- Kameshwara Rao (6/5): Just an ordinary experience - It was a standard 3 star breakfast. The chutney was cold, the tastes were adequate not exceptional. I was told to eat at Dasapalla for good taste. The hotel offers 24 hours checkout from the checkin time but only if you book on their website. I reached the hotel at 9 pm and had to go to a conference at 9am next day and had my flight at 9pm. I had to check out and put my luggage at the reception and was given the swimming pool change room which was totally wet to change. This is no way to treat a guest. If the 24 hour booking could be available for guests booking on apps, it would help business visitors. The rates are anyways the same

- RAMIA (9/5): Le rapport qualité prix est très bien. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de la piscine. - La chambre est spacieuse et la piscine est très belle. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très bon. Les lits sont durs. La propreté et les équipements pourraient être améliorés. La piscine est ouverte de 6h à 18h. En arrivant à 10h on nous dit qu’elle est en cours de nettoyage donc nous n’avons pu profiter que de la partie fontaine et non du grand bassin. Dans ce cas, soit l’accueil doit nous informer des horaires de nettoyage soit le nettoyage devrait être réalisé avant 6h.

- MRK (9/5): Thanks to Booking.com for the model of just booking and we pay directly to the hotel - I have booked thru Agoda and found my experience pathetic - my money for the booking could not be refunded on cancellation - i lost all the money for booking thru Agoda however, with Booking.com as the name suggests, the hotel has responded very well. Since then , I am using Booking.com Rates could be compared better of similar hotels - it is a clutter of all mix hotels in one go.

- Abhiram (5/5): Not child-friendly, poor hospitality, and unhelpful staff—would not stay again. - Location is good. This hotel is not child-friendly at all. From the moment we checked in, the experience was disappointing. The reception staff did not greet us warmly and showed no friendliness toward our baby. The hotel does not provide basic facilities such as a baby cot or high chair. When I requested a water bottle for my baby in the morning, it was delivered only in the afternoon, which shows a lack of care and responsiveness. The staff seemed careless and unhelpful toward families traveling with infants. Although they say “namaste” and offer a forced smile, there is no genuine warmth or hospitality. Providing only one key card was also inconvenient. Based on my experience, I would never book this hotel again.

I've travelled all over India and although this isn't the most expensive place I've stayed in, by significant measure it was the nicest. It makes me want to come back to Vizag for it. I will say that if you want to do a load of laundry, search for "tumble dry" in Google and find a place that will wash a load in a machine and it's much cheaper and faster.

- Harry (9/5): Great Cost Effective Hotel, Staff are super kind, as an Aus Tourist felt very safe! - Breakfast was excellent, had a great selection of traditional Indian and western food items. Gym facility was standard but useful, always good to see a treadmill that actually works. Staff were excellent felt very safe as a Tourist Food very safe to eat. Hotel Room was older but cleaned well, cleaning staff were always kind and were happy to freshen up my room even if i left at a later time. Personally didn't enjoy the pre-made white coffee, the flavour wasn't great and the coffee would develop a skin (likely from the milk) after a minute or two. There is black coffee available however that is fine.

I asked for dinner or some snacks, at midnight also the room service responded very promptly and sandwitch was very nice. Overall food and other facilities are great. Even though everything was great, the space at the restaurant for breakfast was a bit small and I had to wait for a seat. Maybe they can work on that.

Maybe it happened to me so I am putting it in the feedback, coz all guests are sometimes not well acquainted with the hospitality line. For me I was.just sitting on the chair and awaiting someone to attend me as I was unaware that it was a buffet system. So it feels me if I would have not asked one of the staff , I would have been waiting for some one to attend. Anyhow, I loved overall hospitality
