Exactly what we needed for the weekend. The Beds were not the comfiest and there was no key return area to check out. so we had to leave keys in room
- Madonna (8/5): Good location for our group and value for money - Location and value for money. Room may need to be updated. Stains on the carpets but didn't affect our stay.
- Paula (10/5): Great place - Had the pub onsite the two bedroom unit was big and very comfortable Nothing
- Peter (8/5): - Large rooms

- Kedea (5/5): Would be a better score if the Bar wasn't part of the place. - The room was clean and spacious, room service staff were so friendly, and the bathroom was quite modern. The bar staff (brunette with glasses) rude from the get go. She rushed her instructions of where we had to check in as we had to go to the bistro to do so (like it's the most normal and common practice). Then, they're flat out, busy as heck and I over hear her saying "they expect us to be octopus" or words to that effect whilst she's grabbing orders for diners. Like, come on! Without the diners, busy or not, you'd have no job ...
- Deborah (6/5): Budget friendly ,good for one night stay. - Location perfect, easy departure, could walk to everything Needs a little update ,beds were very soft, hard to fill kettle from bathroom sink.
- Daniel (8/5): -
- Peter (8/5): Good accommodation in good location - Large spacious room with easy access undercover parking in close proximity to a number of food options. Nothing really.
- Tim (7/5): Comfortable, easy checkin process - Great location to shops. We had lunch at the pub great food and vibe. Hotel staff lovely. Bit old and dated. But it did its purpose for my family.
- Susan (1/5): I will be taking this further. - The lady at reception was lovely The double bed was like sleeping on springs alone.
The 'king' bed was 2 singles pushed together.
The ' kitchenette' was in the bedroom wirh the 'king' bed.
No sink just a bar fridge which was turned down, we had to throw food out and frozen food, even after we turned it up, was mush. Kettle and water to drink came from the bathroom sink.
On arrival i was told that the shower head had just been temporarily fixed, ' how tall were we because if we were tall we wouldn't be able to adjust the shower head or it would fall off!
The water in the shower and bathroom sink spluttered and spurted, obviously a problem wirh the pipes.
The small step down from the bathroom is a hazard especially given how dark and dingy the 'apartment' was.
There were holes and mould on the curtains.
There was paint peeling and mould on the bathroom ceiling.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom served no purpose it was full of dust and grime.
The linen cupboard was filthy and the chipboard shelves, water damaged and swollen.
I found a used glove ( it was inside out) when checking i had collected everything when leaving. 🤢
- Rob (8/5): Simple, not fancy. Clean & comfy. Value for money. -

- Geoff (8/5): - Very comfy bed
- Peter (8/5): -
- Vanessa (8/5): -
- DAMIAN (10/5): - Helpful staff, awesome steak and very comfortable bed
- sigrid (8/5): Second time we have stayed there and will continue to stay there when we come to Toowoomba - A larger bed would have been better, but still very comfortable. Location was great for our needs, with the restaurant just there, which the meals were very good. staff very helpful.
- Joshua (7/5): - Good value for money. Staff were disorganised when I checked-in - this took over 10 minutes...
- jodie (8/5): -
- Ash (10/5): -
- Kasey (7/5): -
- Belinda (8/5): Great location, reasonable price good size family - Location, meals at restaurant.
- Bev (9/5): -
- phillip (10/5): -
- James (9/5): Clean affordable unit great location. - Location
- Brendan (8/5): -
- Googsie51 (8/5): - Great location as we enjoyed Christmas lunch at Wilsonton Hotel.
Very comfy bed and pillows! No subtle lighting bedside table/lamos lamps in room. 3 switches that privided nothing as no light bulbs ibstalled! No tissues privided.
- Bev (10/5): -
- Theodore (7/5): -
- John (8/5): -
- Norman (8/5): -
- Holly (8/5): All you need - Plenty of room , car parked right outside. Heaps of eateries close by and the pub
- KEVIN (8/5): -
- Lita (8/5): Convenient location, easy to find yet quiet and with good food available on site. - Excellent for overnight. Itt was in the right area for us and had everything we needed. They let us into the room early which was very convenient for us. While it is value for money, there is not a lot of room, although that was not important to us on this overnight stay.
- Chris (8/5): -
- Shelley (9/5): -
- Lawrence (8/5): -
- Tracey (10/5): -
- Bev (9/5): -
- Tania (10/5): - Very clean. Friendly staff. Meals were easy to order and delivered straight to the room. Everything is nice and close
- Cassandra (9/5): -
- Deborah (9/5): - Location and price were great. Nothing, everything was good.
- Christina (6/5): Accommodation is great, Management not so good - The room, housekeeping team and food quality were all fantastic The male manager in the restaurant on Friday afternoon has zero people skills and clearly needs training if employed with the manager title. If guests are given a discount then honour it rather than arguing it.
- Kylie (10/5): -
- Wendy (7/5): Good location as restaurants, Cole’s and various eateries and bottle shop very close by. - Location with lots of eateries in short distance. There was a cockroach crawling on the pillows of a bed.
- Jodie (10/5): -
- Thurston (10/5): -
- Regina (1/5): Our room was nothing like the photos on Booking.com - Nothing about this hotel was pleasant. It was the last room available in Toowoomba due to a music festival being on. The rate was inflated to over double of what should be charged for a room like it. I actually would not of minded the stay had the cost been more indicative of the star rating. How it is rated as 3 Stars is beyond me.
The towels in our room were stained with brown marks. The toilet hadn't been flushed upon arrival so instantly felt like the room hadn't been cleaned. The room we stayed in was NOTHING like the photos advertised for the room we booked. The sliding door out to the shared backyard was not lockable. Anyone outside could have easily opened it. As it was a hotel affiliated with the pub next to it - there was a lot of noise and people walking about the area. No one was in the reception office when we arrived @3pm on a Saturday afternoon and no one was there when we left at 9:30am. We had to see the bar staff for our key. The room was not well lit and very dated. The curtains were grubby and had stains on them. The shower recess had soap scum all along the bottom of the wall and the screens. It was a fairly newly renovated bathroom too. Just made me feel like their cleaning was not the best.
As I wrote, I would not have felt the need to complain about this online had we been charged a reasonable amount for the room. I've paid less for better 4 Star rated hotels. I was interested to see what they charged for a normal Saturday night when there isn't a big event on. It was $132 which I would have happily paid. That's what I would have expected to pay for the standard of room. But to charge over $250 they definitely to improve their cleaning and make the room more appealing.
- Kaylene (8/5): - Choose proximity to shops. Comfortable beds. Reasonably priced for the number of people. A few things didn't work such as lights above beds.
