All of the staff were very friendly well spoken and good at their jobs, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and had broad selection. The rooftop spa facilities were lovely with great views. Location wise it’s about a 20 minute walk to the busier area of that side of the river. No complaints.

Dao (8/5): - Đồ ăn sáng ngon, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Giờ sử dụng khu vực tắm của nữ là 23h đêm và 9:30 sáng, hoàn toàn không phù hợp với khách nữ. 9:30 là giờ đi làm, 23h là giờ đi ngủ. Khách tới có vali to mà không có nhân viên hỗ trợ thì thật là thảm hoạ, vì bậc thang rất cao không tự bê lên được.

Verified traveler (10/5): ダナン出張 - 屋上温泉は、高所恐怖症には辛かった（笑）天気予報が微妙だと近くに何も無いので出かけにくい。ビックC など徒歩で結構な時間で、日本食が多い地域も30分は歩いた。言葉の問題もあるので何かオプションで送迎サービス的なものがあれば良かったかもしれません。 8階に日本食レストランが有り便利ですが、昼食はやっていないので、天候が悪いと外出も不安（言葉の問題）なため抜く事もあった。ホテルでの入手は宿泊客数によって難しいと思いますので、近くのコンビニ的な案内等もあれば良かったのかもしれません。ホテル地下の無料洗濯機や乾燥機は長期滞在には有り難い。店の従業員は皆さん丁寧な対応だった。短期滞在では非常に良いのではないかと思いますが、長期滞在では少し不自由に感じるホテルではないかと感じました。

The food was very good for breakfast but the dinner menu was a bit hit or miss. The place is absolutely designed for smokers - the rooms, the hallways, even indoors of the restaurant - so it would not be suitable for those with sensitivities.

Geun Chan (8/5): 괜찮은 숙박 시설 - 숙박 내부 자체는 한국 모텔보다 약간 못한 시설이지만 베트남 호텔중에서는 깔끔 합니다. 내부 직원이 굉장히 친절 합니다. 한국어 약간 하는 직원 있고 일본어는 다들 잘함, 영어는 일본 후쿠야마출신 일본인 직원이 잘함, 옥상에 있는 노천 욕실이 좋습니다. 내부 식당은 일본 이자카야식, 조식은 메뉴로 지정되어 있어 깔끔 합니다.

KAZU (8/5): 屋上露天風呂付きの日本人向けビジネスホテル - 屋上露天風呂付きのホテルで、旅行よりビジネス向けのホテルだった。実際、館内で見かけた客層も日本人ビジネス客が中心だった。故に、観光エリアからは離れており、徒歩での移動は無理なため、日本から旅行でダナンを訪れる場合、不便を感じる可能性がある。しかし、館内は清掃状態は良く、特に屋上にある日本風（水着着用無し）屋上露天風呂は、現在中華圏で海外赴任中の私にとっては感動ものだった。また、朝食の和食は量・味とも良く総合的に評価は高かった。一点、残念だったのは、日本語放送が見れるのだが、回線（インターネットTV?）状態が悪く、夜7時頃から翌朝まで全く視聴できなかったことである。
Paul Richard (10/5): Thank you and see you again - I got a good deal from Hotels.com so i booked it for 6 nights for the whole duration of my visit here in this beautiful city and i'm glad i did,this is not a new hotel but you can see that the owners have kept it up to standard,the staffs were super friendly and helpful,they will try their best to make sure your needs are met,my room was perfect for me,it has no window but you get what you pay for,breakfast was excellent,you have a choice of western,Japanese or Vietnam which was all good for me,you wanna leave some space to venture out into the city and try the local food as well so the portion served was just right,if for whatever reason that you're not in the mood or too tired to leave the hotel for dinner,there is the Japanese restaurant at the rooftop(where you have your breakfast) that comes with friendly service and a beautiful panoramic view,the vibe here is cosy and chill,the staffs are so kind and friendly that made you feel so at home,i miss them loads come to think of it,the food here is really good,it sure changed my opinion about Japanese cuisine,my overall experience here has been absolutely perfect,i will definitely stay here again if ever i'm back in this beautiful city.
Verified traveler (8/5): - As noted in the other reviews the best thing about this hotel are the staff who are incredibly kind and accommodating – you couldn’t find better service in a 5 star resort. The hotel is very clean and well kept. Breakfast is a set menu – the Japanese sets are great, the western ones average. The hot tub on the roof is traditional Japanese service – so men and women’s times are separate and quite limited times for women, but overall a great hotel for business travel.

Breakfast is wonderful with traditional Japanese food. You should stay here to be treated with Japanese style! One weakness: there are only a few channels that mostly Japanese networks. No English TV channels ie BBC, CNN.
