I ask hotel to change the room and every time they say next day they will at noon but they never did . Breakfast good and hotel good .

The service from Mr. Sajjad was really great and food was excellent special thanks to Mr. Amrit for food. All the staff were very polite and very helpfull. Planning to visit with family next time.

We stayed on a half board basis and the dinner was absolutely superb, we were superbly looked after by Dev and Abu 2 of the best waiters I've ever come across. Believe me when I tell you that the videos and pictures don't do this little gem any credit. It's a far far better place than it looks, lovely staff and the place is absolutely spotless. We wouldn't hesitate to come back here when we next visit Dubai that's how much I loved it, also a big shout out to Chandra on the front of the hotel, nothing was too much trouble for him.

The water pressure in the shower is weak but the shower was large. We were able to walk, carefully, to restaurants. Taxis are readily available.

They catered more for the Indian choices and not continental. Breakfast area was always congested, cups, cutlery running out, wait for tables. Al Rigga metro station was about 8 mins walk away

- Abid (4/5): Way below average - I booked for my family and friends who arrived a day later (5 rooms) to stay at this hotel because of my experience of staying in Hyatt Place at a different location in Dubai. I was disappointed at how terrible it was. Wi-fi stopped working on the second day and despite IT team efforts it did not work for 3 days. Another reason for booking this was the pool and breakfast as we had 7 children with us. Pool was closed on the second day and when we complained the staff at the counter said it is complimentary anyways. Breakfast was awful and no where near as good as their branch in Al Hudaiba where I stayed. We tried their buffett restaurant and it was terrible. Food was not good. chicken was hard and chewy and rice tasted gone off.

People touching food with hands. Lack of hygiene. Hotel did not offer any compensation and we left after one night to another hotel.

- Charu (4/5): - Average stay with no Hyatt feeling. Breakfast buffet had very limited options and low taste. Front end staff was not at all friendly and helpful. Regular menu was very short with extremely limited options. Basic amenities in the room like bathrobes, shower cap were not available.
- PRAJESHKUMAR CHANDUBHAI (10/5): - The HOTEL is great & the location is near clock tower & metro -- that is favorable to the Deira Market & the canal crossing to Bur Dubai. Plenty of out of Hotel places to eat & food in Dubai is generally delicious. We booked with breakfast for convenience reasons. Even though the spread (variety) is extensive the taste is to the best OK. If you are NOT rushed on time, you may prefer outside location bbreakfast. Overall GREAT place & had a successful trip.

- Laura (8/5): - The rooms were great, large and comfortable. Staff was good and attentive. BlueBird Cafe was a cute place to enjoy a drink and snack. The breakfast buffet needs more variety and more order. Other guests did not cue or respect any sort of line and would push and cut in. Although staff attempted to keep so order most guests ignored them and did as they pleased, including seating themselves even they were asked to wait at the end of the line with 20 plus people were in line waiting on tables. Some sampled food with their fingers. More order is needed to maintain hygiene and less chaos. The area around has lots of local food places and small stores including grocery stores. Be aware this hotel is very far from the main attractions. If you cab it will cost you and if you take the metro be prepared to stand and be crowded. For first time visitors I would recommend staying in the Marina area.

- Remedios (10/5): - The location is very convenient, good customer service. Cleaners are very good. The massage was really good, look for Luna. Unfortunately, there was no free shuttle service and they are under renovation.
- SHAHID (6/5): - The house keeping staff was nice, Vivek, Saiju and Judi were nice and cooperative. The Front desk this time total disappointing, I stayed there for 7 days but could get a room where I can have plenty of sunlight.
- Muralidhar (6/5): Nice place but needs more to be more organized - We stayed for one night the room was not ready for 2pm check in.Waited in lobby for one hour and left for our safari tour thatās the only disappointment . Rashed at the front desk was nice and courteous. Stay was comfortable when we returned later in the evening.
