a jest to hotel businessowy. Codziennie dziesiątki ludzi z zawieszkami na szyi, którzy przy śniadaniu, obiedzi i kolacji prowadzą głośne rozmowy biznesowe. Gdybyśmy byli o tym wcześniej poinformowani to na pewno skorzystalibyśmy z innego hotelu.

Der unaufgeräumte Strand. Der Staub unter dem Bett. Die insgesamt sehr laute Lage des Hotels / Zimmers. Das nicht stimmende Abend-Entertainment-Programm. Unser aus dem Hotelzimmer abhanden gekommenes Ladekabel, nach der „Raumsäuberung“. Der überteuerte und nicht quittierte Taxitransfer zum Hotel und zurück zum Flughafen. Die überteuerte Taxifahrt hin und zurück nach Kemer, ebenfalls nicht quittiert.

Находится в горной «чаше» на территории тихо и практически безветренно. Очень красивая и ухоженная территория. Отель видно после косметического ремонта, номера в хорошем состоянии. Отдельная благодарность гостевой службе. Сотрудница Александра старается максимально вникнуть в проблему и главное! Помочь. Приятная зона спа, чисто комфортно, действительно очень теплый бассейн. Еда категорически не соответствует 5 звездам. Т.е. Вы точно не останетесь голодными, ассортимент еды конечно представлен ( пиццы, переваленные макароны и сгоревшая на гриле рыба и мясо птицы.) К сожалению ( по моим ощущениям) отель подбирает дешевый персонал на кухню , поэтому еда не вкусная, плохо приготовленная. За 8 дней пребывания ни разу не было морепродуктов ( никаких), красной рыбы , мясных стейков. Вино из ресторана категорически Не рекомендую! Редкостная отрава. Кофе из автомата - по качеству, как растворимый. К счастью есть кофейня( открывается с 10.00) где варят неплохой кофе. Сладости ( опять та же проблема с персоналом) однообразные, приторно сладкие и не вкусные. Короче, если вы едите в гастрономический тур- то Вам точно не сюда. Если насладится природой , ландшафтами и закатами- отличное место.

- Igors (1/5): This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced in Turkey. - This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced in Turkey. I am a very experienced traveler and have stayed in Turkey many times, but I have never seen anything even remotely close to this level of disappointment. The biggest issue is the food — or rather, the complete lack of anything edible. For eight nights straight, I was basically hungry. The quality is extremely poor, the variety is non-existent, and the whole setup gives the impression that the food is being recycled from other hotels and passed around. It is honestly disgraceful. The photos and descriptions online are completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all. What you see advertised is simply not what you get. The overall condition of the hotel feels neglected and poorly managed. This is not a place for отдых — it feels more like a failed attempt at running a hotel. I strongly urge people not to stay here. Spend a little more money and choose a proper hotel instead of wasting your time and ruining your trip. I genuinely hope the owner sees this, because what is happening here is unacceptable. This is not just bad — it’s a complete embarrassment.

Really enjoyed the daily sport activities and the evening entertainment programs. Food was amazing and drinks were good quality as well. All in all I would come back and I never go back to the same place normally. We were seriously considering to extend our stay the last day. The entertainment crew is good as well, really nice people. I particularly enjoyed the Kangoo Jumps training 💖

The location was sublime… island holidays will be a thing of the past. The beach and pier are amazing and spent the day in one of their enclosed pier gazebos… was certainly worth the price… just added to the amazing experience. The facilities are phenomenal with so many options for everyone, young and old. The food buffets are endless with too many options to choose from… the only minor criticism is that they can include some western diets as it mainly caters to the Eastern Europe and Middle Eastern type of diets… certainly nothing wrong with the food but some variation would certainly improve the feedback from those outside the region. The spa allowed children in which did make it not as relaxing and peaceful as wanting. This needs to be addressed by management.

- Aghasadikh (9/5): Good hotel with nice facilities, clean but require some minor improvement - The location is perfect close to Antalya. Its between the mountains and a village so no noise hotel around. Food is good generally. The majority of staff is good and friendly. Pool is huge. The territory is not huge which is good everything can be reached easily. Cleaning is very good. Only 2 special days for dinner like seafood and turkish food, rest days is repetitive. Lunch is almost the same everyday but its enough to eat full and everything is available from duck to beef liver. Turkish desserts are poor quality, not only they are not made from pistachio like it is supposed to be, the nuts inside are barely found. We have a problem with stuff members couple of times one was rude at the bar, another one did not take our order 8 minutes before the closure of the cafeteria. But guest relation solved the last issue. And the first issue was solved but other colleagues apologizing for their rude friend. Music sound is very loud, my kid and other children were covering their ears and some parents and elderly people were leaving the show.
- Mrsilent (6/5): Overpriced Hotel with Poor Kids' Facilities and Language Barriers - Pool temperature I stayed at this hotel with my family, and the experience was below expectations considering the amount paid. There were no real activities for children—only very limited options that do not match the hotel's category or price point. The food was very average and repetitive on a daily basis, lacking the variety and quality you'd expect from a hotel in this range. One of the biggest challenges we faced was the language barrier. Most of the staff only spoke Turkish or Russian, and even the reception staff had very poor English, barely understanding most sentences. This led to many misunderstandings when requesting services or asking questions. In addition, we had a serious issue at check-in. The hotel claimed our reservation did not include the correct number of guests. I spent two exhausting hours between Booking.com and hotel management trying to resolve the issue—with no luck. In the end, I had to pay an extra €480 to check in. The responses from the property manager were vague and unhelpful, with conflicting information that made the situation worse. There were also some unreasonable practices, such as charging for children's play areas—e.g., a small popcorn for €2, and a game of billiards for €5. This made the children feel excluded unless we kept paying extra. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel for families, especially those with kids. The experience was frustrating, not comfortable, and definitely not worth the high cost.

- Olga (9/5): Wonderful property with everything you need for a beach vacation! - Very nice property located away from the busy road. Incredible views of the sea and the mountains, comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms; the property is very large and has everything you need for a nice vacation by the beach; nice staff; great entertainment at night. Food was excellent as well! We'll be back for sure! No iron in the room - have to pay to get anything ironed; some of the sales people were to aggressive trying to sell their products and services. Area around the property is run down, noting to do in town.

The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. We also didn’t like that all the staff was speaking to us in Russian even though we are not Russian. It would be better if English was the first choice always.

- Anette (10/5): An Amazing Holiday Full of Great Vibes, Delicious Food & Wonderful Service! - We had a perfect holiday! The hotel has a very large territory — every morning started with a 3 km walk and a super tasty iced coffee! The cocktail selection was wide and varied, and all the drinks were delicious. The food selection was endless (I gained 2 kg in 4 days!). The desserts were outstanding — every cake was a work of art. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and pleasant — 10/10. Our room (1201, on the 2nd floor) had an amazing view and was incredibly spacious. The music at the pool area was so good and fit the atmosphere perfectly — it really added a special vibe! Compliments to the person who put together the playlist! The foam party was also a really fun surprise, and the DJ did a great job! The nightclub wasn’t operating, and while the daytime activities were very enjoyable, it’s not really a place for partying. We felt truly welcome, and it was clear the staff put their whole heart into making guests feel good. The hotel is luxurious, spacious, and offers beautiful views of the mountains. We were very satisfied! A small observation: we missed having a beach/pool bag in the room to carry things like sunscreen from the hotel room. It was a bit bothersome that conversations were always started in Russian, even though we’re actually from Estonia and don’t speak a single word of Russian!! Since it’s a very large complex, there are always some areas that need work and maintenance — during our stay, there was major construction happening on the beach, so we didn’t spend time there. Of course, it’s understandable that maintenance and construction work need to be done.
- Wim (9/5): Superb - Food was very varied and pretty good. Room was very nice. Location was very beautiful. Most staff was friendly. Overall a pretty chill and relaxed experience. Diving center looked a bit empty and without character at first impression, but was actually a very good experience. Bed and pillows were quite hard.

- Grainne (9/5): A beautiful hotel in the mountains - Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. The room was very big and cleaned well every day. Food and drinks were a high standard. Loved having lunch at the pool and beach bars. The spa was really good and all the family enjoyed their treatments. Our teenagers had a lot of fun in a safe environment. While the rooms were comfortable they appeared a bit worn with some dodgy repair work. But it did not impact our stay. We are in the Italian restaurant one night and it was really bad! I would avoid as you have to pay extra for this. As it was the start of the season the beach was not fully set up and the night entertainment program was not fully up and running which was a shame.
- Hibo (9/5): Lovely hotel - This hotel was very beautiful and amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice and polite. Me and my family had a very amazing time. The food was great. There are lots of different options of food throughout the whole day you will not get hungry there. The room we were in was very nice and fitted us perfectly very clean and lots of space. The spa was very nice the location was a bit far from antalya main city, but we were not looking to leave the hotel much, so we didn't care too much. Unfortunately, the kids' club was not great. My daughter went there twice and hated it she said they only spoke in another language the whole time. They had a list of different activities but they never did them and were closed most afternoons and opened again at night what kids goes to disco at at 21:00 or a movie at 21:30 at night maybe my kids sleep early but that's very late. Also, the swimming pool was so loud with music that you could even hear the music from the rooms I couldn't even read at the pool was so loud. But apart from that was a good experience

The concierge and guest relations team were incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless—special thanks to the lovely cleaning ladies for their attention to detail. But the true star of our stay was Muhammed, the bartender at the lobby bar. His warmth, professionalism, and charm made every visit to the bar a highlight. He remembered our favorite drinks, always greeted us like old friends, and brought such a positive energy to the space. An absolute gem of a person and a total star! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values top-notch service and genuine hospitality.

- Nigina (5/5): It was ok, but not to repeat it again - Space, sea water Location- nowhere to go outside of the hotel. Too crowded The entrance to the sea is through rocky pebbles. Not pleasant! Bathrooms smell of some old moldy plumbing. Very few service staff speak English. When asked to place a third person in the room, the request was denied, but when we arrived, there was a full size extra sofa in the room, which could easily accommodate a third person. We had to ask to remove it as we had to book extra room for a third person. I left some belongings in the room, but staff claimed they never found it ( the concept if lost and found does not exist).

- Narmin (1/5): A "5-star" hotel that deserves only 3. - nothing That was probably one of the worst stays in my life. We entered our room and saw door crashed on the floor. When asked what it is, they just simply told us they were doing some maintenance. The food is awful. Very oily not tasty. Same food every single day. We were woken up at 4:26 in the morning because of some maintenance sound. I called the reception to ask what it is until the day that I moved out nobody could explain me what it was same thing happened two days in a row at 8:30 in the morning. There is a private part of the beach which you have to pay for we were promised fruits, ice cream, and very good service if we pay for it which we did and didn't get any of the promised facilities. On the last day of my stay, I fell on the ground because they lacked to put a warning sign that the floor is washed and when I asked why they didn't put it they just ignored my question. In addition to everything house cleaning services last till evening, so we could not rest after our lunch or beach walk. The hotel gave me no compensation of this awful stay whatsoever.
