- Mark Josam (10/5): - 5 star service from the staffs. Thank you to Ralph who made great efforts to help me celebrate my wife's birthday. Oh, can I also add that the buffet breakfast was exceptional. One of the best buffet breakfast selections I ever had.
- Martina (9/5): Fijn, maar verbeterpuntjes - Fijne kamer, goede airco, lekker zwembad met ligbedden en badhanddoeken. Supermarkt om de hoek. Ontbijtbuffet is werkelijk fantastisch. Nog nooit zo'n uitgebreid biffet gezien. Erg lekker. De liften zijn vaak erg druk waardoor je soms lang moet wachten. Een late check out kost erg veel geld. (Helft van de kamerhuur) Erg jammer omdat het voor ons maar om 3 uurtjes zou gaan. Het restaurant op het dak had geen wijn op voorraad. Toen wij aanboden dan zelf iets te halen werd ons verteld dat we kurkgeld moesten betalen dat meer bedroeg dan de fles zelf. Uiteindelijk na zeer veel overleg hoefde het toch niet, maar de kinderen hadden inmiddels erge honger. Jammer, had niet gehoeven zo.

- Paco USA (9/5): very nice hotel, just have to deal with general public coming to rooftop to eat and wait for elevato - very nice hotel, bedding was excellant. room super clean, beds super comfy and soft. choice of pillows for soft or firm. good coffee machine, great view, staff was great Rex, Paul and the other bell man were super kind and helpful!! didnt like the fact that general public uses elevators to get to restaraunt on the pool rooftop. didnt like sharring elevators with diners. didnt like sitting at or in pool while diners come and stare and take photos. didnt like the long wait for the elevators due to over use from roof top restraunt. suggest making one of the elevators an express elevator directly to lobby and rooftop. Pool was packed and couldnt get chairs for the 4 days i was there. didnt like the lobby always packed with people waitng to check in or something, was way too busy..

Alle Arbeitenden sind unglaublich freundlich (Athena an der Rezeption war in allen Belangen sehr hilfreich und äusserst zuvorkommend). Mein Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und gross. Die Lage ist super zentral und nur 30min vom Flighafen entfernt.

- Marcos (9/5): Volveré sin duda alguna! - Las habitaciones son muy amplias y superaron mis expectativas. Las camas son enormes, y tanto la ropa de cama como las toallas son de la más alta calidad. Todos los días nos dejaban gratuitamente dos cápsulas de café (había una máquina de cápsulas en la habitación) y agua. A pesar de estar en el piso 29, no se escuchaba absolutamente ningún ruido de la calle. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar cuando necesitábamos algo. El hotel es muy limpio y prácticamente lo están limpiando las 24 horas del día. La rooftop bar fue perfecta y la variedad de platos no dejó nada que desear. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Myka, James y Lex del rooftop bar, quienes ya al tercer día sabían qué bebidas queríamos y además fueron sumamente amables. Un agradecimiento muy especial también para la señorita Crystal del housekeeping, quien se esforzó muchísimo por mantener la habitación en perfectas condiciones (y además me enseñó algunas palabras en tagalo XD).. También fueron muy amables la señorita Athena de recepción, así como los señores Emann y Rex. Solo por la amabilidad del personal del hotel volvería nuevamente lo más pronto posible. La estadía en el hotel fue muy relajante, agradable y no dejó ningún deseo sin cumplir. Muchísimas gracias por el esfuerzo!

- Wessel (10/5): Werkelijk fantastisch! - De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, zeer uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet (zoveel dat je niet wist wat je moest kiezen...). Ruime hotelkamer met ruime badkamer met ligbad en douche. Hygiëne was top... Fijn bed! Ontzettend gezellige rooftop bar met zeer ruime openingstijden in vergelijking met veel andere hotels en een fenominabel uitzicht over Makati. Heerlijke ambiance met geweldig personeel! Bij een verblijf in dit hotel heb je helemaal niets anders meer nodig! De liften. 3 liften voor zo'n groot hotel vonden wij erg weinig. Het duurt even voordat je in kunt stappen en helemaal boven bent.

Nous avions réservé trois chambres identiques de luxe et avons eu trois chambres différentes . Le restaurant ne nous a pas semblé à la hauteur du reste de l’établissement . Sur deux repas réalisés sur place , deux problèmes de commandes et une attente bien trop longue. Au final les assiettes étaient les plus décevantes de tout notre séjour philippin. Surprenant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie .

The room, big, modern, clean, big bathroom, great pool with jacuzzi, incredibly helpful staff, but most important - the breakfast (haven’t seen so many options in SE Asia hotels so far - european, american, indian, japanese, korean, even pakistan dishes - so diversify and super good !!) We had a late flight and we could use the spa at tur 9th floor to take a quick shower and change, although we checked out early morning ! thank you staff 🙏🏻🙏🏻! kudos and all 10s to everyone !! Probably the elevator waiting. Only 3 available and since we were staying at the 29th floor it had to stop everywhere + those going to the pool/rooftop restaurant which btw has an insane and great view and a very good chocolate cake !! ✌🏻👌🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

- Cornelia (8/5): - Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer mit Aussicht bekommen. Es gibt verschiedene Kissen zur Auswahl. Der Rooftop Pool ist angenehm. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und auch Nachts ist der Verkehr zu hören.

- Andrea (8/5): - The staff were amazing.They were all friendly and helpful.I had my wallet and phone stolen in the street and they were very helpful. The pool was so cold I couldn't swim in that..nor could I there.. it was like ice.
- Ron (5/5): - Ok hotel Right in the red light district. Kinda gross lots of prostitutes in hotel lobby hanging out asking you for massages. Not very comfortable. Having to to tell them to f off when your trying to go to your room. Very grimy.

- James Coe (7/5): Second try was a little better than last time but not by much. prob wont be back - Its reasonable value definitely better managed than provincial Philippines but doesnt top the very good competition peers in makati. Elevators are still oversubscribed and you can hear club royal on general luna thumping until after dawn. I think i was in a midrange room but it was too small to have a sitting area. Many competitors have this even in base rooms. Its great that cgg is so popular but it makes the elevators and roofdack so overcrowded. Theres standing in line for check in, for check out, for breakfast, for elevator, for roof deck. Thats not comfort its stressful.

One suggestion for the hotel: please look into tightening security on the guest floors. We had two unknown people ring our doorbell, so a bit more monitoring would be appreciated for peace of mind. Thanks!
