• Qi (4/5): Not recommended hotel stay - The room is quite clean. It requires two sets of codes to access the hotel, however, this information was not provided. There was no reception, no staff, and it took us time to call the number of on door and figure it out. It is quite troublesome. The sound proof of the hotel room is extremely bad, basically I can hear people in the next room talking. In addition, WiFi connection is very poor.
• Ahmad-reza (7/5): Good - We got 2 connected double rooms (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds) for a family of 4 which was nice for the price. Free parking places in front of the hotel, secured at night by a gate. The rooms were clean and the hotel was cozy and nice. Nothing extraordinary, though. Entering the building is secured with a lock. We had to knock on the door for the host to walk all the way and open it. Check out on Booking.com is marked at 12:00, at the hotel they knocked on our door at 11:00 telling us to free the rooms. At the reception desk, we got to meet 2 different hosts during our one night stay. First one was nice but was a new employee and since he was alone, he had to find out how to provide us with our accommodation. The next day, the other host was a bit rude in the way he told us to free the rooms despite showing him that on the website it says until 12:00.

Cleanliness was not up to scratch and bins not emptied or used towels removed in the three days we stayed but cleaners did promptly start on our departure day before we had checked out!
