- Irina (10/5): Небольшой, уютный, теплый , с очень вкусными завтраками отель в центре Дюссельдорфа. - Чистый, комфортный, уютный отель в самом центре Люссельдорфа. Если бывают места, всегда останавливаю свой выбор на этом отеле несмотря на то, что цена выше , но он того стоит. Большое преимущество, что можно самим включить отопление- для меня это важно, особенно, в сырую погоду. В этот раз были влажные полотенца, но их быстро заменили .

- Barbara (8/5): Wir sind vor einer Lärmveranstaltung geflüchtet und genau in einer solchen gelandet - Ideale zentrale Lage. Frühstück in Ordnung Die Aufmerksamkeit des Personals beim Auschecken. Der Computer war soviel wichtiger, man stand erstmal wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt vor der Rezeption. Das Hotel sollte bei der Buchung darauf aufmerksam machen, dass eine lärmintensive Verantaltung vor dem Hotel stattfindet.

I got a high floor which was perfect for me! I LOVED LITTLE TOKYO! The day I arrived, apparently the taxi couldn't take me all the way to the hotel! Probably a weekend! Also, yes, on Sunday's things do close!

- Cindy (10/5): Ideaal hotel om de stad te verkennen. - Een kleinschalig hotel midden tussen de winkels, barretjes, ..... Kleine, maar goede en zeer comfortabele kamer en goede bedden en badkamer. Ontbijt was meer dan compleet en zeer lekker. We kregen na het boeken een Watssap, zogezegd afkomstig van het hotel (met onze boekingsgegevens) om onze bankgegevens te bevestigen. Na checken bij het hotel bleek het niet van hun afkomstig!! Het hotel kan hieraan niets doen, maar toch opletten!!

- Ullrich (10/5): Sehr schön, sehr geschmackvoll, direkt in der Innenstadt, - Die Lage absolut in der Innenstadt. Ein kleines, aber sehr feines Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Die Zimmer waren klein, aber makellos insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Direkt vor die Tür fahren war ein bisschen schwierig, geht eigentlich nicht, das ist ein Manko. Wir haben es aber trotzdem getan. Circa 50-100 m davon gibt es eine riesengroße Tiefgarage 24 Stunden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Dass man nicht direkt vorfahren konnte mit dem ganzen Gepäck, wir haben es aber dennoch getan. Und es ging gut und dass zum Hotel nicht direkt am Parkplatz gehört.

- Isabella (10/5): Super Lage, freundlicher Service und alles schnell erreichbar - Tolle Lage, sehr freundlicher Service – ich war schon zum zweiten Mal hier, und das sagt eigentlich alles. Das Frühstück ist gut, man startet also bestens in den Tag. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und mehrere U-Bahn-Stationen sind gleich in der Nähe.

Also calling the front desk twice three time at 9pm with no answer. And for a 4 star hotel you should have a complimentary bottle of water in the room.

- MichaelW. (8/5): Renoviertes Hotel in zentraler Lage - Wir haben das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der für uns günstigen Lage gebucht. Fußläufig zum Parkhaus KÖ-Bogen und zum Schauspielhaus. Das Zimmer war klein, aber renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Eine sehr gute Idee ist das "Nachtlicht" im Bad. Das Bett ist nicht überdimensioniert, aber bequem. Es ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Im Flur gibt es eine kleine Garderobe, was nicht immer und überall zu finden ist. Das Frühstück würde ich als durchschnittlich bezeichnen. Der Kaffee schmeckt, die steinharten Eier und der Plastikkäse haben uns weniger gefallen. Aber hier dürfte jeder etwas finden, was ihm schmeckt. Sehr freundlicher Rezeptionist beim Check-Out. Der Kleiderschrank ist so ungünstig platziert (direkt neben dem Nachtschränkchen), dass einige Fächer nicht vollständig und eines gar nicht zu öffnen ist. Dabei würde man sie angesichts der bescheidenen Dimension des Schrankes brauchen. WLAN Empfang ist sehr schwach und bricht immer wieder ab - ich frage mich, warum man so etwas mitten in Düsseldorf nicht hinkriegt. Die "Piano-Bar" ist laut Webseite angeblich von 14 bis 23Uhr geöffnet, war aber de facto dunkel und stumm. Wer später noch ein kleines Getränk zu sich nehmen wollte schaute in die Röhre.
