- Puseletso Molise (8/5): My stay was very good, I like the place and will definitely stay at Redlands again in the future - Location is very good and private. I enjoyed meals and beverages. Restaurant and sitting area are spectacular. The newly added wine cellar has added to the good ambience of the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful to accommodate my special requests on extension of accommodation days, which really made me feel at home. The hotel will do exceptionally well by training staff in the restaurant so that they can meet high service standards that resonates with the ambience and style of the hotel.
- Zakhele (10/5): Great boutique hotel in the middle of an office jungle. - Great hotel, food and great selection of wines. Restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. I was asked and I did check in online. When I got to the hotel I had to check, meaning the online check in was a complete waste of time. Please get this right.
- Maureen (8/5): Cool property - the little things make a difference - Clean and location - the library / foyer was wonderful - very relaxing
Staff were nice - accommodated our request for a drink after hours at 931 pm
Gardens were well
Manicured AC did not work well - room was very hot and uncomfortable- when we asked for a fan they did not have any nor did they try to help
With one - the shower hot handle kept falling off - had to request a second towel for the second guest
The soaps were so small I could barely wash my face - went out and bought shower gel
The bar closed at 930pm - maybe keep it open a little longer for folks to enjoy a relaxing drink
- Rodney (8/5): -
- mkhize (5/5): - The view The mould in the room, if you want to order food you need to go to the restaurant and no room service.
- Nigel (2/5): Potential Potential Potential - Beautiful building inside and out Seriously lacking in attention to detail
Room booked for 2
Very stuffy on opening room
light switches on side lamps hanging behind side dresser?
1 bottle water for 2 pax
1 towel for 2 pax
0 hair dryer
no shower door and water all over bathroom?
staff noisy in late evening
no shampoo - front desk massive delay in response in delivering
Sooo much potential with correct management
- Ian (1/5): Not good enough - Construction noise even all day on a Saturday. Water runs brown in the bathroom. Dated. Kitchen was closed during construction. There was no mention of any of this when booking.
- Nduduzo (8/5): -
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional with great value for money and awesome friendly staff and great service! - Great atmosphere and decor, comfortable bedding. Great food and awesome Garden with pool! All was great!
- Puseletso Molise (8/5): I enjoyed my stay and will definitely call again! - The ambience of the hotel is good. many improvements observed compared to previous stays. Food very nice, very good collection of beverages. Service from staff. Though they serve customers with smile, which is a good thing, there is need to upscale their skill set of the industry.
- Oosthuizen (7/5): -
- Monica (10/5): -
- Sheila (8/5): Grateful to have been able to stay at a lovely, safe hotel so close to Woodgrove. - Loved the location. I was visiting my mother at Woodgrove Retirement Village. Renovations were in progress but from what I could see the revamp is going to be stunning. I made the booking through booking.com - Booking.com didn't advertise, nor notify me, that the hotel was being renovated and that the kitchen was closed. So, that was all a bit of a surprise when I checked in. Renovations didn't really bother me as I was out all day - but if I had been in my room during the day it would have been noisy
- Nhlanhla (10/5): -
- Stacey (10/5): -
- Llewellyn (1/5): - Under construction, no notice given
- Clare (2/5): - The property is undergoing renovations.
They did not advise any of the guests of this, or that the restaurant and bar were closed.
On a Saturday morning Housekeeping staff were yelling to each other at 6am outside our window. The workman arrived loud at 7 and began banging and angle grinding in the room next door.
Advising guests beforehand would have been the right thing to do.
Shocking
- Sbusiso Malevu (8/5): -

- Anand (8/5): -
- Fikile (8/5): Best Location and Very Comfortable - The location, safety and comfort Nothing much, it's just that there were renovations and their kitchen was closed and we could not get breakfast and dinner. Otherwise everything was fine.
- A (7/5): Safe and comfortable - Location, Safety and comfort No fridges in bedroom and safe was not attached to the walls and not working. Breakfast options needs improvement.

- kotar (9/5): -
- Danisa (7/5): -
- Jonathan (10/5): Gem in PMB - Large Rooms Nothing
- Fine (10/5): Very good otherwise, but old tv's - I had no water in one of the rooms in the morning.
- Robyn (9/5): Always love staying here.loved it again on this occasion - Location, security and friendly staff The room facilities could do with an upgrade now, coffee machines rather than kettles and all rooms should have small fridges.
- Mandisa (9/5): - Great breakfast and location No microwave

- Leaveil (9/5): -
