- saskia (8/5): Prima plek voor bezoek aan Joure - Uitstekend hotel voor een bezoek aan joure. Kamers zijn goed en zeer schoon. Goede bedden, ontbijt uitstekend, diner ook goed. Aardig personeel. Locatie dicht bij snelweg en eenvoudig te vinden. Leuk ingericht.

- Evelyn (6/5): Not worth for the money - Clean hotel The hotel does not offer good value for money. It feels more like a hostel than a hotel, and at a rate of €250 per night including breakfast, one would expect a higher level of comfort and quality. The room lacks basic amenities such as a proper wardrobe, and the bed is mediocre at best. While the breakfast is extensive in terms of variety, the overall quality is disappointing. For example, the scrambled eggs were dry and unappetizing. Additionally, certain design choices, such as protective padding installed to prevent guests from bumping their heads, create a somewhat makeshift and unattractive appearance. Overall, while guests may not be missing essential necessities, the quality does not justify the price. For what it offers, the hotel feels significantly overpriced and does not meet the standards one would expect at this rate.

- Fabienne (7/5): Prima voor 1 overnachting. - Locatie dicht bij de snelweg, benzinepomp en MCdonalds. Badkamer ensuite is prima, maar niet als de toilet ook in de badkamer staat … (en je grote behoefte moet doen) en de ventilatie niet werkt, vandaar ook de muffe geur en er een raam open stond bij aankomst.

We were never told that the bar and the hotel would be closed at 10.00.pm .and that we had to go round the back to get in we had to stand about for a long time as we had no idea what to do to get into our room .another guest came along and told us wer we could get in as he had a similar problem the night before .As we stayed there before and got back and had a drink with friends as the bar never closed so early 10.00 pm is not late if you have been out all day and it would have been good to have drink at meet up with our friends .I think we should have been told about there new hours and someone should have been there to help get back in to our rooms .

- Gert-Jan (8/5): Easy going, kind and warm welkom - It is a very practical location to visit Friesland. Sufficient parking space, easy to reach. The city of Joure is also nice to spend one day. I recommend a visit to the city museum, just on walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant is OK, not very expensive, fresh ingredients and taste full. The breakfast is OK, and also good value for money. We made a joke about it: everybody was very kind so we said: we miss the stubborn Friesian people.

- Ita (9/5): - The food was great and tasty. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice and quiet place to stay with family or friends for holiday or work purpose. One of the reception staff was not that friendly that evening. Our friend took my husband and I there and we would like to have drinks at the restaurant before my friend went back home. The lady questioned us in an unfriendly way: You are three persons but the reservation is for two. Also when we asked whether we could use the library to another staff, the man asked her and she said no with an unfriendly tone. After we asked why, she said the library will be used tomorrow and they need to prepare the room this evening, also in an unfriendly tone. The fact that we couldn't use the room was fine, but the way she answered our questions was not nice.

Auch gab es innerhalb des Hotels Nachts mehrmals hintereinander laute Bassgeräusche… klang irgendwie als ob man recht nah an einer Großraumdisco wäre

It would have been nice to find some USB charging sockets in the room and maybe some net curtains for the windows. I was on the ground floor with full length windows looking out onto a carpark.

- Geertje (8/5): Prima, mer wat aanpassingen - Centrale ligging, gezellig restaurant Kamer was ijskoud bij aankomst. Via verwarming van de airco, de ruimte proberen te verwarmen. Maar de vloer was ijskoud (ook de gang naar de hotelkamers was koud maar dat is oké). De warme lucht blaast naar boven (ookal heb je een regelklep), de airco hangt aan het plafond, de warme lucht bleef boven hangen. Het trok ijskoud onder het bed en de vloer bleef ijskoud, muren ook. Eerste nacht en smorgens was dus erg koud. Heb verwarming aan gelaten en savonds toen ik terugkwam was ruimte aangenaam warm. Het was al 2 weken koud geweest en ik vermoed dat deze kamer lang niet verwarmd is geweest
