Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Ferry Schedule From Mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier) - 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier) - 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

• Alexander (4/5): Kackerlackor och AC - Vi behövde plocka ut kackerlackor ur rummet varje dag. Man fick ej vatten eller städat rum. Vi lämnade ett dag tidigt för det kändes mer rimligt att låta natten brinna inne än att bo kvar. Bra träning att ta backen upp till hotellet i alla fall och AC:n var uppskattad.
• Kanny (4/5): - В описании указано, что есть WiFi и бутилированная вода в номере,а по факту WiFi на стойке регистрации и в самих бунгало не берёт, бутылочек с водой не оказалось,при вопросе «почему?» у вас же в описании указано-сказали что данную услугу они не предоставляют, вода в душе затхлая и с коричневым оттенком
• Fiona (2/5): - This was not a nice place to stay. It is more like a 20 minute walk from the pier up a steep hill! It was not clean, the beds didn't push together and the room has 3 singles when we booked a double. All the sheets had stains on them and only had 1 sheet and a thick blanket which was very dirty. The bathroom was disgusting, it was a wet room which was mouldy and dirty. The shower only worked on cold and didn't have a holder so you had to hold it to shower properly. The worse thing was the air conditioning which only worked for 1 hour at a time and then needed resetting so we was awake every hour too hot I would not recommend staying he of the night too ho! unless on a very tight budget and even then I would stay in a hostel instead!

• sara (8/5): - Boendet ligger relativt långt ifrån piren och även upp för ett berg, vilket innebar många uppförsbackar för att komma till boendet. Om ni letar efter en prisvärd och enkel bungalow fungerar detta boendet. Varje bungalow hade en egen balkong. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

• Jason (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! - We didn’t actually end up staying at the place for our honeymoon as we spent an hour trying to find this place whiles it poured down with rain. The location on the hotels.com map was not where the place was and we had to walk up steal slopes for a further 20 minutes to find where it actually was. On arrival at this location we were not greeted by anyone, the place was deserted and there was no one to be seen for the half hour we waited there. I would highly recommend hotels.com to take this property off there website so no more people have to suffer this abysmal place.
• Johan (8/5): Excellent value for money for backpackers! - Nice place for backpackers! - friendly staff, good bed, flushing toilet and good shower(!). However, it is as far away from center as you can get, and a bit steep/long walk to get there. Was not a problem for us but if you come to Phi Phi to party hard, perhaps a hotel closer to the center is better(?) We enjoyed our stay and our expectations for a clean bed, A/C, good bathroom and quiet surroundings were met. WiFi was also good. Seriously good value for money. PS. We were there in low/rainy season.

• Arnaud (10/5): reservez à jungle hill phi phi bungalow - Le personnel est super, le soir je dinais avec eux, du coup j’ai mangé typique thaï mais typique, ils sont très disponibles et aux petits soins, ils ont une solution à tout et de manière efficace et pas pour attendre un tips. Je recommande vivement ! J’ai booké mes excursions direct de l´hotel, parfait, ils sont de très bons conseils.

• Verified traveler (4/5): bungalow with many issues to improve - Really disappointing experience. Reception guy was sleeping and always hard to find, my room wasn't ready, I had to ask for help with my bags after walking 30 mins (located far from the pier) under the sun, and hesitant to help. Water went out one day. Very weak wi-fi. Owners seem to be locals that don't know how to run this type of business. Nothing in the room, just a towel. I had to ask for a fan (suppose to be included) and took a while to receive it. Not a good experience at all..
• Mats (2/5): Avråder bestämt att bo här. - Från första anblicken var detta en stor besvikelse. Vi hade stort problem att hitta dit då det inte fanns någon anvisning någonstans. När vi äntligen kom dit möttes vi av en makaber figur som inte verkade veta något om någonting. Vi fick till slut nyckeln och gick in och duschade svettiga som vi var efter den långa branta stigningen. En råtta tittade fram bakom skyddet för avloppsröret under tvättstället. Det var rent livsfarligt att gå på de söndriga spånskivorna de provisoriskt hade lagt ut. Vill inte tänka på vad som hänt om man hade trampar igenom ytterligare. Värst var att det såg ut som en soptipp både på ”hotellet” och hela vägen dit upp och avloppsstanken från alla närliggande hotell och bostäder som rann ut nedanför i bukten. Man mådde riktigt illa. Då hade vi fått nog och reste tillbaka till Krabi med sista färjan. Systemet med ej återbetalning förstår vi, för det ser ju trevligt ut på bilderna men stanken står det inget om. En annan gäst från Kanada kom och ville inte heller stanna. Där vill man absolut inte bo och rekommenderar verkligen Hotels.com att ta bort det.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Scammed on the address, address advertised different than the actual one which was way farther. The hotel is at a 20min hike up hill. You better not have a heavy backpack or you won't make it. It is the last of the very last habitation, after where the locals live. It would have been nice to think that you would hike that much and be scammed but have a nice view but there is none. And on top of that it was expensive and rooms were not even nice.
• steffi (8/5): Tolles Bungalow in Jungel - Für den Preis waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Besitzerin war super freundlich. Man höhrt zwar die Musik. Anstieg ist steil aber machbar. Totales Jugelfeeling am Tag über. Haben es sehr genossen. Im Vergleich zu dem troubel im Dorf. Es ist s sauber. Unser klo war zwar mal verstopft wurde aber gleich gereinigt. Bewerte reltiv wenig Hotels. Aber ich finde das Hotel wird schlechter dargestellt alles es ist. Die Klima war auch Top. War ein tolles Erlebnis in einer bambushütte zu schlafen. Wir hatten bedenken das Tier rein kommen oder moskitos kommen. Aber wir hatten nichts dergleichen .

• Linnea (8/5): Helt okej boende - Själva Bungalowen var mysigt och trevlig. Värt att veta om detta boende är att det ligger upp för en superbrant backe. Det var också fruktansvärt mycket mygg vilket var lite tråkigt så min dotter är överkänslig mot myggbett. I övrigt ett trevligt boende med trevlig personal. Vi är nöjda men skulle inte boka samma boende igen.

• R (6/5): Bungalow Jungle Hill - Un peu difficile a trouver du port. Bungalow de base avec installation dans la jungle au pied de la montagne. C'est rudimentaire mais le prix est correcte. Sur l'île les prix oint assez chère. La location étais bien puisque l'on étais loin des party tonitruant. Personnelle accueillant et serviable. Internet et électricité OK
• s (4/5): The pictures are deceiving - I wasn’t happy at all with what I was given, as from when I booked up with ebookers it showed a delightful bungalow. When I arrived all I could describe it as a bunch of rooms stacked up on top of each other.
• Verified traveler (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - I normally dont write reviews but I am going to for this place because of how bad it was. Its a massive hike up a mountain, i think its the furthest bungalow from the beach which is terrible in hot humid Thai weather. The guy at the front desk had no idea we were coming, called his boss, who said room isnt ready. Our room wasnt ready so tried to give us two single beds instead of a double bed. Water wasnt working one night- ie had been shut off Electricity ( and therefore aircon and WIFI) was not working another night The front desk was unmanned but when we found someone he could not care less and then was rude to us and said there was nothing he could do. cant change room, cant give money back The cleaners also do not change the sheets or towels, they just make the bed. Terrible place. Do not stay here. Spend a little more and go somewhere good

• christien (6/5): Ok stay - This is a decent hotel for the price. Its a cute bungalow and pretty spacious. The only issue is the walk to the bungalow. It's all the way on the top of a steep steep hill. So if you don't exercise, by the end of the stay you will have great glutes. Also, because it is in the jungle, expect roaches.

• Sandra (8/5): Sauber, einfach aber schön und ruhig - Die Anlage liegt auf einem Berg, das ist Fluch und Segen zugleich. Man hat hier oben seine Ruhe vor dem Partyrummel und kann ruhig schlafen. Allerdings hat der Auf-und Abstieg es in sich, bei der Hitze. Nichts für Leute mit Gehbehinderung. Die Hüttchen sind sauber und für thailändische Verhältnisse sehr gepfegt. Das Personal war etwas unfreundlich und nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Allerdings steht direkt an der Fähre jemand, der einen abholt (auch ohne vorher Bescheid zugeben) und mit dem Gepäck behilflich ist. Auf eigene Faust hätte ich die Anlage in dem Gewirr von Gassen sicher nicht gefunden. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und 1000 mal besser, als ein Backpacker-4er-Zimmer ohne Fenster. - Mückenschutz nicht vergessen !
• Oscar (4/5): Enkelt och spartanskt - Extremt enkelt, tomt och litet rum som endast bestod av en säng. Handfatet läkte ur på golvet men rummmet var i övrigt relativt rent. Värt att tillägga är att hotellet Inter låg långt ifrån staden (ca 10 min gång) men ganska högt upp så att 5 min bestod av branta backar uppåt!

• Marlee (2/5): - The only good thing about this hotel is that it is far away from the noise of the beach, though you can still hear the music. I showed them my reservation and they put us in the wrong room. We were told we had to move rooms or pay an extra 300 baht per night. Our room was quite dirty, there was sand everywhere before we got there and they didn't even provide us with toilet paper.

• Hemant (4/5): My Stay in Jungle Hill Bunglow, Phi Phi Islands - The hotel was far away from the port on top of a hill, near the View point. It was very hard to locate. The hotel staff was lathargic and there was no drinking water provided in the room while we checked in. The rooms smelled a little and i didnt find any toiletaries either (apart from a small soap). This hotel can be passed until nothing better is available

Among many many other things the key factors were that there was never anyone at the front "concierge" desk, the location is terrible as it is all the way at the top of the hill and we had to lug our bags up and down in the blistering heat, the hotel employees barged into our room unannounced in the morning while we were sleeping, twice. And lastly, we did not have any working water the last 2 days of our stay and there were no employees around during mid day or the evening to contact in order to fix this problem. Would never stay here again nor would I ever recommend it

• Verified traveler (4/5): Good Exercise - Very hard to find. Last hotel on top oh a hill. No one to meet you at harbour. Called the hotel to send someone to get me which they did, so that was good. Unless you're prepared to walk 15 minutes up hill, then shy away from this one. Room was very basic, no fridge, no ac and paper thin walls. Do you self a favor, spend another $20 and stay somewhere down the hill.

• Iva (4/5): Not recommended..... - Even for a bungalo, this one ended up being a bit nasty. The bed was one of the stiffest things I've ever slept on. Bugs continued to invade the bed. One night my lady friend started screaming and we woke up to see a number of sizeable roaches had camped out on the bed as we slept. I had to blast the place with a full can of bug juice to flush them out. The wifi signals were weak and the place was up a fairly steep climb. Fine for a fit fella like myself, but maybe not the best for older folks.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Dusit room - We didn’t got the room/bungalow we booked. The room was ok but the staff wasn’t friendly and not really around. The bungalows are located on the hill, nice view but really far and no good directions to get there. Wifi was limited so not really free

The room was very basic, did not have a TV and was not cleaned Throughout our 3 day stay nor was the towels changed or toilet paper, we had to go to the office to get paper. In my opinion it is overpriced. On a up note we did have a nice view
• darren (2/5): If you dont like steep slopes dont go - Had a room with a fan, as far away as possible, went 24hrs without running water, its still a building site, was in the reception area and a worker was welding infront of me with no pretection for us, was supposed to have a double bed but waa told i had to have 2 singles and pretty much take it or leave it, no wifi in my room as it was that far out the way, when asked for a different room for a double bed was pretty much told to lump it and staff weren't very friendly at all
• Brian (2/5): Enjoy Phi Phi...by staying at a different hotel. - Owners are extremely rude. Oversold hotel forcing our friends to stay elsewhere. Refused to give refund. Stay was so unpleasant we stayed at a different hotel our second night.
• JORGE (2/5): To far from beach, not worth the price advertised - Too far from beach; not worth the price as advertised. It's located way on top of the mountain, not for older people nor drunk people. There were no signs and the hotel address is not accurate in google map. Water was leaking in the toilet and they didnt fix it well. Staff doesn't speak english, they don't even check well the reservation like how many days you'll stay. Bungalows is with air conditioners and the regular rooms are with fan. Not good neighborhood; make sure that you have mosquito and insect repellant when you stay there. Also before you sleep, make sure no scorpion. You can walk and find other cheaper rooms for rent or pay more money and get a good deal by the beach.
