• Vanessa (6/5): Zimmer und Lage gut, Organisation zur Nutzung Airport Shuttle schwierig - Nähe zum Flughafen. Bett ist bequem und Zimmer ist sauber. Außerdem gibt es eine Zeitung. Nutzung des Airport Shuttle war schwierig. Mir wurde vorab kommuniziert, dass ich anrufen muss, sobald ich am Flughafen bin. Allerdings hat niemand meinen Anruf entgegengenommen. Auch zurück zum Flughafen wurde mir leider die falsche Abfahrtzeit genannt, sodass ich den Shuttle verpasst habe.
• Sugath (6/5): Not really frindly and suportive staff - The shuttle service was not effective and, as a result, we missed our local flight. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes to get the shuttle van. After missing the flight, which was scheduled for 6:00 AM, we requested permission to return to the hotel for about 4–5 hours until the next available flight later that evening. However, this request was refused very rudely, despite the fact that we had stayed at this facility for nine days as foreign visitors.

I did not know I had to call the hotel to arrange the shuttle bus so I waited for 45 mins on my arrival but they came as soon as I called them. More info is needed regarding this service!!!

• Owen (1/5): Crack Hotel - Honestly not much Well there were public hair in my bed and long black hair. The first night I barley slept because next door was making noise. The first morning the cleaner was talking very loudly on her ear piece and doors were slamming starting at 9 am. The TV in my rooms volume was so low I coukd not here it. The bathtub had hair in it and was not cleaned properly. When I asked for extra towels there where not. The place smelled like some cheap deodorant. The front staff were rude the night guy was very rude . I will never stay there again. I came from BC to visit my sick Uncle and went there for a break in between my visit to get rest and was more tired when I left then when I arrived. My room was cold, the windows are not sealed. And I could hear people talking out in the halls and outside on the floor below me all hours in the night. Some of the other guest looked homeless. I felt unsafe.

There was hair everywhere in the room, on the floor, the light switch, the sink and there was dried urine on the toilet seat. They also only had a shuttle every hour so it was not conducive to when I needed to get to the airport and had to go early when it was already an early flight.

• Kusal (8/5): A reasonably priced stay with an overall decent experience, but significantly impacted by the lack of hot water. - Overall, it was a decent experience. Not the best, but not the worst. It offers good value for the price. However, the issue with the hot water did affect the overall comfort of the stay. The hot water did not work. I turned on the shower and waited more than five minutes, but the water remained cold, which was quite inconvenient.

Not very clean room, sort of smelly. But, we were so tired from a long international flight that it was fine for a good nights sleep.

• Conor (1/5): - BED BUGS, do not stay here. The hotel room door wouldn’t shut properly what so ever. Unsecure, the door had clearly been kicked in at one point and very badly repaired to avoid the cost of replacing the door and hardware correctly. TV Remote did not work, very uncleanly and uncared for. luckily I was only there for a night for a long flight layover. Would not recommend staying here nor would I stay here again. No matter how cheap it is. You definitely get what you pay for here. Spend the extra couple bucks and avoid the gong show.

• Sonia (7/5): Other than that the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. - Everything thing was great. I was there to study and write an online exam, so it served my purpose. It's very close to the airport so expect to hear planes taking off. If you're a light sleeper it's not for you. Also you can hear people walking around in the halls. I did have a issue with the network for the TV. They told me they would come to the room but no one came by. Wasn't a big deal because i had wifi and my lap top. If you are a person who likes daily housekeeping. They don't come by until you check out. I had no problems with it cause i didn't want to be disturbed.

The people at the reception could not even help to order just an Uber. And, most hotels offer at least a breakfast or tea. Not everyone takes just coffee
