• Christine (1/5): Spend a bit more and stay somewhere else in Noosa Heads! - Nothing sadly The hotel rooms are in desperate need of a revamp and update. Whilst the room was clean, there was an overwhelming smell of air freshener or cleaning products which was probably to hide the age of the room/accommodation. The decor is completely outdated and there was nothing pleasant about the accommodation.

The facilities were okay, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and welcoming. A special thank you to Katie, who was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. She gave us lovely suggestions for places to eat and activities to do with the kids nearby, which made our trip extra special and stress-free. Her warmth and helpfulness truly stood out. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and did not have any major issues.

• joshua.varghese (3/5): This is not a family friendly place, I don't know why booking.com suggested this place. - The pictures are misleading. The pool isn't clean, bathroom isn't clean and the room was very congested. The bathroom window doesn't lock so anyone could break-in easily.

The place was exactly what we paid for, clean, the staff were friendly, the mattresses were comfortable, and the shower was so good you didn’t want to leave. My friends and I felt very comfortable in our accommodation. They need to be more specific about how to collect the keys after reception hours. It’s not very clear where to pick them up, and we spent several minutes looking for the game room (they should put the name on the entrance). We arrived tired, and it wasn’t pleasant wandering around trying to get our room keys.

The pictures make the property and pool look better than it was in reality. It’s also situated in a big shopping mall carpark beside Woolies and a liquor store. Though for the price it was decent.

• Matthias (8/5): Ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Stadt. - Das Zimmer (24) bot alles was für 2 Nächte und zum Besichtigen einiger touristischen Attraktionen benötigt wir. Es war sauber, hatte bequeme Betten, hatte Wasserkocher und Zubehör zum Kaffee/Tee kochen sowie ein leistungsfähiges W-LAN. Der Noosa River ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Von da aus gelangt man mit der Fähre bequem in den Noosa Nationalpark. Für einen Tag ein ausreichendes Programm. Der gegenüber dem Hotel liegende Supermarkt war bis 22 Uhr geöffnet, so dass wir noch nach Rückkehr ein paar Kleinigkeiten einkaufen konnten. Nicht unbedingt nachteilig, da wir sowieso nur zum schlafen im Zimmer waren. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die modernste.

• Darren (9/5): Good place to stay - Close to bistro. Comfy bed. Up to 3am check in time. Discounted meal at the bistro. We found small strands of hair in the basin. The room is bright at night.

• Jen (3/5): Wait till after they renovate! - Next door to McDonald's where we could get ice. Difficult to get to. When I asked for hand towels and face cloths a very nice woman who was just trying to make things work explained that it's just a 3 star motel so they don't provide those things. She went to unoccupied units to get us an extra towel and pillow. Apparently the place is due to start renovations in July -- I'd wait till after that's done to try it. Terrible wifi.
• Ellie (9/5): Overall, we loved our stay and felt it was great value for money! - The staff were very friendly and the room matched photos. Our bed was very comfy and the room was spacious. The location was great and easily accessible to local transport, right next to shops. Daily housekeeping was a lovely touch along with complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee. The bathroom was a little rundown, but only a minor thing!

• Glenn (6/5): Ok .. when they fix the place up - Very close to where we had to be The bed was so old and used so many times it was like the inside of a volcano very hollow the back door you needed muscles to open it. It was jammed. I think the door needed new rollers and also the tap in the sink just kept dripping and dripping all night. But in saying all this we were told that they are going to renovate the whole place out so should be worth a good look. Next time we are there.
