• Francisca (10/5): Incrível!!!! - The hotel was amazing, from the staff to the facilities. The hotel is very new, the breakfast was very complete, and the view over the lake was beautiful. There is great parking available, and the hotel restaurant itself is also really, really good! The food portions at the restaurant could have been better.

Un poquito de calefaccion hubiera estado bien , nos tocaron dias de primavera frios y no habia modo de mejorar la temperatura pero tampoco nada terrible. .

• László (10/5): - A táj maga a csoda. A személyzet segítőkész, udvarias. A tóra néző szoba és a fürdőszoba is tágas és tiszta. A reggeli svédasztalos, folyamatosan újra töltik. A hotel alsó szintjén lévő étteremben kemencében sütik a pizzát, de más jellegzetesen olasz ételek is szerepelnek az étlapon. Az étterem árai teljesen elfogadhatóak, a személyzet itt is barátságos. A kikötő 10 perc gyalog, a buszmegálló a hotel mellett van. Helyben érdemes a tömegközlekedést használni, mert a parkolók mindenhol dugig vannak. Nem volt ilyen.

• Eric (9/5): Un hôtel avec vue sur le lac, pratique autant pour ceux qui viennent en voiture qu’en bus ou en bateau. - Un hôtel bien placé à un quart d’heure de Bellagio en voiture dans une jolie maison ancienne. Des places de parking disponibles. Ce qui est important dans ces routes étroites. À deux pas de l’arrêt de bus est à 10 minutes de l’embarcadère. Il y a une belle terrasse avec vue sur le lac qui par beau temps doit être agréable. Malheureusement pour nous, le temps était pluvieux. Il y a un escalier qui descend jusqu’au bord de l’eau et des terrasses verdoyantes avec des chaises longues et une balancelle. Nous avons trouvé dommage que la rénovation de l’hôtel, bien que très confortable ait perdu un peu de l’âme d’origine. À l’intérieur n’a pas l’impression d’être dans un bâtiment historique.

• Isabel (10/5): Beautiful views and amazing staff - The staff was so friendly and welcoming they helped give us tips on where to go and what spots to see! It is very close to so many of the towns around Lake como and we booked the lake view room which was beautiful and so amazing. The breakfast was very good and you can eat outside with a view of the water and watch the sunrise. I would definitely book with them again ☻

• Luana (10/5): Atemberaubende Aussicht - Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und habe ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Ich hatte ein großes und sauberes Zimmer, mit Balkon und Seeblick. Es war traumhaft. Das Frühstück ist klein gehalten aber es gibt eigentlich alles was man benötigt. Parkplätze ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt, man muss sich aber darauf einstellen, dass die Straßen wirklich sehr eng sind aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts :)

• Josiane (10/5): Séjour magnifique, je recommande cet hôtel. - La vue exceptionnelle sur la terrasse lorsque nous prenions notre petit déjeuner. Le personnel était très sympathique et nous avions un appartement sous les combles qui était trop mignon et très propre. Nous étions tout près à 10 minutes à pied du ferry pour aller visiter Bellagio et Lenno et aussi tout près d'autres restaurants. Dommage que le restaurant sur place était fermé en avril.

Thanks to their suggestion to get a car ferry from Bellagio to Varenna, we saved four hours on our onward journey to Florence. Not applicable. It was the perfect stay due to perfect location, beautiful room view on the lake and amazing staff in the hotel.

Das Personal super freundlich mit sehr guter Beratung zu Ausflügen und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus und Fähre). Lage sowie die Aussicht von der großen Terrasse auf den See, traumhaft. Die Nähe und gute Busverbindung nach Bellagio, sehr gut. Das Abendessen war gut aber recht knapp bemessen. Nach dem Abendessen gab es keine Möglichkeit mit Freunden noch länger zusammenzusitzen....

• Mark (10/5): - My wife and I stayed here for a week at the end of September (2025). The setting is stunning and the staff exceedingly courteous and helpful. The property condition is excellent and very clean - appears to have been recently renovated. A beautiful terrace overlooking Lake Como and the mountains. Close to the Lake Como water taxi station, so convenient to get around to Bellagio, Mennagio, etc. The on-site restaurant has great food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Hotel Helvetia.

Personnel extrêmement sympathique et à l'écoute des Clients. Possibilité de s'exprimer en français, en anglais, en allemand. La décoration intérieure est un peu ancienne. Mais, les propriétaires nous ont dit que des travaux allaient être fait pendant l'automne / hiver 2025.

• Marloes (8/5): Heel fijn hotel met een goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding! We zien nog veel potentie! - We hadden een ruime kamer met een lekker groot en fijn bed. Het personeel was ook heel behulpzaam. We hadden een extra nacht geboekt maar dat was in een andere kamer. Ze hebben alles gelijk schoongemaakt zodat we snel konden verkassen en de hele dag nog hadden. Super fijn!! Het ontbijt is lekker en je had ook een prachtig uitzicht vanuit het terras. Het was ook erg fijn dat je vanuit het hotel het meer in kon en daar kon zonnen. De parkeergelegenheid was top en er was een bushalte voor de deur. Ook de ferry was 10 minuten lopen. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad! De geluidisolatie was niet heel goed waardoor je de auto’s en mensen goed hoorde. Het wifi deed het niet goed. De douchecabine was voor ons wel erg klein. We hadden helaas best wat last van wespen en muggen tijdens het ontbijt en bij de ligbedden aan het water. Onze tips om het verblijf nog beter te maken: - Kleed het restaurant wat sfeervoller en gezelliger aan waardoor het leuker is om daar te gaan eten. - Wellicht is het ook een idee om de mogelijkheid te hebben om een fiets te huren zodat je gemakkelijker naar de restaurants in de buurt kunt gaan. - Onderhoud de ligweides wat beter zodat je fijner aan het meer kunt liggen.
