Guest Reviews
- Gillian (8/5): Boutique hotel at a reasonable price - Trendy “boutique” type hotel near to Bricktown restaurants. Nice rooms. Not enough staff for a busy weekend and not enough luggage carts. Masses of people trying to check in to go to concert and one poor lady on the desk.
- Dee (8/5): -
- Adrianna (10/5): - My husband and I had an amazing time at Aloft in Oklahoma City, so much so that we booked another stay in Dallas. The rooms were cozy and very comfortable, and the hotel itself was cool.
- Kathryn (8/5): The stay was Meh. - Location was nice and easy to get around. The front desk guy was odd. I asked about parking and he went off about it. The bedroom was clean but the pillows smelled like smoke. The shower had no water pressure. The bed was semi comfortable.
- Edgar (10/5): -
- Kayla (7/5): Enjoyed the weekend after moving rooms - We loved the room. And the staff was amazing. Hot water was awful. Had to switch rooms. All I wanted was to relax in the tub but couldn't because the water wouldn't get warm. Had to take cold shower before we moved rooms.
- JESSICA (10/5): -
- Megan (5/5): Enjoyable over ask but ever surprised at the terrible lighting and all the broken items. - Love the location and the jacuzzi bath. Rooms are very dark. Not enough lighting. Many broken fixtures. The tub handle fell off when trying to start the tub, cracks in marble around sink, sink would not drain without removing plug, broken floor tile, broken toilet patter holder, cracks in walls.
- Reeves (10/5): - Everything
- Jones (7/5): - Clean by hositalj bed comfortable
- Megan (8/5): -
- Juan (10/5): - It’s was nice spot
- Giles (2/5): -
- Patricia (8/5): Comfortable, Clean, Great location - Beds were very comfortable. Thin walls. Could hear neighbors at 0200.
- Jabreya (10/5): -
- Tracie (10/5): -
- Tanhia (1/5): Inconvenient - The shower had mold. Broken glass. No hot water and when we switched rooms the room was dirty. Shower wasn’t draining. We left and did not stay. Asked for a refund and still haven’t got anything.
- Lisa (10/5): - It was very clean and loved the decorum. The desk manager Nick was awesome. Went out his way to ensure my stay was pleasurable and comfortable. 10 stars for him definitely!!!!! Would stay again when visiting Oklahoma City.
- Smith (10/5): -
- Stephanie (10/5): -
- Michael (7/5): -
- Darrin (5/5): 3 stars - It was a nice room and friendly staff. The only thing we didn't enjoy is that there website still says they have a bar to get drinks and snacks on-site but it looks like it has been closed for awhile
- Kõiv (10/5): - Everything, its such a cozy and nice hotel. Our room had a nice view. Hotel had board games and billiards. We love playing billiards and we gave it a go also. The hotel had a nice chill vibe.
- Christina (7/5): Good but could have been better - The room did have a jetted tub and it was hot and lovely. The location is noisy. I stayed in a corner suite and could clearly hear traffic and humans noises all night. The shower door was coming out of the wall and would not close properly. The shower never got hot. Breakfast was weird: you tell the front desk what breakfast sandwhich/food you want and wait in the lobby while they make it behind closed doors. Not very much food for the $10 either.
- Daubre (5/5): -
- Shirley (1/5): Bad - Someone rampaged my car, but left all her insurance info at the front desk for me, the owner. What a terrific person! BUT, the hotel refused to give it to me. I had to call the police but they don’t investigate on private propert. What an ordeal. Horrible and rude.
- Tristan (10/5): Comfortable - The scenery Carpet in the hallways, the rooms carpet looked great.
- Tommy (7/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): -
- Reeves (10/5): - Everything NA

- Erin (10/5): It was a great stay - The property was great. Nice room and it was clean. The person who check us in was a little unfriendly at first.
- William (6/5): It was just ok the location was nice but that’s about it - The location It was definitely not worth the price I paid. The bed linen was old and worn out and beds not comfortable. I thought it would be so much nicer for the price I paid. Also the parking was 20 dollars.
- Kenard (8/5): -
- Misty (3/5): - It was in a great location. The room was filthy. A lipstick tube was by the bed and hair was all over the floor. All glass/mirrors were cloudy like they washed the floor with a rag then took it to the shower doors and mirrors The doors were broken from the garage into the building after paying $20 a day for parking. No microwave in the room and mold in the shower caulk. Just gross. Pay a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.
- Kady (10/5): -
- Esakia (8/5): Great - The location, the ease of checking in, the staff, room was very nice. N/A
- john (9/5): -
- Leslie (10/5): -
- Tess (10/5): -
- Sarva satya Karthik (4/5): - Parking is rough
- Craig (10/5): - I did not have breakfast - everything was fine.
- Smokey (10/5): - We had a quick overnight stay for personal business. The restaurant inside kept us from having to go elsewhere for food, which was a big plus due to downtown parking. We had a great meal, then a good night's sleep, and were gone in a flash, Checkout was also a breeze.
- Aracely (8/5): - Super clean room
- Audrey (10/5): Big room, helpful parking - Stylish & huge room. Adjacent parking garage. Washer/dryer on each floor was helpful. An easy 5 min walk to downtown/canal area Nothing
- Michael (10/5): - Nick was great!! More than willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay great. We appreciate him very much and look forward to seeing him again soon
- Jane (10/5): - good
- Ronnie (6/5): - Ac worked well but the television was not working? Really?
- Mark (10/5): - Staff was friendly and my dogs were happy.
- kellie (6/5): -
- Deion (10/5): - Clean Rooms and Excellent staff
- Dawn (8/5): - Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs within walking distance.
Plenty of parking and a sparkling pool.
The hot water for the jacuzzi tub was wonky and you need to let the sink run for a few minutes to direct the hot water to the tub. There's no instructions for this, I found out after calling the front desk. And our AC leaked into the floor but staff was quick to respond when I called about the above issues.
I would definitely stay here again although I would have preferred to have been moved to another dry room and had some time of compensation... free meals or something simple for the inconvenience we experienced. I felt like we got more of a "thank you for letting us know response" when the AC leaked so bad the water squished out of the tiles and carpet when you walked acres it. This was a King suite.
Otherwise, no issues and loved the location of Bricktown. Very pretty at night.
- JERRY (10/5): -
- Kayla (1/5): Terrible experience - The room wasn’t what I expected and it was over priced Staff room and maintenance
- Shannon (10/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): -
- Cherea (10/5): Quiet and Cute - Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean. Water pressure/heat was the best, but I’ve stayed in eco-friendly hotels before so I wasn’t really surprised. Thankful they had a vegan breakfast option. Room was nice. Bed was very comfy.
- Eli (4/5): Missing Items, bad customer service - I left my clothing items at the hotel and I’ve tried four times to get them back and the hotel has forgotten to call me back every single time.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced
- Molly (10/5): Really good hotel, really good facilities & really enjoyed our stay! - Lovely hotel, room was fantastic & facilities were really good - would highly recommend this hotel!
- John (10/5): -
- Felecia (8/5): - Great! Check in was easy! No hassle….. Nate was awesome!!! Great location! Easy access to Bricktown…..
- Ash (10/5): - The staff is so helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and so clean, this is our second time staying here and we absolutely will be back!
- Audrey (8/5): OKC Visit - Good hotel. Great location.
- Lucas (10/5): -
- Wendy (10/5): - Perfect stay from the minute we walked in. Super friendly and quick check-in, and so accommodating with changes to the room.
The room was great!
We will definitely be back!!
- Quinton (10/5): - The hostess Bree was great
- yago (2/5): - Prob one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever booked. I had to leave and get another hotel. Floors were sticky. Hair on the bed and sink. The shower was terrible.
- Josh (10/5): - It was a great stay.
- Robbie (10/5): -
- Nicole (8/5): Friendly staff - Was listed as 4 star hotel but definitely wasn’t. Friendly staff just not up to par with things such the breakfast and market place should have much more variety
- Audrey (10/5): Close to Bricktown - Clean hotel within walking distance to Bricktown.
- Allen (10/5): - This trip was for my wife and I's 20 year anniversary, the front desk Assistant general Manager Kimberly Rhodes was absolutely amazing on setting up our room and made us feel like a king and queen!!

- Kira (2/5): - The staff was rude a couple times , we requested house keeping twice and they never came , we only got our breakfast dining card on the last day of our stay , we where charged for parking but the parking system was broken so we parked on the street .
- Alonso (10/5): - Nice place
- Haley (4/5): - We didn’t recieve the welcome bag with water all the guest in front of us recieve, we rushed here for the pool and the water it green they
- Judy (10/5): - The bed was so comfortable, the parking garage was safe and private was a beautiful hotel overall

- Michelle (2/5): - NO WORKING TV IN ROOM NO PHONES WORKING IN ROOMS PAID ADDL FOR BREAKFAST WAS TOLD KITCHEN WAS NOT WORKING TO GET FOOD OUT OF COOLERS IN THE CORNER
- Robert (10/5): - The PLAce was clean staff was friendly and it's five minutes from everything.
- Lee J (4/5): - The complementary breakfast is not complementary. The room we booked Online showed there was a balcony. We did not get a balcony. Bree the front desk person was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Other than her and the place being clean, it was OK.
- Jaime (10/5): - Great staff is super helpful
- Mia-Kaye (8/5): - Great
- Peter (9/5): -
- Kim (9/5): Good - N/a N/a
- Kerry (8/5): - The property was close to several downtown attractions.
- Nicole (6/5): - .
- Isaac (8/5): - Shayln greeted us Friday evening,it was a very busy friday many people and families present.check in was as expected no delays we got in around 5ish. Our room was hot,but we turned the AC down while we went out for dinner and it got better but not great nevertheless it is a HOT summer. Things that were overlooked as far as cleaning, which i understand can be a hatd thing to clean in hair.there were curly hairs on the desk and in the restroom where the tea/coffee maker is by the restroom and long blonde hairs in the bathroom under the sink and within the shower. I often wipe things down before use.The hook within the bathroom was broke and the stopper within the sink was broke. I will say these can be seen a minute flaws but just pointing them out. The shower gel by Dry bar I love it and the contemporary fun layout of all Aloft hotels often intrigues me. I was under the impression that parking was free it is not $20 a day it comes out of the incidental and they are not responsible for anything however in the evening time we did witness like 3 "homeless persons" within the garage with carts my spouse did not like that,we parked at the top which is actually a decent view. Overall would stay again.
- Daniel (10/5): Great stat - Very wonderful stay. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Very nice amenities, board games and billiards in the lobbs and then the pool. The have a bar as well which is nice. You have the option to pay for parking or park on the street.
