It’s mid January and the fan was blowing unheated air in the room. The clerk was nice and brought extra blankets but she could only stop the fan not start the heat. Kids were already asleep so we didn’t want to pack and move rooms. It got cold. I’d expect more than a sorry about that.

Ryan (4/5): - Staff didn't allow for a late checkout until noon. Checked into the room, and smelled strongly of smoke...it had been recently smoked in. I let staff know and they put us in another room, but it didn't have 2 beds...it had 1 bed and a pullout. Would not provide a discount for the inconvenience.

423JulieP (10/5): AWESOME - Stayed here for 2 nights for our Anniversary getaway and it was GREAT. The Hotel and Rooms were very clean, the Stay were all so very nice and actually talked LOL. The Breakfast was AWESOME, the Pool was nice and warm which was nice as we have gone to a few pools that are like lake water. Would highly recommend.
Gellie (6/5): - YOUR STAFF IS SO RUDE! I WAS GETTING MARRIED LAST SATURDAY! MAJORITY OF OUR GUESTS STAYED IN THIS MOTEL SO WE BROUGHT BUSINESS TO THIS MOTEL! I WAS 12MINS PAST FROM MY CHECK OUT TIME BECAUSE THERE WERE LAST DETAILS BEFORE I GO TO CHURCH AND THE STAFF WHO CHECKED ME OUT REALLY SHOWED BAD FACIAL EXPRESSION WHICH REALLY DISAPPOINTS ME BECAUSE HE LACKS PROFESSIONALISM! I UNDERSTAND THAT I WAS PAST MY CHECKOUT TIME BUT THERE IS A REASON FOR THAT! HE SHOULD ATLEAST GAVE ME A REMINDER BUT SHOWING A LONG FACE, THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Shannon (10/5): They fixed the problem which was much appreciated!! - The location! Very close to family and the pool!! The staff were friendly!! Originally I booked here for 1 day and then we decided to stay an extra day. I called the office (to make sure we could stay in the same room) and they said we could stay in the same room for the next day. When it came time for my husband to pay the next day, they said we had to change rooms. I was upset because I was assured we did not have to change rooms. Once I called the manager they agreed to let us stay, but this was a problem that we should never have had.

But all in all was good.

Brilee (10/5): - Seemed new and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised the quality of the breakfast that was included with the room. Was expecting a couple stale muffins, and was very surprised to find warm eggs, sausage, yogurt and coffee. As a woman travelling alone, I left safe at the hotel and the surrounding area.

Kelsey (1/5): Would not recommend - Nothing. The staff was very rude, and not understanding was zero patients or obligations to the customer. They try to give my room away and cancelled without my confirmation that I would not be attending. When I in fact, told him I would be arriving and decided to give my room away, leaving me and my child scrambling.

Jeremy (8/5): A comfortable stay for the family - The room was quiet, and the two tv's came in handy with the kids. The beds were very comfortable! There was a gross paper towel under the clean towels. The kitchenette didn't have any pots, pans, or cutlery.
