• Nobuhle (5/5): - Hot shower always. The rooms are too small it's like a match box. No bottled water in the rooms, guests have to buy, imagine arriving during the night and you are stranded. Can the staff replenish tissue when the guests check out. In my room there was a half used tissue when I arrived. Breakfast was fair but you should add variety to the menu. No bar fridge in the room. The hotel should have staff to help guests with bags especially for the second floor because there are no lifts

• CHALLIN (8/5): - Great, freindly and helpfull staff. Good clean room and close to shops and other facilities. Had to extend the stay to over a month. comfortable at first but the bed started to get flat. Had some noisy neighbouring rooms on some nights.

• Ben (6/5): Picked this for price and location given an appointment. Happy with that. - Excellent check in and staff really helpful The "no noise after 10pm" policy isn't enforced at all. The other guests were really noisy until the small hours of the morning!

I got 1 double bed room instead of the two single beds room but when I raised this, the staff assisted and changed the room for us. And in the morning when we were about to eat breakfast they told us that our reservation did not include breakfast when it did. I was not happy about that.

• Angus Houston (6/5): Will definitely come back but they need to look into the service aspect. - The location was great and the Hotel/Room was clean and comfortable The service for getting dinner was shocking, very disorganised and we waited over 2 hours for our food and when mine came it was the wrong order. I sent it bacck and when they brought the WRAP i had ordered it was REALLY NICE!
