Key card did not work as it should and I had to get someone from the office to help me get into the room. Air conditioning was difficult to use and did not properly cool, It ran all nigh long and only got the temperature down to 80 degrees. A/C unit was also extremely noisy and right next to the bed.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Cheap enough to consider - The room was in bad repair: phone did not work, no tv remote, uncomfortable beds, AC did not cool, the floors werenât swept or moped, and the fridge took 24 hr to cool off. Nice location and convenient parking. If youâre looking for somewhere in a budget, this is cheap enough to consider. If youâre looking for comfort and cleanliness, then you should skip this motel.

- Lorraine (10/5): A relaxing home away from home! - I had a great experience during my stay. The room was clean, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. It was peaceful throughout the day and night, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was easy to use and well-equipped for cooking. Just a heads-up: there's now a $40 deposit required for dishware, which is understandable given the history of items going missing. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely return.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst Place Ever! Stay somewhere else... - My experience here was not a pleasant one! When I arrived, the trash hadn't been taken out, there were broken things in the room, & the towels I received were sometimes not clean. I extended my stay for an extra week out of necessity & I checked with the front desk if I needed to do anything on the day of my original checkout & was told no. The next day I get a call from animal control that they were called to come get my cat because I "abandoned it when I checked out". But I hadn't check out, I had extended it! When I got back to the hotel that day, the front desk told me I had to pay a late fee because they couldn't rent out that room but they couldn't have anyway because I had extended the stay. It was frustrating to be told I had to pay extra because I didn't check out and back in when I was told I didn't need to do anything. When I was actually checking out, they wouldn't let me check out/leave until they checked the room first (which no hotel does upon checkout) and they tried to say my cat ruined the corner of the bedspread. He did nothing of the sort because I had placed a blanket over it to prevent that in the first place. I chose this place out of necessity and stayed because there wasn't another option, but I have NEVER had such a bad experience at a hotel! I used to work in a hotel and know what the standards are supposed to be. I highly recommend to choose anywhere else to stay but here! I will never go back there...I'll sleep in my car before that.

Checked in with new employee this last time..couldnât understand the deposit thing so left 100 dollar bill. Checked out and they said I already picked up 100 deposit.. despite me still having deposit receipt. Guy at desk told me they already gave it back to me 20 times. Couldnât explain why I still had deposit receipt. Have had three weeks to make it right. Havenât heard a thing. Have spent thousands of dollars here and they threw that away for a hundo. thieves.

- Catherine (6/5): Studio 6 is the new Motel 6 - The âmotelâ room was clean, however no where in the description of the reviews does it make mention that this is an extended stay environment of weekly rentals. There was a room that played loud music until 2am, and I told the front desk, when checking out and his response was âyou should call the front deskâ my thought was this is not an in door hotel, everyone heard the music. There were signs everyone saying no smoking but our room smelt like cigarettes. Place is outdated, but like the saying goes you pay for what you get.

Maybe housekeeping overlooked those items when cleaning. Some of the guests in the other rooms were too loud after midnight as well.
- DAVID (8/5): Totally fine and affordable. - This is completely competent safe budget hotel. The neighborhood is fine and it is very affordable for the category. But you get what you pay for. The main thing I noticed at a budget place was the towels, soap and bedding was very cheap and uncomfortable. If you are planning a longer stay- it has a full size refrigerator but the microwave and stove are a bit small.

- Joshua (4/5): Ehhhh - I didnât expect much from a studio six, but there were a lot of things that concern me. First, they charge me for having one guest with me. Second, the AC wasnât working right and need a new filter. Third, the TV didnât work at all. Fourth is a no smoking, vaping or weed hotel or motel and you could still smell it. Especially the weed which people were smoking in their rooms probably.

- Robert (8/5): Not bad - Keep in mind that this is an extended stay property, so most of the people live there. It was a lot quieter than other extended stays that I've been to. The grounds are unkept, but the room was clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and housekeeping came in between, which was a welcome surprise. There's a very good diner right in front of the property. Overall, worth it for the price.

- Carrie (2/5): Absolutely the worst customer service! - I did not even stay. I got to the motel late. There was no where to park to check in. So with no other choice I parked in front of the office where many establishments allow you to park for check in. There where two guys in the office the one told me I had to move my car. I explained there was nowhere to park and asked if I could just quickly check in. He said no. My daughter then drove all the way through the parking while I tried to check in. The clerk was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I mean the type of uncomfortable where you could tell he would not be talking to me like that if I had a man with me. When I responded to his rudeness and demands for more money with shock. He then told me not to talk to him like that, when he was being extremely rude to me. My daughter let me know that there was absolutely no where we could park not even on the street so we could not stay there no matter what. So I was left without a place to stay at midnight on a holiday weekend. He refused to refund my money even when hotels.com staff contacted them. I would definitely give a zero star rating if possible. Women especially do not book here!

- Cindy (4/5): Thumbs down and up. - There were roaches in the room. I killed 4 of them if course Thier comment was no one has ever said anything about bugs. They only give you two small bars of soap, no shampoo and conditioner. If you stay more than one day they don't clean your room. The table had stuff in it that had to be wiped off. Although on the good side. The bed was comfortable. There was a full sized fridge, a coffee maker and microwave and dishes. I do think they need to do a better job at cleaning, I don't even think my sheets were very clean. The tp is only one play. I liked the room it was quiet but I guess I get to deal with roaches because of the lower price.

- FRANK (8/5): Somewhat nicer Motel 6 - A last minute booking, as I figured I'd be too tired to drive back home from a concert I went to in Anaheim. Another one-nighter. Got a room with a kitchenette that I didn't use...other than the fridge. Walls were pretty thin...or neighbors were hard of hearing, cuz I could hear them talking. Not as annoying when I checked in, but moreso when I returned from the show, and they were talking loud, AND their TV was blaring. After almost 2 hours, I put cotton in my ears and went to sleep. Oh... and when I retuned from the show, the parking lot was so packed I had to go way out to the other end of the lot to park! But, I still managed to get some sleep, until the neighbors woke up. I thought I saw one suspicious guy in the parking lot, but - for the most part - I got what I paid for.
