Jean Pierre (10/5): We had an amazing time and fell in love with your home & Franschoek, we will most definitely be back - Your holiday home is so beautiful - thank you for the cheese board on arrival and milk etc and other special treats left for us - really made us feel at home. Location was so convenient… very spacious home with amazing facilities / kitchenware. Beautifully decorated. Loved that all the lights were labeled it helped so much. Bedroom on left side of the main bedroom when you’ve come up the stairs had “cannabis” smell from the day we arrived. My sons were eventually joking about it but not sure if it was coming from neighbour or open area behind house. Perhaps you could look into sealing the doors/windows. Having lived abroad for so long we were used to doing security checks - and on arrival found almost all the windows unlatched and window could be opened from outside . Not sure if this concerns you but Perhaps once each guest leaves, a walk through of the home is necessary for the arrival of next visitor. Additional international adapters would also be good to invest in for foreigners.
Bart (8/5): - The house was very spacious; the splash pool was ideal to cool down after a day of activities. Easily accessible with car and sufficient parking. The wood for the braai was a nice extra. If you like walking or mountain biking, you will certainly enjoy the area.

Außen-Grill mit bereitgestelltem Feuerholz. Nette Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Haus und auf der rückwärtigen Terrasse und am kleinen Pool mit Liegen. -
Katrin (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder - Was für eine großartige Lage, umgeben von ganz viel Natur und Weinbergen. Der eigene Pool with a view war einzigartig. Durch die Ruhe lässt sich super ausspannen. Ansonsten war das Cottage hochwertig ausgestattet, es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Das frisch zubereitete Frühstückkörbchen, welches man vorbestellen kann, hat den tollen Aufenthalt abgerundet.

Iets duurdere prijsklasse in de regio, maar het meer dan waard

Stand alone cottages each with its own pool. Great internet and DSTV. Also some 4x4 trails for experienced 4x4 enthusiasts. Yolande and Carlos we excellent hosts and dealt with any requests even after hours. We will certainly be returning very soon. More utensils, cutlery and bowels for salads and snacks. Everything else was good.

Tamara (8/5): Wonderful stay in Robertson - Beautiful views in a tranquil setting. Great patio with a small pool for cooling off during hot afternoons. Robertson The accommodation is sparsely equipped (e.g. we got 4 coffee pods for a 5 night stay; limited dishwashing liquid) and it was a 10 minute drive to the nearest shop so you need to be quite organised. Places we’ve stayed at in a similar price range have been better in this regard but I imagine that waste and costs are a consideration.
Rikkert (10/5): Highly recommend - Houses are amazing. And staff is very helpful. we thought we booked braai package for arrival night, but it was prepared for next day. No clue who made mistake, but nevertheless they made on the spot the best braai package we ever got. All home made. Hard to say anything that was not good. It was all very good. and if you consider the price per night (we paid roughly 1/5 compared to other stays) it was incredible value for money

Sam (5/5): Ok stay. - Beautiful location, quiet and as advertised. Uncomfortable beds. Bare minimum as it relates to comfort. Sofa and chairs rigid. Kitchen equipped with the minimum. Coffee machine leaking. A lot of flies and overwhelming smell which assume is from septic tank.
Martin (8/5): Lovely - Location The stairs in our house were incredibly steep. You can see them in the photos provided but it is only when you go to use them that they are more like a ladder.. We managed but had to be very careful and we were unable to have the main bedroom down stairs as we had our elderly mother with us who simply would not have managed on the stairs -
Sandy De Stadler (10/5): Exceptional stay! - This was our third stay at Orange Grove and it was once again outstanding. Beautiful views, immaculate accommodation, and very comfortable beds. The peace and quiet make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hosts and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and would happily extend our stay. One small suggestion is that a washing machine would be helpful for longer stays.

Marianne (9/5): - Wir haben uns für 4 Nächte im Mosesberg Cottage sehr wohl gefühlt. Großes Wohn-Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Sesseln, Internet gut und schnell. Überall Vasen mit frischen Blumen und Blütendekorationen, alles sauber und gepflegt. Es ist absolut ruhig, besonders der schattige Garten hinter dem Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Die vielen Vögel, speziell Sunbirds, waren Dauergäste im Baum. Ein Mungo kam mehrmals zu Besuch und hat sich neugierig umgeschaut. Auch der Plunge Pool wird täglich sauber gemacht, wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt ! Eine Möglichkeit, um die Pool-Badetücher zu trocknen wäre wünschenswert

Valerie Du Toit (10/5): Wonderful gem with amazing views - This is definitely a gem that everybody should visit. We had our own farmhouse with all the needed amenities. The pool on our veranda overlooked the beautiful mountains. We ordered a basket filled with the most delicious homemade bread and other delicacies. Absolutely wonderful and quiet location with unforgettable mountain views. The breakfast baskets are incredible and the braai baskets beyond compare - we didn’t have such a good rump steak for a long time. Cornelia (10/5): Tranquil stay in the Boland - Orange Grove Farm is a beautiful and quiet location surrounded by mountains, vineyards and olive groves. Mosesberg cottage is spacious with everything you need from a well fitted kitchen, braai with wood and fire lighters, comfortable bed, a closet, comfortable sitting area, spacious and clean bathroom, a patio with a lovely view of the valley and a private splash pool. We ordered a braai basket and it didn't disappoint. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
Wordsworth (10/5): - The location is perfect with the most incredible views over the vineyards. The photos can't begin to do justice to the actual experience. Sunsets were exceptional, enjoyed with a glass of wine looking out onto the farm. The staff we super helpful and assisted with any request immediately. Thank you for a super stay!

Hanneke (10/5): Lovely farm stay in exceptional cottage. - The house was welcoming and clean and very well equipped. A nice touch was the flowers on the bed, it made us feel so welcome. Wifi is included. There is a front and back porch and the farm is so beautiful and quiet, watching the sunrise and sunset from the stoep was quite memorable. Electric blankets and wall heaters made even our Winter stay, warm and cosy. Bathrooms and showers are big comfortable. Nothing.
