• Alice (10/5): Fabulous, relaxing stay in a beautiful luxurious hotel - Beautifully designed hotel with gorgeous views to the Medina and old city. The amenities were terrific, throughly enjoyed the spa. All the staff were attentive and helpful. The Front Office Manager Nabil was especially helpful and provided great recommendations to Fes. The room was luxurious, well appointed and spacious. Breakfast was expansive offering a great selection of hot and cold food.

• Emir (7/5): Linda vista para cidade - Hotel com bela vista para Fez, mas abaixo da expectativa para um cinco estrelas. O Hotel Sahrai by Hilton tem alguns pontos positivos: a vista para a cidade é bonita, os produtos de quarto são bons e a internet funcionou bem durante a hospedagem. No entanto, a experiência geral ficou aquém do que se espera de um hotel que se apresenta como cinco estrelas. O quarto é pequeno, e a sala de banho, com fechamento em vidro, oferece pouca privacidade. Outro ponto que incomodou bastante foi o som de música na área da piscina até por volta das 22h. Para quem está em viagem de turismo, caminhando e visitando a cidade durante todo o dia, o descanso no início da noite se torna importante. A impressão é de que, em alguns momentos, o hotel prioriza eventos ou movimentação de público externo em detrimento do conforto dos hóspedes. Também observei que algumas áreas públicas precisam de mais manutenção, além de maior atenção à limpeza e ao cuidado geral dos ambientes. O restaurante e o café da manhã são corretos, mas básicos, sem grandes surpresas ou diferenciais. Em resumo, trata-se de um hotel com boa vista e alguns serviços funcionais, mas que, na minha percepção, não reúne todos os elementos essenciais de conforto, privacidade, silêncio, manutenção e experiência necessários para sustentar plenamente a categoria cinco estrelas.

Petit déjeuner varié et frais ! Cependant, ce n'est pas le standing d'un 5*, mais plutôt 4*. Dommage ! La vue du rooftop est très belle, mais pas celle des chambres. Une confusion entre les catégories de chambres, la double et la de luxe, à vérifier sur place avec vue jardin et piscine ! Des équipements pour chauffer le biberon. La bouilloire est trop petite pour chauffer un biberon. Et les pots pour bébé. À prévoir la prochaine fois ! Le restaurant italien Medusa, pas terrible.

• Bassma (1/5): Des prestations de qualité, mais une expérience humaine très décevante - L’hôtel, dans son ensemble, est de très bonne qualité : les chambres sont parfaites, confortables et bien équipées. Les restaurants proposent une très bonne cuisine et le spa est également très agréable. Malheureusement, notre séjour a été profondément marqué par un accueil et une atmosphère extrêmement pesants. À notre arrivée, le personnel semblait très stressé en raison de l’accueil simultané d’une équipe de football, information dont nous n’avions absolument pas été informés à l’avance. Si cela avait été le cas, nous aurions très probablement choisi d’autres dates. Tout au long du séjour, nous avons eu le sentiment d’être constamment surveillés : dès que nous nous déplacions dans l’hôtel ou que nous nous rendions quelque part, des regards insistants et une présence pesante nous donnaient l’impression d’être « fliqués ». Cette atmosphère était devenue insupportable, très inconfortable, et à la limite du traumatisant, ce qui est totalement à l’opposé de l’expérience que l’on attend d’un établissement de ce standing. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que l’hôtel possède de réels atouts. Malgré la qualité des installations et des prestations, cette expérience humaine négative a largement pris le dessus et a rendu notre séjour globalement décevant.

• Youssef (1/5): - Séjour correct, mais très déçu du service. On m’a facturé un late checkout sans même m’en informer à l’avance. Aucune communication, aucune explication. Le comportement à la réception ne reflète absolument pas ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel qui se présente comme un établissement de luxe. Et la cerise sur le gâteau : lorsqu’on demande une facture, on vous répond que “ce n’est pas nous, parce que vous avez réservé sur Booking”. Une excuse incompréhensible et contraire au minimum de professionnalisme attendu. Très décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing

• Rachida (5/5): Geen 5 sterren! - De beleefdheid van het personeel. Op het eerste oog (binnen) zag het er uit als een modern hotel. De valetparkeerder/de piccolo was super vriendelijk en is zijn fooi meer dan waard. De locatie, we kwamen aanrijden en waande ons in een achterstandswijk. Waardoor we het idee kregen verkeerd te zitten. De service liet ook te wensen over. Bij aankomst (lokale tijd 15.30 uur) was er nog geen kamer klaar (incheck is overigens om 15.00 uur). Wij hadden een rit van 4,5 uur er op zitten. Er werd ons thee aangeboden wat ik eigenlijk niet hoefde (dus super vriendelijk), maar werd geplaatst op een terras (het was koud) en waar werkzaamheden gaande waren. Al met al geen goede start. Al helemaal niet van een 5 sterren hotel. Er was ook geen restaurant geopend volgens personeel, maar 1 restaurant waren wel mensen aan het eten (wellicht door hen afgehuurd??). Dus voor mij een niet al te beste start. Ik ben de stad maar meteen ingegaan om eindelijk wat te eten en gelukkig heeft fes mij niet teleurgesteld. Kamer was niet helemaal wat ik had verwacht. Wc en badkamer hadden geen ventilatie. Na het douchen kan je dus geen gebruik maken van de spiegel (om eventueel op te maken of iets dergelijks). Om die reden zou ik dit dan ook zeker niet aanbevelen. (Ik kwam overigens van mijn vorige bestemming uit een 5 sterren hotel die de lat elk jaar weer hoog leggen. De service top is)

• MANUEL (10/5): - Séjour très agréable après une semaine autour du nord marocain. La chambre, le personnel et les prestations proposées (restaurant, spa, piscine)... tout est au top! A noter si vous réservez une chambre pour une famille, être attentif au nombre de lit disponible dans la chambre (sinon le coût d'un lit en plus sera à prévoir).

Le jaccusi qui mérite réparation & amélioration, l'information relativement au fonctionnement du hamman et saune. Prix des massages surfaits. Au petit déjeuner, il manquait plusieurs choses sur les tables (couverts, assiettes) ... Bizarement les choses se sont corrigées et les personnes au service se sont activés lorsque les deux directeurs se sont mis à table au petit déjeuner.

• Houda (6/5): Apprezzo la pulizia / siamo rimasti male perché abbiamo cercato un altro posto dove dormire non pensavamo che un hot - pulita e bella Eravamo in viaggio di nozze e siamo arrivati in albergo vestiti da sposi verso le 7 AM ma il tizio della reception ci ha letteralmente mandati via dicendo che non possiamo avere la camera perché il check in era alle 15 . Capisco bene la politica del hotel ma avevamo già specificato in anticipo un email con l’orario del nostro arrivo! E mi hanno risposto che avrebbero trovato una soluzione! Ma al momento di arrivo il tizio alla reception ci ha detto che tutti le camere del hotel erano piene e secondo noi non era affatto vero perché quando siamo tornati alle 15 in struttura eravamo solo noi e un altra coppia. Ci siamo trovati malissimo nel nostro giorno di nozze!!!! E Non hanno nemmeno preparato nulla di speciale per gli sposi. Pessimo per essere 5 stelle non ci torniamo più . In un hotel del genere doveva al meno proporre una camera di cortesia. Molto male!!!

• Varga (9/5): Très agréable sejour - Très belles architecture et décoration. Les espaces sont spacieux et lumineux. Idem pour pa chambre, très confortable. La piscine est grande et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner bon, varié et copieux. La vue sur la médina est superbe, ce qui implique qu’on en est assez loin et qu’il faut prendre un taxi ou sa voiture pour s’y rendre. Impossible de prendre un bain car le bouchon ne fonctionnait pas. L’hôtel est un peu loin du centre mais cela permet d’avoir une superbe vue sur la médina.

• Daniel (10/5): Would recommend, beautiful - Beautiful views The signs say no smoking by the pool, however everyone was smoking by the pool. The upstairs bar staff were very inattentive, leaving empty food plates for ages, not coming to take orders after we have arrived and waited for extended periods to ordered food or drinks Still rate it as a 5 star hotel, I just believe some training is needing in certain areas.

• Waqas Khalid (10/5): My stay was amazing with my son really enjoyed the large sized rooms and pool area. I would like to say the hotel staff - The property was really clean and everything was kept to high standard. There was nothing to criticise.
