• Mustafa Orkun (6/5): Bir daha asla - Odada SU YOK. Buzdolabının fişi bile takılı değil. Eşyalar eski. Kapı kasalarının yere yakın yerleri çürümüş. Banyoda yer karoları üzerinde işlemiş kirler var. Yatak küçük. Odanın resimekilere benzeyen tek tarafı boyutu. Dekor ve bakım anlamında alakası yok. Hiç kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum

• Ali (2/5): - I had room for two people and stayed there 2 days no room service and they don’t clean anything the room wasn’t clean I had a visitor come from Anakar to Istnubal to see me they have refused to let him in and they keep saying we have a policy he’s not staying only for bit to seem me and leave they said u can only get in the room for 5 minutes it’s not a deal they kept saying a lot of clients comes and lyrics I honestly won’t even go back to this place it’s expensive 167$ for 2 nights I only stayed there 1 night and I left I have get in different hotel room 120$ for two days and breakfast and food service room service I would rate this only 1 start worst service

• claudia (6/5): Para una estancia corta esta bien - El hotel es simple, con una buena localización. La limpieza dejaba a desear. Estuvimos una noche así que bien. Wi-Fi funcionaba bien. Llegamos por la noche y fácil check-in.

• Takako (6/5): - 泊まるだけのホテルです。一人部屋のドミトリー程度に思っていたらいいかもしれません。水やアメニティも特に置いてないです。安ければまぁそれなり。高かったら他をオススメします。室内はタバコOKだったようで、タバコ臭くて私は嫌でした。灰皿も置いてあり、喫煙者には良いかもしれないですね。 場所だけは良かったです。繁華街より少し離れているので、静かな環境で眠れました。とは言え、カドキョイのバス停オトガルやフェリー乗り場にも徒歩圏内。周囲に食事するお店もあり、便利な立地ではあります。

• Steve (8/5): It turns out, we checked back into this hotel because the cheaper one was unacceptable. - We were not offered breakfast so I can't answer that. The location is great, a short walk to the shopping/restaurant/bar area and a very short walk to the ferry terminal to catch a boat ride to either New or OLD Istanbul. The room is to small for travelers that are planning to stay for an extended period. Not much room for your luggage.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Freundliches Personal, Lage und Bett gut.. Aber - Raucherhotel. Raucherzimmer - obwohl als Nichtraucher Zimmer angegeben - Man riecht den Rauch. Kaputte Möbel. Bad war nicht gereinigt. Alles sehr alt. Dünne Wände - man hört Schnarchen, Geräusche, so ziemlich alles des Nebenzimmers ist hörbar. Freundliches Personal, Bett ganz ok und gute Lage hat das Hotel. Nicht nochmal.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Go away! - Wanted a cheap room for one night. Had to wait 10 minutes as I arrived at the hotel. Thought it would be clean. Found an underpants in the bathroom. That says everything.

• Bassem (4/5): Disappointing Stay and first impression. - As I have booked a flight + hotel room since I am travelling from Beirut to Istanbul and since my friend lives in Istanbul in the other side and to avoid Eid Holiday traffic I have invited him to stay with me however my booking was a room with maximum occupency of 2 adults + 1 enfant which I paid extra for it but the hotel made me pay extra of 25 euros per night for my friend to stay with me and it was hard to communicate with the receptionist since she was agressive and barely understands or speaks English. It states clearly below that each room is considered to have 2 guests: "Guest Charges and Room Capacity Base rate is for 2 guests. This property considers guests of any age to be an adult. Availability of accommodation in the same property for extra guests is not guaranteed." However i was surprised by the room they gave me as it is not the one appeared on my reservation and it is too small and the furniture are broken (example: the drawer of the night table handle is broken, the glass of the balcony is broken also the compressor of the ACs of all other rooms are located on this balcony which made a lot of noises.) I have paid the variance but I am not convinced and I will not return back again to this hotel nor recommend it to anybody.
• LindaO789 (4/5): Holiday marred by luggage tampering - Check-in was swift. The breakfast was substantial with a reasonable choice. The rooms were cleaned everyday with a change of bed linen and towels and your shampoos and soaps were replaced. There was one laptop for internet. They had a lift to take you to all floors but most of the guest. The hotel was very clean. Shower en suite. The room door was a big heavy secure door which nobody there could close quietly. There was a TV in every room if someone had theirs on you could hear it. There was aircon which worked well. The hotel was situated up a quiet street so much less noisy from that side of things. One receptionist spoke a little English. The hotel took my money at the start of my stay not at the end and in Sterling. The room I occupied smelt very strongly of alcohol and cigarettes. There was constant door slamming throughout the night which jolted you awake. They don’t do airport transfers. Three days into my stay I discovered my luggage was being tampered with and although nothing was taken this seriously marred my holiday and I was unable to relax when I left my room during the day. I complained to Reception who stopped the cleaners coming in every day but I checked out early because I still felt my luggage was still being tampered in various ways after my complaint. Summary: A very basic B&B. Arrange your own transfers. Strongly advise do not leave any valuables in your luggage and lock it up securely making a note of how you last left it. I wont stay here again.
• c0sminm (2/5): Worst hotel i've stayed - Stuff don't speak english at all!!!!! Rooms are small but there are rather ok. We could heare the next door neightbour entering the room and speaking in his room. It was like he was in our room. The walls are very very thick and we could hear all the noise on the floor even everybody was quiet. Bat experiance and for sure i will not repeat it.
