• Jeongim (10/5): 가족단위에게 최고의 여행지 - 1. 식사 : 1층에서 아침식사가 진행되었고 일본 가정식 요리를 매일 맛 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 저희아이들은 밥이 너무 맛있었다고 합니다. 다만 아쉬운것은 연박시 메뉴는 비슷하다는것이.. 아쉬운점이었지만 다른 가족단위 여행객들은 주로 1박을 하기 때문에 이점은 단점이라고 생각 되지 않았습니다. 2. 위치: 위치가 우리나라로 따지만 영종도쯔음에 있는것인데 차가 있다면 문제가 되지 않습니다. 3. 편의 시설: 주변에 편의 시설이 나가야 있지만 대부분이 숙소내 에서 간단히 해결되기 때문에 괜찮았습니다. 4. 숙소내 시설: 시설이 오래되었지만 깨끗하게 관리되었고 어메너티들이 훌륭했습니다. 특히 주신 수건은 아직도 잘 사용하고 있습니다. 5. 친절함: 제가 가본 일본 숙소중 가장 친절하며 친절한 정도가 마음 깊이 고객을 생각하는 것이 전해져서 묵는 내내 마음이 따뜻해졌습니다. 특히 저희가 늦게 체크인을 해야했는데 석식시간이 아슬아슬하게 걸려있어서 먼저 밥부터먹고 하시는게 좋겠다며 자리로 안내해주시는데 사무적인 태도가 아닌 진정으로 고객을 생각하는 마음이 전해져 고마웠습니다. 6. 키즈친화적: 아이들이 묵기에 매우 친화적입니다. 저녁마다 아이들을 위한 작은 행사들이 있고 (100엔정도로 저렴) 각 섹션마다 아이들이 놀수있는 공간들이 작게 마련되어 있으며 야간에는 별보기 체험이 있고 달이나 분기별로 호텔에서 진행하는 프로그램이 다른것같아 분기별로 오고싶은 생각이 들었습니다. 7. 온천: 너무 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 수건과 옷 등등은 객실내에 있으니 챙겨서 오심됩니다. (가방도있음) 끝으로.. 한국분들이 후쿠오카에 많이 오셔서 대부분의 설명서가 한국어로 잘되어 있고, 한국인 분들은 이곳이 렌트카를 해야해서 잘안오시는데 생각보다 오기 쉽고 주변에 마린월드나 음식점들도 맛있는곳들이 많아 엄청 추천드립니다. (사실 알려지지 않기를...ㅎㅎ) 수영장이 오래 이용할수 없고 시간이 5시까지 인것이 아쉬웠습니다.

• TAKAKO (10/5): 人生の安らぎを感じた星空と自然 - ロケーションは、最高でした。夕日が沈む光景は、本当に感動でした。 海は目の前で、最高のロケーションで、スタッフの方は優しくて料理も魚料理や 福岡の明太子があり美味しくて　満足でした。 その上に星を見る会があり　ホテルのスタッフの方がわかりやすく、丁寧に星の説明があり 楽しかったです。 綺麗な夜の空、参加した人達と流れ星をみて、いい企画で感謝します。 けれど部屋は古く　清潔ですが、少し古さと臭いはありました。 空気清浄機があれば助かりますね。
• MASAKI (8/5): お子様連れの方、ぜひ利用ください - クラフト体験で手形を作れたり（7:00から20:30まで）、コインランドリーがある点。お手頃な値段。スタッフの方は感じが良い方。 夏のシーズンオフの時期だと外にシャワーがなく、ホテルに入るとき砂浜とかで遊んでいて砂だらけや海水まみれになったときは大変。ただ、コインランドリーはあるので、濡れた服とかの洗濯、乾燥はできます。

• 혁명의투혼 (10/5): - 1년에 한두번은 묵고 있는 우리가족 별장같은 느낌의 숙소. 우리나라의 자연휴양림같은 국립 휴양림입니다. 전국 곳곳에 지점이 있어 다카마쓰갈때도 이용해요. 온천물 좋고 밤 12시까지 하고 아침 5시에 오픈이라 아침 저녁으로 목욕할 수 있어요. 석식은 전통 일본 음식이 나오고 아침 석식도 맛있어요. 오래된 전통 숙소라 시설은 낡은 편이지만 깨끗하게'잘 관리되는 곳입니다. 조식 시작이 7시 반이라 너무 늦어요. 아침 비행기로 귀국하면 조식을 못먹어서 아쉬워요

• Sarah (8/5): Very good - Beautiful resort by the beach Food was honestly bad. So I concur with all reviews here. I was hoping for international food but it was mostly Japanese style. Sashimi was so limited. No salmon. Some of the fried food were cold. I was shocked that showers are public showers. Could have mentioned it earlier.

• Owen (7/5): Good - It is quite remote, so it is very quiet there. We enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunset there. The property looks older than expected, it is very clean though. There is no bathroom inside my room, had to go to public bath for shower. The food there is just so-so, suggest to have dinner & breakfast outside so that you don’t waste your quota for food.

• Charles (8/5): A good island vacation spot that I would return to. - The raw food was good. The dinner specials for guests staying there were good. Not enough hot foods. The non-English speaking staff were very helpful and accommodating with me and my translation app. The paths throughout the whole island were for the most part paved. Excellent views of wildlife, foliage, and slow walks through small villages. The beach was good for combing. None of the signage was in English, including all of the food labels in the buffet so it was a bit challenging but the food was still delicious. At 42 years I was the youngest guest, aside from two consecutive days of bus trips with school age students who utilized the conference rooms. They ran around a lot in their rooms above me but quieted down before 21:00. Navigation was also a challenge with nearly nothing in English! I was aided by a English speaking visitor on my final day who especially helped me arrange travel via train to Kashii Station instead of taking the ferry and saved me much time. The bike rental place on the opposite end of the island only rents by the hour and not the day, so my three day stay was a ton of walking. There was a massive spider in the hallways - but I am not put off by insects. A lack of proper instructions for first time onsen visitors was challenging, as I don't get naked in front of people on the regular!

• Yolanda (6/5): The food as good, but everything else wasn’t what I thought I paid for. - Fairly close to Marine World. Secluded yet not isolated. Food was good. On booking.com it claims the hotel has a swimming pool, that’s why I’ve booked it so I can swim with my son. Another thing is that the room doesn’t have a shower or a bath, just a toilet and sink, and it was super hot. Also, I’m travelling with a baby, but the staff didn’t mention they had baby facilities that can be on loan. We only realised they had them when we saw other visitors with them.

• Alexandra (5/5): Nothing special - I liked the location of the hotel because the room faced to the ocean. unfortunately, you can not enjoy sunset from the onsen but only from room if your from is located on the upper levels. The facility seemed an old building but it was refurbished newly. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when check-in and out, or when requested information about tourist spots in Fukuoka prefecture. The bed was terrible: it was too soft and made certain noise when using. The pillow was also too soft and was provided only one small pillow. There was no bathroom in the room. The spa area looked old, and the onsen tubs inside and outside were quite small. Everyone thought that the onsen tub inside contained onsen water, however, when I checked the information on wall, it said it was only an average water not onsen hot spring water. The food for dinner and breakfast was nothing special. Fried food was cold and felt like cooked frozen food. The staff picked table at dinner, so you could not decide where to sit. I was sat under two air-conditioners in a dark corner of the restaurant hall, so I felt terribly cold and I could not really concentrate on my food at all.
