Even though drip coffee pot was listed as available,it was not. We paid for a full view but it was only partial since we were on the 2nd floor.

- Benedicte (10/5): Anbefales! - Veldig fint leilighetshotell ved stranden. Vi var to voksne og to tenåringer, og for oss passet det perfekt med en stor leilighet på 130kvm, med to soverom, to bad, stor stue-kjøkken og stor terrasse. Leiligheten var velutstyrt med kjøkkenutstyr og hadde både kjøl og frys. De hadde også gratis inngjerdet parkering til leiebilen. Hotellet hadde eget fint basseng som nesten ingen brukte, så bassengområdet hadde vi stort sett for oss selv. På stranden må man betale for solseng, for hotellet har ikke sine egne. Men man kan velge å ligge på en gratis solseng ved bassenget og gå å bade på stranden. Det er dør fra bassengområdet som går direkte til den nydelige stranden. Vi var veldig fornøyd med både hotell og plasseringen ved Mambo beach. Der er det godt utvalg av restauranter, barer og små klesbutikker. Anbefales!

Rooms are very clean property is well kept. Cost reasonable in comparison. Bank machine next door, parking in back, food shopping close by. Good place for small group cost effective. Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment has dishes comes with dishwasher, TV, towels, covered balcony for dining. Cons: if you want quiet - you are among resorts so expect party atmosphere. It’s not a funeral. 4K from city Center but if you have a vehicle no issue.

The hotel was spotless and very well maintained, with modern, aesthetically pleasing furniture that made the space feel both stylish and comfortable. We stayed in a deluxe apartment, and the view was truly deluxing! Since it was a special weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday and my son’s graduation, we brought our own groceries and enjoyed the convenience of the apartment setup. Still, there are several restaurants within walking distance for those who prefer to eat out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were super comfy. we all had a great night’s sleep. Would definitely recommend and come back! The only thing we didn’t love was that the living room didn’t have air conditioning. I must have missed that detail while booking. The bedrooms do have AC, which helped, but as a local on a staycation who’s used to the island heat, having air conditioning in the living area would have made the stay even more enjoyable. That said, I can imagine visitors from colder climates might enjoy the warm weather indoors too.

- Azmina (10/5): - The Beach house is located in a great location in Mambo beach. It has easy access to the beach and the beach clubs by simply walking through the back gate. The pool is also nice and is a great place to relax. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was nicely renovated and very spacious. It had all the equipment needed to stay home and cook as well. We had a fantastic vacation with our two young adult children and enjoyed both cooking at home and frequenting the many dining options available close by. Willemstad was also only a 12 to 15 minute drive and was easy to get to. I would definitely come back again.

- Teresa (10/5): - Our second time in Curacao and this property met all our needs. We stayed in the studio apartment by the pool. Although on two nights there was noise from Cabana Beach the room is well insulated for noise and it was quiet by midnight. The place is well maintained and clean. We loved being able to cook but also go to excellent restaurants. We used the local gym and also tried Padel at a facility a block away. Rent a car if you wish to see Curaçao.
- Tram (9/5): Great, spacious apartment right at the Mambo Beach - We were really happy with "The Beach House" as our hotel for our vacation on Curacao. The staff was super nice, the communication prior to arriving was excellent. They helped us with our car rental through them, booking the airport taxi and getting the snack package delivered to our rooms. Really spacious apartment as well with everything you might need. (Towels, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen, quality kettle, toaster, etc.) The location is perfectly located at Mambo beach with a private entrance to the beach as well. The pool was great as well. Nothing in particular, just as others said - you're right where the party is. :) Depending on the days the music from the beach clubs at Mambo Beach can be heard in the apartments. Nothing you can't fix with earplugs, but if you're looking for 100% peace and quiet this might not be the place for you.
- Mark (8/5): Very good - Staff was polite and helped when we had questions. The view of our room balcony 2nd floor was blocked by a Moon 2 story building. We were no expecting that. The room did have a large partial ocean view, no sunset view. We used the stove once to warm up some food and it continued to beep every 30 seconds. We notified the staff, the front desk came up to see if they could figure it out, but could not. Said they would call maintenance, it was after 6pm and maintenance never showed. Following day went and told the front desk. They had a message from maintenance to crawl underneath and unplug the unit. I was able to do so and it stopped beeping.

- Todd (8/5): - It is a beautiful and clean facility in a very nice area during the day. Close to restaurants and beaches. Pool gorgeous. We had a beachfront suite with view of the water, which we paid plenty for. The main problem was the extremely loud music on the beaches until midnight. The hotel can’t help that, but it would have been good to understand this before choosing the room. The staff was excellent and good taxi service available.

- Hanne (8/5): Flott leilighet med super beliggenhet - Fantastisk leilighetshotell rett på Mambo blvd. Vi hadde Delux leilighet med sjøutsikt og leiligheten var romslig og fint innredet. Litt upraktiske klesskap på soverommene (skapene er egentlig TV skap). Utrolig praktisk å få kjøpt inn mat på forhånd- en service fra hotellet. Personalet var veldig flink og fikset og ordner alt for oss. Praktisk p kjøpe Beach adgang og få bestilt alt av utflukter og leiebil. Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt, og man kunne fint lage mat selv (selv om det vare ble frokost for vår del). Godt tilrettelagt for å ha egen bil der, men ikke nødvendig. Det gikk gratis buss 6 dager i uken til butikken (veldig bra matbutikk) og det var enkelt (men kanskje litt dyrt -$20 - for taxi inn til sentrum). Skulle gjerne hatt rengjøring litt oftere- derfor noe lavt der. (Hadde en mindre rengjøring i løpet av en uke- burde vært 2) De skulle også ha hatt et bedre kildesorteringssystem. Ihvertfall på glass/metall. Hagen/bassengområdet var fint- men litt lite. Vi lå ikke der en dag- men det skyldes mer at stranden og strandområdet var så fint og bassengområdet var lite og ikke så luftig. Anbefaler å leie leilighet med sjøutsikt. De andre leiligheten hadde noe stusslig utsyn.

- Jeandrelyse (8/5): Great location with kind and thoughtful staff! - I loved the location of the hotel, with plenty of beach clubs, restaurants and amenities to choose from, there simply isn’t a better location on the island. We decided to stay for our honeymoon and our room was beautifully decorated upon request. Having everything in close proximity also means a lot of noise. If you’re in your room it won’t bother you as much, but around the pool you are bound to hear loud music throughout the day, depending on which beach club is having a party and how close it is to the hotel.

- Anastasia (7/5): Comfortable hotel that can be improved with more frequent cleaning. - The unit was large with separate bedrooms and a large living room and kitchen. The balcony was also nice and spacious. The unit had a decently equipped kitchen. Private, secure garage. The pool is very nice with loungers and beds. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the hotel is pretty much self service for everything. The room was only cleaned every four days, and only a light cleaning. The sheets are changed only every 8 days. We had to go down to the front desk to get toilet paper, soap, etc.... They also charge for the coffee pods for their machines and you cannot buy those pods in any supermarket on the island. There was a single washing machine and dryer for the whole hotel that you had to pay for. Unfortunately the machine is quite old and the wash was quite poor.

- Angela (10/5): Einfach nur perfekt und wunderschön! - Der Aufenthalt im Beach House war wunderschön und perfekt für unsere Ferien (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind). Die Lage ist optimal: Vor der Tür liegt der Mambo Beach mit vielen Restaurants, Shops und Traumstrand. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und konnten so flexibel Beach-Hopping machen. Auch ein grosses Einkaufszentrum ist nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Wir kommen wieder.

- Bill (8/5): - If I could rate 4.5, I would. The value is outstanding. The apartments are very clean as are the grounds. Great proximity to beach & restaurants. Only negative for me is that there is no A/C for common area - only bedrooms. This would not seem to be a huge deal, but it forces one to keep the patio doors open even when there is head pounding heavy bass music. I would definitely stay again, but I would also price out nearby properties that do offer A/C.

Although it is located on Mambo Beach where there is a happening night life, and lots of foot traffic, The Beach House did not feel like we were at a resort type of area. It sits back off the beach just enough that it was nice and relaxing. The only downside we experienced is that two plus weeks after returning, we still haven't gotten our deposit back. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Even with the doors open it was still very hot and the fan isn't adequate. Families should know that the music from the bars downstairs is very loud until late at night and you have to keep the doors open because there is no A/C. Also there is no cleaning service until the 4th day and bath towels are provided every other day. I understand the environmental necessity, but in a warm climate, the towels smelled mildewy after a day. Beach towels are provided daily.

- Jill (8/5): - This property had a great location for walking to shops and restaurants or for grabbing the local bus to head to different areas of the island. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the grocery store. This was great because it allowed us to cook some meals instead of dining out all the time. Sometimes I like to stay in my pjs and just chill out. The unit was huge and the balcony was amazing. The drawback on this trip was the weather was extremely hot since the hurricane action in other parts of the Caribbean had stolen the wind from Curacao so we weren't able to enjoy the gorgeous balcony. Access to the beach was right off the pool area. Quite honestly, I could have stayed in the pool area for the whole week. So lovely. But the water at the beach was perfect as far as temperature and cleanliness. For the most part, the property was quiet, but you are able to hear the bars until late at night/into the wee hours of the morning on some nights, not all. There is a property next door that had their trash out there and cardboard boxes and once they got wet, the smell was pretty bad. Other than that, I would return to this property again. The staff was amazing as well :)

- CEDRIC (10/5): - We booked the Royal Apartment 2 bedroom, sea view. We spent a great time. Full furnished, very nice, with a great sea view. There is a large terrace where we can eat or spend a nice moment on the long-chair. The piscine is clean, with some free pool cabana and loungers. Safe parking. You are at 3 minutes by walk on Mambo Beach and restaurants. Very good service and staff.

- Tatyana (6/5): - The suites are large and convenient with a big balcony. However the bedrooms are located in the back with windows coming out to the doorways. Meaning you can never open shades unless you want anyone passing by looking into your bedroom. So no natural light ever in either bedroom. Same goes for extremely poor lighting in the bathrooms. Forget about tweezing or make up applications. On top of everything the bathrooms always had an unpleasant smell as well as some areas of the kitchen. Thorough cleaning wasn’t done in all 12 days of our stay. Only towels and sheets were exchanged. If you wanted any extra towels or sheets during big days there was a charge. Also as many other mentioned music blasting loud until 1-2am so balcony wasn’t as enjoyable. Front desk only answered basic questions and did not provide any suggestions or useful information.

- Joanna (10/5): - The room (pool view studio) was very big, well equipped and felt new! The grounds were clean and the direct beach access was very useful, as was the free parking! Staff at front desk were polite and helpful. We had a couple requests during our stay (taxi, ironing, blocked sink, etc) and each time they took care of it in a timely manner with no problems. It’s location on the edge of Mambo Beach allows you to enjoy the place and party atmosphere, but it is still quiet. I strongly recommend!
- Lesley (8/5): - This property was very enjoyable. I would say it was expensive, it seemed everywhere on the island was expensive. Overall it was a nice place but the noise at the mood beach restaurant was terrible as they blared music daily from 7 am to 2 am in the morning and we weren’t able to enjoy the balcony. We found mambo beach to be dirty with cigarette butts, and peoples disrespectful garbage left on the sand. The mambo blvd was ridiculously expensive and sooo noisy! A ton of beach bars blaring music competing for who can be the loudest. It was horrible and obnoxious. So not quite the quiet vacation we were hoping to enjoy. We weren’t able to sit on our balcony with a sea view without horrible loud music. Couldn’t enjoy the birds or even hear the ocean. It is disappointing as this is a nice property and in a decent location but We wouldn’t return because of the loud music at the restaurant/beach bar clubs next door which you have to pass through to access the beach or if you want a quiet day at the beach it’s impossible there due to the over crowding and the loud music from literally every beach bar and restaurant on mambo blvd. Staff was friendly, cleanliness great, apartment itself was enjoyable. I’d say the beds were way too soft so that could be improved with new firmer beds or firmer memory mattresses. Thank you
- Robin (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and communicative leading up to our arrival. The location was great for access to the beach and some of the restaurants in the area. The room was very spacious and clean, more than enough space for two.
- Jean-pierre (9/5): Perfectly located apartments, might be noisy, but great for stays near mambo beach. - Location, Location and Location. Clean, affordable apartments, located next top Mambo Beach. Just behind the pool is a gate, which allows you to enter the beach directly. Located at the end, it still just a 15 minute stroll to the other side, so everything is about nearby. Private parking, easily reachable by car. We had partial sea-view, but as we didn't really site outside, we didn't miss the full view at all. Only airco in the bedrooms, but turning them on with the doors open quickly cools the rest of the apartment too. I would avoid the poolside studios, as the are actually next to the pool, and everybody passes the pool to go to/from the beach. Yeah, it's noisy, and we had fireworks after a festival that woke us up at 11pm on the first night (jet lagged). But hey, you want to stay near the action, you get a piece of the action! Didn't bother us.

- Florian Stephan (10/5): - Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage direkt am Strand Mambo Beach und man ist auch schnell in der Innenstadt mit dem Auto. Uns fällt nichts ein, was wir an unserer Unterkunft beanstanden könnten. Alles sauber und perfekt!

- Helen (7/5): Unfortunately too noisy at night for our family - otherwise great! - If you are happy to go to bed at midnight every night this place would be excellent. 10 out of 10. The apartment was fantastic but whilst we were prepared for noise at night over the weekend, we didn't anticipate it every single night - Monday was the worst! The Sunscape hotel next door has a stage on the corner by this place and provides extremely loud 'entertainment' for its guests each night. This varied in quality and was unavoidable from our apartment (18), even using earplugs each night. On Friday it stopped at 1am, then Saturday, Sunday and Monday it was somewhere between 11 and midnight. Not ideal for our family with young children! The lady at reception just smiled when I mentioned it after she asked how our first night was - I think it's just a part of staying in that area.
