Lewis (8/5): Comfortable. - Clean. Bed comfortable. Pet friendly. Poor location of TV. No spoon or scoop to measure coffee for the coffee maker.

Stay away if you have a choice or put up with: Stained bed linens, looked washed but sill unclean, dirty blankets and covers harbouring fleas from previous pets that stayed there, moldy shower curtain, dirty pots, dirty fridge. Shower boiler located in the bedroom! An outside door opening to the side of the bed into the bedroom, door can be unlocked from outside, needless to say we felt unsafe at night! Thin walls and floors we could hear neightbours showering or talking in the night. We only stayed for few nights and realized the bug bites on our boddies as we left. Otherwise we would have cancelled. We will never comeback!

Scott (8/5): - We knew of this place based on a stay last year. It's an easy 20 minute walk to groceries and dining options, and there's a nice public beach with a swimming area just a two minute walk. The staff are very friendly and bbq's are provided.

Denis (1/5): Worst ever, never stay again - Nothing really The room is extremely dirty: old child shoe under sofa, a lot of dust with dead insects around the beds and everywhere in the corners, batroom is old and dirty, sticky floor, very noisy fridge. Staff reject room checking after check-out to see if any problems after our dogs and then they used scam tactics to claim that dog left poop in hidden location despite the fact that I twice checked everything with flashlight myself with dogs were sitting in the car and declared the same to staff!!! Be aware of this scam tactics as it look like it is systematic approcach to naive pollite and tolerant canadians to drain their wallet.

Tina (6/5): Not exceptional - Beds were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the spacious living room and outdoor patio and barbecue. We were a party of five sharing the three bedroom cottage so it was convenient for us. I asked for a receipt and was told they could not give me one because I booked through booking.com. I've always received a receipt before, when booking through booking.com. The doors, windows, walls and bathtub were not clean. Paint was chipping from walls. The air conditioner poured water inside and the filter was compacted with dirt. Only one of the three bedrooms and the living room had air conditioning.

Sharman (10/5): - Absolutely a great decission to stay at the Osoyoos Lakeview Inn and Suites. I chose to come here because of the rating which was spot on. This is a smaller hotel, older but right across the street from the city lake. The kitchen is small but everything we needed for a few days. The staff was so friendly, our room was spotless and the pool was an added bonus. Usually Ive found if the nightly rate is low, with others so high all around us, Id be cautious but believe me when I say...it was wonderful to find this gem with a very affordable price.

Shawn (10/5): - This is an excellent, budget friendly little hotel. Older but clean and in a great location. When enjoying pool side, there is a spectacular view of the eastern mountains, which are especially beautiful in the evenings during sun set. The hotel is also off the main strip, making it less busy and more peaceful, but at the same time, still close enough to walk to town to do some shopping or poking around. If you prefer the beach, there is a nice public area for swimming just across the street.

John (4/5): - This place calls itself a “hotel” but in reality it’s just a run-down motel. The facilities are extremely poor, the towels looked dirty and were of the cheapest quality. There wasn’t even a single paper cup provided, so you couldn’t brush your teeth or have a simple cup of coffee. On top of that, the price was unreasonably high. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience
