The location is excellent, directly attached to Lotte Shopping Avenue, My parents can easily access the Mall through the door in the second floor. We booked 2 different rooms and they managed to have us in the same floor, really appreciate the great experience.

- Nor Hafiz (8/5): Relaxed - I love the dining area and the pool area. Its so open and aesthetic. I also like the fact that the hotel is connected to Lotte Mall. The gym is too exposed and i feel self conscious when doing my sets and running on the threadmill. Also are people allowed to smoke in the outdoor area of the dining area? It spoils the atmosphere when I was in the pool
- sooshin (7/5): Average and the system can be more flexible when comes to attaining customer reasonable requests. - During check in and check out, I asked for the invoice and they claimed that it is not possible as I booked the room via booking.com. I was asked by the reception desk to get the invoice from booking.com and I did it. However, booking.com asked me to get it from the hotel instead. Apparently, the staff at the reception insisted not giving me the invoice and behaved unfriendly and unprofessional. This is totally unacceptable to me as I had explained that I couldn't get the invoice from booking.com and I need the invoice for my company purposes. In the end, they just gave me the hotel WA contact number and asked me to check if I can get the invoice after. Luckily, the hotel staff handling me in WA sent me the invoice immediately without any hesitation. Her name is Nugie and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her so much and appreciate her support. She deserved an appreciation from the hotel!

Special thanks to the staff at the entrance thru the mall, helped us to carry our stroller due to the inaccessibility of the stairs leading to the mall. The housekeeping team did a very good job! The room was well decorated for our special stay. The daily housekeeping staff had also arranged all the items neatly! Well appreciated for their service.

- Elzagiel (10/5): A great place to stay in the center of Jakarta, cozy, family oriented, and comfortable since it connects to the mall - I have a great stay and experience especially my wife's family which are very picky about staying in hotel since they have experience staying in many places, turned out THEY DON'T WANT TO LEAVE, and I never seen they smile and sleep soundly, even taking a long nap. Big appreciation to Front Office Team for making my check in process very smooth who take care to assist my mother in law first since she needs wheelchair to move but Mr Eric personally takes care of it with the assistance of Mr Nuggie and Ms Siti, escorted by Ms Erica who also explained the facilities and amenities in the room. This assistance quite make a big impact since I and my wife need to check in late due to work and cannot present. The parking lot was very crowded since it was new year, luckily the security team Mr Fauzi and his team Mr Muhendro assist us to find the spot in less than 5 minutes. Mr Daniel was also assisted my mother in law to carry the wheelchair via level 2 which made her pleased with the service. Special mention to Mr Tarno who assisted to keep check on my luggage during my check out. The room was very big, super clean, and comfy which I remembered greeted by Mr Reza and Mr Ikhsan whom take care everything and prepare the room. there was a housekeeping girl that we met in the lift when going down to level 10 or 11 who is very nice to my daughter which made her wants to coming back again in the future. The new year event was also a blast on level 11, the music, ambience, even the snack and the atmosphere, truly a nice place to stay and no wonder it could be called 2nd home in no time. Special thanks to Mr Haris and Mr Afdoli who met and briefly take us on tour in level 11 during the event which made everything a memorable and unforgettable experience. Mr samsul in Gym area has assisted my family as well for his knowledge of the area and even mention to my daughter about the KOI pond and brief welcome from Mr Eko, Mr Adi, and Mr Uci who I met in the area that warm the day

- MuskCat (10/5): Great stay - It is our first time staying in a service apartment in Jakarta and before the booking we were aware that the apartment has been around for a while vs brand new establishment. However our choice was due to the size, location and interconnecting to the mall. We stayed for 4 days to celebrate our mom's 80th and the apartment delivered! The outdoor garden is a bonus zen area and just beautiful. A little hiccups on a service request but overall it exceeds our expectation and all of us (esp mom) enjoyed our stay, and literally everyone who came to visit us was amazed by the apartment and facilities. We will return with my families from Australia on next visit.

From the security to reception to room service to the breakfast to the business lunch. All of them friendly, smiling and happy when see you. They let you feel that they knew you long time or you are your old friends. Everyone wants to assist you, really it was nice stay. I will back to Jakarta at the end of this month again and I will stay with them again.

- Radijanti (10/5): Pengalaman baru yang luar biasa - Lokasi, keramahan dan kesigapan seluruh staf yang luar biasa dan kenyamanan akomodasi, serta kelengkapan fasilitas dan kolam renang yg menyenangkan. Berhubungan langsung dengan Lotte Ave Mall. Layanan sangat memuaskan saat saya minta sarapan diantar ke kamar karena harus beraktivitas pagi². TV dalam kamar utama (unit 2 kamar) berada dalam cermin. Sehingga awalnya saya kira tidak ada TV sampai kmd nampak bintik sinar merah. Dan karena berada dalam cermin, sehingga gambar kurang jelas dan ada pantulan² lampu ruangan.

Great bed; good quality linens. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very clean with excellent housekeeping. Very good breakfast in restaurant. Well equipped and maintained clean gym and swimming pool. Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. Direct in-house access to the Lotte mall - with its useful shops / supermarket / food court is a bonus. In-house spa was get pleasant and good value. Nothing

- SandeepBhag (10/5): Best place to stay in Jakarta - This is the second consecutive year I have thoroughly enjoyed staying at Ascott Kuningan, Jakarta. The location and accommodation are excellent; most importantly, the best courteous staff at Ascott Kuningan. There is always a friendly staff with a welcoming smile around the place. The management and support staff all do their best for making my stay memorable. Strongly recommend Sat Yoga class. Forgot to mention, Lotte Mall is at Level 2 in the same building.
