• Megan (6/5): All in all it was a decent stay but I don’t think I would stay again. I had a lot more complaints than not. Hope they ca - The beds were comfortable and the fire pit is a nice feature. Also the complementary cookies were delicious. The gym area is decent. The room was small and not the cleanest. The breakfasts were sub par. Due to low staff house keeping only comes every few days - so not at all during our stay. The rooms weren’t stocked with toilet paper or Kleenex. The pool is cold and always out of towels. And to no fault of the hotel the power was out on our 1st night for several hours.

• Elizabeth (6/5): Ok but you can do better - The hotel is in a nice location. The fitness center had an actual weight machine which is rare in a hotel. The breakfast was decent for kids. Waffle machine, bread, fruit, oatmeal etc. Pretty standard but the kids survived :) We arrived when the power was out, not their fault but they could not find our reservation and we waited about 20 min to check in. Turns out our name was on the back side of the paper. Power remained out for 2 hours. We were not offered a flash light or anything to assist. We arrived to a room with mold on the shower ceiling, brown stains on the couch and pull put sheets and a chunk of pizza on the floor from a previous guest. We changed the sheets ourselves. I asked for trash to be emptied and towels refreshed on day 2 and this was never done.

• Stephen (5/5): Disappointment, but a necessity - The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the firepit outside. Had free choc chip cookies in the lobby. We stayed 3 nights & were never told that "room service" was not included. (You had to stay 4 nights before you got service.) Cleanliness was not a priority at all. The trash was not picked up for a couple days (by the firepit & in the breakfast seating area, which was also never swept. Good luck finding an employee at the front desk. We were in town for our grandson's MSU graduation. We paid an exorbitant price ($278/ni), which was definitely taking advantage of graduation attendees. We checked the "normal" price later, & it was $109/ni, which would be closer to the actual value.

Dirty towels not removed for 5 days. Pool was not heated as advertised. Small non-absorbent pool towels.

I especially appreciated the breakfast service; the food was excellent, and staff were proactive about replenishing items before they ran out, so I never had to ask for assistance. While the breakfast itself was fine, the dining area became significantly crowded around 9:00 AM. Because it was difficult to find a table and the service window was ending soon, we felt rushed and ultimately ended up taking our food back to our room. That's no fault of the hotel, had I known it was this crowded, I would have started breakfast earlier to avoid the crowd.

The furniture was cheap. I stayed 3 nights. The coffee supplies for the room were never replaced. The room was never cleaned.

• Brad (10/5): Nice hotel with not so nice prices when there is an event in town - Convenient location and good parking. The cost was horrible. Every hotel in Bozeman raises it rates exponentially when there is an event in town, making it very cost prohibitive.

• Inspire01491331754 (8/5): New hotel with strange parking fee. - This a new, clean and comfortable inn with a breakfast (unusual for a suites hotel). The reason for 4 star is that there is a $15 per night parking fee. This hotel is not in a downtown location where parking is limited nor is it in a crime area requiring security. It just seems like an unnecessary fee and one that is a turnoff.

• Anujan (2/5): - This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM and had to wait for nearly 2 hours in the lobby to get a room. The receptionist told us their computer was down but he did not give us any straight answers on how and when he is going to give us a room. He finally gave us a basic room after a 2-hour wait in the middle of the night, even though we had reserved a king suite. In the morning we complained to a different receptionist on duty and she said that their manager had resigned and there is no one else to complain to. She also said she could not offer any refunds because the room was booked through Expedia. Overall, dealing with this hotel was a nightmare.
